the place is called Trim Fitness, a fitness centre that offers classes such as yoga, aerobics, dance, kickboxing, body toning and many more! it is one of the women's only fitness centre in klang valley with members over 2,000 ladies already signed up over the years.
note: this is not a gym. no heavy equipment.

now we are trying to revamp the place and get more members. we have to revise the schedule, fee, contract, management and a lot more!
so i told my dad,
"daddy, i kalau nak join yoga.. i nak after work, easy access, cheap, or maybe weekend with friends. so why not customise it for people ikut preference masing2?"
from there, we have decided to offer classes that are fully customisable! hohoho. meaning, if i want to go on thursday 8.30pm - 9.30pm... i can inform the club in advance and they will do it for me. of course, i need at least a lot of people to join me la kan kalau tak sorang2 je rugi la. hehe. not only customising the time, but also the venue like if i want to do a group session with my colleagues at my office.... come bring the guru here babeh! or maybe if i'm lazy i 'll just do it at my house with my close girlfriends... cooooool kan? pastu kita panggil la mani pedi nye orang datang pulak. makin lama makin malas pulak kannnn...
we have a lotttt of ideas in mind like, Sunday Family Yoga Day (parents, kids, spouse), Saturday Midnight (ala2 clubbing gitu... ala kalau boys pegi futsal the girls can work out too, right?), Outdoor Aerobics (at parks, or anywhere outside the club), Partner Yoga and many many more!
