im soooo panic right now!

im planning a new year eve celebration with friends tonight. we r going to check in to one serviced apartment in kl. i have paid the deposit using my mum's cash and checked in the apartment.

up until now (wednesday, 31/12/2008, 2.30pm) attending friends right now are only 7. the rest - unknown.

i have set a budget of each person to pay for the rent and others.

now im scared i might not get back the money.

my target is to get at least 8 to cover back the rent and 5 for food and drinks.

i'm a very boring person

last weekend was supposed to be the most happening weekend of the year since there were 4 big events like massive for ravers, smartie party for shufflers, rock the world for rockers and twisties party for kids.

i went to....... none of the events.

i got a last min vip tix for massive. i didnt go.

i was forced to go to twisties party by my boss. n i didnt go.

i was supposed to join zy at rock the world. i didnt go there too.

i got free passes to smartie party on the second day of the event. but because of the reid on friday. i dont even want to go.

friday night, i was so excited to club, i went to 21 but just chilled. dancing was just like 2 mins before me n zy blah coz of the lame crowd.

saturday i had this makan2 for no purpose held by my uncle then chow to karaoke with friends.

the karaoke was really really fun.

we sang all the 90's to current hits. from spice girls, bsb to britney's new songs.

it was azielah's birthday. so azielah, me, zaki and ayu along with zaki's friends atta, ali and hadri went to imbi plaza to rock our own world.

we bought a bacardi. since me, ayu n azielah decided not to drink too much... zaki asked his friends to come so they could finish the bottle. but they came late!!! by the time they came, we all... were wasted like u've never seen us before. except for me la kan. i always get wasted. but not them. so i was quite surprised to see azielah n ayu - drunk.

it was the omg night. azielahhh from not wanting to get near to the mic, at the end holding the mic and would never want to give it up to others. sial je.

Spend more time with family. im missing a lot of things. my dad go on holidays with my brother without asking me along. firhan is growing up and i think as a sister i need to be there before its too late to stop him from being evil~!! i know he's not that type but lately i just found out he has been lepak-ing at the new JJ almost everyday! wtf? he started shopping on his own, he's not afraid going everywhere with friends anymore and wouldnt want to stay home like he used to! no. not jj please. i show u the way to get to the curve or hartamas ok? im soooo scared he'll be joining the rempits. he started asking me about 3 line already!!!!!! i kill u if i have to.

6. be tough coz there are a lot of mean bitches existing in my world already.

7. make sure my cat doesnt beranak every 2 months. shit, i dont have time to bring her to the vet.

my job is tiring

yes. exhausting. but fun. everyday i have to meet clients and attend events. sometimes its just 1 place in a day and sometimes its up to 5 places a day!

examples of my crazy days:

1.meeting with quattro/scarlett/sanctuary manager at the curve - celebrity fitness at ou - mist club at bangsar. after work - attend chivas launch at zeta bar by 7pm.

2. meeting with loreal at pj - revlon at shah alam - attend phillip launch at mansion.

3. hitachi press conference at renaissance hotel - NEC launch at mid valley - meeting with pick n brew at one utama.

its crazy because to get from one place to another, it takes time and always delayed by the traffic. so its kinda hard for us to get there on time!

DELL
my schedule last friday was kinda hectic too. at noon i went to loreal to get 15 goodie bags for our readers. after work, i had to attend DELL's launch at The Loaf, Pavilion. they launched a new series of notebooks for specially for christmas. if u pass by pavilion, u can see a giant glass snow ball with dell notebooks and snow flakes innit. i must say the event was not well organized as the media had limited space to take photos and long walk to the launch place from The Loaf. As they served course by course meal to us, we had to wait quite a long time from each course to another and many of the press left because of other commitment. They were also short of freebies for the media and guests after the event. its not that we mind. i managed to get one. but what will others think? those who didnt get musta been so frustrated rite? hm... habis la i kutuk my brother pasni. keje lagi dengan dell! haha.

Silent Disco
after DEll's, we went to Silent Disco by 42below. it was right next to the giant snow ball. we were lucky our events are next to each other in the same place. pity my colleagues who had to attend event at 7atenine and then to MOS. huhu.

Silent Disco is an event where 2 DJs played at the same time and it is called Silent Disco because you will not hear any sound at all. u r given a headphone each and listen to the music thru it. They built a stage at pavi's main entrance with tables, bar, dance floor as well as the dj consoles. from the headphones we are able to tune to 2 channels. a mat salleh dj whom i forgot his name already, was performing house music while the other local dj, goldfish was performing a mix of rnb, hiphop, old school and some electro.

75% of them were listening to DJ Goldfish. haha. because most of the guests and media there were.... not from my age group. those 'mature' people were not really into house. so whenever Goldfish played hit songs like, ice ice baby, beyonce or bob sinclair, the crowd went crazy and thats how the other dj know that no one's listening to his music. haha.

it was so cool. listening thru headphones. sometimes the djs grab the microphone and said things like, "look at the people out there who couldn't get in!!! they have noooo idea what were doing. lets laugh at them out lout. wooohoooo!!!". hahahaa. n we'll be laughing like hell. people outside, they were sooo blur. they were looking at us, the people dancing, and the graphics on flatscreen with djs n u know... everything when u party. but they couldnt here a thing. coz they dont hav their headphones. plus, they couldnt even hear what the djs said on the mic coz it can only be heard thru the headphones. huhu. macam sound system rosak la.

M Circle
After Silent Disco, i went to Mcircle at starhill gallery. free flow for ladies. so girls, if u want free flow of margarita, tequila and mojito.... pegi la sana. friday night yo. nice place. hot manager. huhu. he's italian! his name is Simone~ ;p

Passion & Poppy
we went to passion after that to chill with friends. and there was a dj from which country tah... performed downstairs. as everyone knows, kat bawah tu rnb and atas house. so when the dj played rnb, of course la the crowd layan gila. mcm sex party plak the way they danced. n suddenly the dj played drum n bass beat. i was chilling upstairs actually when a friend came and dragged us outside just to listen to the music and it was sooo funny coz the crowd macam bodoh sebab taktau tu drumbass so were laughing like hell. the person who won dj battle at zouk that very night was playing drum and bass. thats y we were so interested to that music. but u know me..... dengar2 pun tak paham2 jugak. layan je lah.

Univeristy of X Pax Gig
Yesterday i went to a big gig held by Celcom xpax at sg wang roof top. it was like a carnival there. there were so many budak2 kecik there. of course la kan. free event. i went there coz zyra's sis wanted to go. zyra had to bring her and asked me to come along. so okay la... it started at 5. tak packed sangat. that time the bands performing takde la besar sangat (macam la aku tau). i mean, when we stand in the crowd pun takde la cam himpit2. byk space.

but around 7 like that, i managed to find the media booth. coz i was too tired to stand lama2... i went there, showed my namecard, got a media pass and terus duduk kat booth tu. actually i taktau pun whether celcom sent an invitation to our company but aku main redahhhh je. buat2 la macam keje kononnye. took the press kit, met other media and celcom's PR, ask few things bout the event and thats it.

nasib baikkkk kitorang duk kat dalam booth tu. coz when one buck shot went on stage, those people i called budak2 kecik, with all their full energy, merempuh semua security yg control the entrance and exit just to get inside. perh. ade budak pengsan okay! if it was me in there, dah mati kot kena pijak.

haih. penat okay. but fun.

wedding disaster

i have been busy lately i dont have time to update my blog. ok so those u also follow mim's blog must've read about this. i wrote halfway n kept it as a draf. now only i have time to publish it.

my cuzin has been in a relationship for years with his chinese gf. they planned to get married early next year.

everything has been prepared... venue booking, food tasting, tailor, invitation cards, bunga telor n things like that. the only thing that is not ready is the bride to convert her religion since its a must if u are marrying a muslim.

we, the family along with other relatives and close friends were invited to the conversion ceremony which took place at my auntie's house, the parent of my cuzin. it was planned to do after lunch on raya haji.

before going to her house, we went to my maktok's house to 'enjoy' our raya haji morning with family. since both of the houses are in kelana jaya, there were people coming and going to each houses and more gossips n version of stories passing from mouth to mouth and i am forced to seek for the truth (yana). hehe.

gf was told months already about having to convert. she knew about it n was okayy with everything. but the thing is she doesn't know that she has to convert on hari raya haji. she has no idea at all. few days before the ceremony, she went flying somewhere i dont know lah kan (she's a stewardess), and came back to kl, informed by my auntie or uncle that the ceremony will be on hari raya haji. she freaked out. she doesnt know anything. anything!

the stupid part was, my cuzin only gave her few books and expect her to study alone. i totally disagree with this. how can u ask someone to learn on own about a religion without any help? no one in my cuzin's family taught her about this. n my stupid auntie expect she's ready and set a date for her.

in my point of view, i think someone has to teach her. she can't learn on her own. me myself will get headaches reading things about islam so im not surprise la kan if she can't do it. and 2nd, i think she should be the one to set the date. not the family. everything depends on her. whether she's ready and prepared herself to convert. no one should give her a date!

and sooooo at noon, everyone gathered at my aunt's house. waiting for the gf and jakim to come. while they are waiting there (i was at maktok's house, still)... the gf, bf aka my cuzin, bf's sis as well as her husband n busybody yana (haha) were having probs at burger king. huhu. imagine, kenduri at ur house and ur at burger king?

the gf was so freaked out, she decided to call off the wedding, broke up with bf and leaving him (they live together) just like that. bf, sis and hubby tried really hard to persuade her but she insisted. she can't do it. she's not prepared. she doesnt even want to convert. its already in her heart. many reasons she gave to them... but i know she just dont want to.

problems:
1. my auntie and uncle wont let her live with her parents after converting. coz they said nanti pegangan tak betul. haih. i really disagree with what they are doing to her. for me, as long as she knows what she's doing, fuck laa everything else! they are still parents! we dont ditch our parents even if we're not the same religion.

2. the bf wants her to quit her job after married. omg abang izal.... she's a stewardess! she has everything! she can travel and shop and have a great life. y do u want to stop her than doing that? ur a pilot! u shud understand it better!

3. gf too scared she has to pray 5 times a day and cannot mabuk anymore. hm... u can start slowly dear.. look at other malays..... like mim! hahaha.

they failed to persuade her. bf and gf left separately. sis and hubby and yana came back home with everyone waiting. met my aunt who waited at the door and cried like hell. everyone cried. n then family conference, blaming session and then jodoh haunt for replacement and so on.

anyone wants to get married to a very loaded, not bad looking pilot... call me! if u dont mind getting married before knowing the person lah kan. haha.

my family is weird. seriously.

oh! yesterday i was invited to AsiaSoft launch of their new pc games in Malaysia market. before this they brought in games such as warcraft, cabal, marble story, etc. the event was held at garden's gsc signature cinema. they did the screening in of the cinemas there. the cosplayers were there too but they were boring because they acted like they are just models. i mean... im sorry but i think its important for cosplayer to act like cosplayer, play their part to carry their character's personality in order to make it more interesting, attractive instead of just standing there modelling their costumes. wtf? kau bukan model doh.

after the launch we were served some delicious lunch buffet at the cinema's lounge itself before going to the media tour in their office.

superb gua cakap. baru 6 months bukak kat malaysia weh. the office is niceeee! all the rooms; incl the director's room are all glasses with game characters poster laminated to it. all of the staff's workstations/cubicles or whateva u call it, are nicley positioned and very colourful. they have a tv area which is very very big, center of the office in a circle which u can watch astro, and play ps there. all of the employees there no matter what position; hr, sales, marketing, IT, etc,..... have games installed to their pc. so when we tour their office, half of the employees were playing games like sudden attack and cabal. haha.. interesting right? this is what employers should do to keep their employees stay loyal to their company and work longer hours!

at the end they gave us a bag of freebies (its like so complusary for every event i attended) and a pen with our names engraved on it. mine is Lydia R. R. coz my name is too long to engrave on the pen. hihi.

Catwalk

Yesterday i had to attend a launch at Mansion, Heritage Row.... alone! ok im fine with it. It was a launch of Phillip's new mp3 and bluetooth headset. the event started at 3pm but i came late at 4. teruk gile weh traffic smalam! pukul 3 dah jem. kejang kaki main gear 1 memanjang. duhhh.

sampai je sane, as usual... get the press kit and watch them crap on the product. ok cool. suddenly, a line of waiters came in bringing food to us................................................ wearing black pants and bow ties, with no shirts on. okok im amazed with your body guys, but wtf?

and then the mc asked us to cheer for the waiters some more. aduh. sitting next to me was an old lady from which mag i cant remember. not that old. agak2 same age with my mum? so when the mc asked us to 'cheer' for the hot bod guys..... the auntie was SCREAMINGGGGG AS LOUD AS SHE CAN! siap lompat2 k. aduh... i dont know that old lady can scream that loud. kalah aku. my mind was like,..... habislah.... mesti diorang semua ingat aku ngn macik ni satu company. *tunduk malu*.

after the presentation, we were asked to go upstairs for the q & a session. penuh gile bilik tu i couldnt even hear what the guy was sayin. i was like, ahhh aku bukan reporter. i went out of the room and go grab some more food. eat eat n eat like it was my birthday party and chatted with some media ppl there til they all came out from the room. suddenly the hall macam packed gile ngn manusia2 tu n from standing in front i was pushed to the back.

games session activated. ah dah bole chow dah la kot. the mc was mumbling bout the games while i was finishing my food. ok nak chow dah. i was walking to the stairs and guess what, they picked my namecard and my name was called! Lidia Romli from Hot Magazine calling twice! omg, omg, lucky draw kah? i turned back n run towards the mc. kepala hotak la lucky draw kan.... rupenye kena pakse main game. bloody hell!

5 guys and 5 ladies were randomly picked from the namecard bowl and matched to make 5 couples. WE HAD TO DO CATWALK WITH AFRO RAINBOW-COLOURED WIG IN FRONT OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE THERE. huuuuuuuuuu nak lari!!! i should have pretended that it wasn't my name when they called but gelojoh+tamak sgt punye pasal, i got involved. i am sooo not into this shit. i had to. there were photographers, videocams, media people, corporate people and shirtless waiters watching us.

partner aku dah la dungu semacam. lagi laaaa tak bole blah kan. i was the last to do the catwalk. i did it so fast like it was not a catwalk anymore. its more like a cheetahwalk. i was so fast i think if they could capture my photos, it will all be blurred. muahahaha. i didnt win the grandprize of course. the audience had to cheer loudly to decide on the winners. the couple who won the grandprize brought along the whole officemates there n therefore they won. haha. i came alone remember?

every participant received a rechargeable electronic toothbrush.... ha ha ha. amik prize, terus blah. malu siut. i was really in a rush to get out of the place but somehow sempat jugak amik goodie bag at the exit. hahaha. ok la.. dpt toothbrush and electronic eyebrow trimmer. reti aja pakai. what an experience.

btw, as usual this morning i had to attend an event - new zealand natural ice cream's birthday bash at desa parkcity. im not going to write more about the bash, but the place that it was held!
it's a mall called The Waterfront @ Parkcity. verrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy american! for those who dont know, it is similar to the ikea/curve concept. it is more like cap square mall near heritage row if u've been there. a lot of restaurants more than boutiques but there are more variety on food for u to choose. u should try. take a picture there n put a caption - i'm posing in front of Target. hahaha. desa parkcity is after the damansara-ikea tol. you won't know there's a big shopping mall there from the highway coz its at a center of luxury housing area. oh, n free parking.

Last night when i came back i was horrified with what happened to my room.

i dah la penat... balik2 tgk all my things gone. she mixed up everything n threw everything that i dont know. i will know my things are gone when i look for it later on. she re-arranged my tables and bed and everything else in my room!

i'm so fucked up. i'm going to change my door since i've lost the key!

and go buy new ashtray. ____ is gone then it is. no need to replace it. i dont really _____ it alone anyway. that is just the _____ i bought in langkawi that hasnt fin until last night when mother threw it away! sorry mim, zyra, zhaf and all.... at least u guys dah try taste it.

2day i am very sleepy. Penat gile. Since friday i non stop berjalan. so agak penat la. ingatkan harini nak ponteng tapi baru start keje kottttt! duh.

after lunch on friday i hav to attend the launch of new cosmetic line in Malaysia called Stage cosmetics. its the same standard with m.a.c, make up forever etc. its actually not bad tho. the colours r nice the quality is good. the cosmetic and the store's concept is something like backstage models make up and scene. but the price is slightly cheaper than m.a.c.... eg; m.a.c. rm60, stage is rm52. girls, go try. its at pavillion 4th floor. of course, i dont hav to buy... i got free lipstick, eye shadow and a nail colour. i've tried it, its really good.

i went to mummy's office to pick her up after that. stucked in the traffic for almost an hour from her office to go back. i think kl nye jem lg teruk. i mean, if i go back from my office to stw, it'll only take 30 mins even if i keluar at 5 sumthing. from mummy's office which is at yap kwan seng to home should be faster but the traffic macam pantat. there u go.

went to effa's party after dinner at crown regency with mim n zaki. my culture shock attack. birthday turned into some wild... #$%^D&*%!! aku tak faham. nasib baik sober. looking at those drunk people, god i am so not going to ur parties again, effa. but zaaaakiiiiiiii was really drunk n threw his shit, a lot of it, all the way at jln ampang. hahahahaha.

saturday, i went to cloth n clef until 4 n i had to wake up at 7.30 which i delayed to 8 coz dah janji ngn zaim to gather at juma at 9. semangat sungguh pegi tgk A1 gp kat sepang. i was.......... bbq-ed to death man... seriously. panas gileeeeee!!! dari pagi sampai petang! sampai stw pun kena pegi a small gath of my highschool friends. i went back at 9.30, mandi, pengsan.

so today, i hav a hard time waking up early in the morning to go to work. i am so penat. sampai ofis at 9, suddenly my manager asked me to go to westin hotel for pensonic's launch of some robotic wonder pet thingy. boooriingggggggggg!! i almost slept in the ballroom. luckily they served a lot of food for us there. so saving la lunch aku. haha.

Fun at Work

As i'm still in training, 2day i was taught to do this n that n listen to this and that up until i cant hear anything anymore... its just them talking with no sound. haha. seriously i think u guys must have gone thru this so many times like i do. when u hear too much info, ur mind tend to rebel and think about something else like... why does she has a mole near her nose and things like that. n it becomes worst if the person keeps on repeating the same shit. am i right? i am right.

so todaayyyyyy i had fun. fun grabbing everything nice that my eyes can catch. haha. magazines have lots of contests innit. readers participate and win if they're lucky. unfortunate for them if they won but they dont come to the office and pick up their prizes. so in our company the procedure is if winners dont come and collect their prizes after 2 months, its ours man... seriously, its ours. padan la muka kan. so today the manager asked us to take out aaaalllll the boxes full with prizes from the store room and called out other departments for the i-am-selfish-i-am-grabbing-it-all session. haha.

i was one the few staff who took out the boxes, so kitorang rembat la duluuuuu! hahahaha. i got a pair of slippers from StarMovies (i seriously dont know why they are giving out prizes like that), some stationary set from NTV7, the mummy's watch, Xfiles mug, Za lipstick, gloss and eye shadows and a Spice Girls Tshirt from EMI. haha! tapi tu kira sikit la jugak coz i was shy kan nak amik banyak.... nanti staff lain tinggal ape je utk diorang plak. confirm kena chop jakun! huahuahua. takpe, more coming up. another 2 months there will be more prizes i can get.

actually there was a lot of other things i didnt take. like Za skin care and cosmetics, RMK, Meet Dave toy, James Bond Caps, other cosmetics, the Mummy collector's DVD set, bags, more Tshirts and i couldnt remember the others. banyak sangat. semua berebut. penuh sgt orang memang tak la nak cari satu2...

the at 3.30 i had to go out for another event. i was asked to meet my managing director at Sapura Auto before 4pm as it starts at that time. i thot its a BMW or car thingy coz Sapura Auto is all about cars rite? i dont know anything about cars. i just now bmw is bmw. mini is a mini. im so afraid if i'm going to be asked questions i cant answer.

i went there and for the first time ever, i introduced myself as the media person. they even gave me a media tag! haha. but it wasnt about bmw. it has nothing to do with cars anyway. it was the launch of intel new processor claimed to be the fastest on earth. i was like, omg, im so stupid in this shit how can i be involved in this? bloody hell. so i went there and watched the crap about intel and video clips and stuff. all i heard was megabyte...gigabyte... byte.... byte.... byte again... bye bye? yes, bye. i guess my MD noticed my face expression which obviously i was very blur... he introduced me to the Sapura Auto's marketing person and thank god it was more interesting than watching a byte byte crap.

i was supposed to go to Kenzo's new fragrance for men launch but it was raining and i was tired already. so my md let me go. hihi.

this job is interesting. i get to meet a lot of companies. go to events. and what i like the most is, im not going to be stucked in the office from 9-5!

oh n btw, my colleague who went to bar club last night, she was fucking hangover and came at noon. i just knew that we are allowed to take half day if we are hangover the night before and it must involve with our work! how cool is that? kalau saje2 party tak boleh amik halfday. kalau party with clients or by invitation baru boleh. bahagia nye saye.

First Day at Work

Yesterday was my first day working after lepaking for months doin nuthing. I was too excited on my first day so i woke up very early in the morning even before my alarm rang. in fact, i was the first to reach the office. of course, i had to wait for other staff to unlock the door. haha. gile semangat kan. takpe. budak baru rely on 1st impression a lot.

I didnt anything much as it was my first day anyway. i went thru the mags, all the slots, advertisers and things i have to know. the other staff and my manager especially taught me a lot about the company n the product. but i have a long way to go. seriously. how can i keep up in memorizing all the celebrities existing on earth? they are not just actors and singers.... designers, models, millionaires, politicians... my god. its amazing how my other seniors... like, very senior... know everything about it. i mean, my mum doesnt even know who beyonce is. daaa...

at 11, my manager asked me to follow her to an event at revlon. we went to revlon's office in shah alam along with out editor. i thot it was some kind of stupid event where u just watch they present about their product n such. SURPRISINGLY, when we reached there, revlon has already prepared tables for each person with a tray of cosmetics and mirror for everyone! i was like, huh? ape benda ni? they started their intro about their new product with a presentation and video clips n so on n then the pick n play part at the end. we were taught on how to apply make up base, foundation, blusher....blablabla. so kitorang pun main la tepek sana tepek sini kat muka, tangan... testing semua benda yang ade! it was fun tho! i really dont expect doing things like this. sitting on my right was a babe from seventeen mag and on my left was a makcik from jelita mag. there were few people from other media as well. so it was a good exposure for me. oh when it was over everyone received a goodie bag full with freebies from revlon. n i mean a lot of freebies. including the products that are not in the market yet. weeeeeeeeeee~ tambah lagi dalam collection make up saye.

then my manager treat us lunch at the curve before heading back to the office. just as we reached the office, another staff asked if i want to come along for bonia event. aduh. i passed. i continue fb-ing and surfing the net doing nuthing then another staff sitting in front of me asked if i want to join her for Bar Club's anniversary that night. Nope, i passed that one too. Gila ape baru start keje nk pegi club? haha.

So that was it. my first day at work. doing nuthing, getting freebies and free lunch. i luv my job? hahaha. working with magazines is very very interesting.

My cat, LV just gave birth to 2 cutie babies.
The interesting part is, LV is white with some brown and black spots,
Her children, 1 is white and brown..... and the other is white and black. Cool rite?
I dont know how the hell she managed to separate her colour to two!
Sadly, both didnt survive bcoz dia ni taktau cane nak jage anak!

So i cepat2 grab the cushion next to me n give it to her! Baru la ada space. Aduh.
Then abang saje2 nak acah kitrg by coming closer.... kitorang punnn panjaaat la each other! abes kerusi n my mum skali i panjat.
hahahaha. was sad but very funny.
LV is not allowed to give birth anymore. Mummy gave her a chance to get her own babies, she didnt appreciate the chance. So we r going to take her to the vet after habis pantang anak luar nikah.

Had a loooonnnggg talk almost about everything.

It started from a little misunderstanding and things got worst bcoz of assumptions.

We both agree that fighting, arguing, bitching n lalala are very very tiring.

None of us wanted to continue that bullshit.

I think we are just being 'girls'.... if we are boys, we would be punching each other and call up the other 3line for back up.

We apologized to each other for things that we said, and for the other mistakes that we did.

So we're good now. We're cool.

i received so many calls last week! it was strange coz y suddenly everyone decided to call me up for interviews in the same fucking week? god..
total up... i got calls from 2 ad agencies, 2 major broadcasting companies, 1 publishing company which i took the job already.
i had 5 companies and 6 interviews. fuh!
but i didnt go to any other companies that call me later than wednesday as i already accepted the offer.

im gonna start working this wednesday, 19th Nov.
i already started my intensive training of waking up early every morning before the big day.
but everytime i wanted to do so, there were always temptations stoping my way.
however i managed to sleep early wakes up early starting yesterday, sunday. so i have few more days to go.

Busy Day

2day is very tiring. after months staying at home during the days n only go out at nights, i feel like a normal person. haha.

so today i got this interview with an ad agency called ArtImage, at Megan Avenue 1. As the interview held at 11am, i thot i could still enjoy my beauty sleep until 9.30. However i didnt get the chance to sleep until 9.30. Know y? Because another company woke me up at 9am and did a phone interview while i was still blur wondering wtf is happening?! I just chill. Realizing the sound of my dreadful voice which obviouslyyyyyyy sound like I just got up, I managed to cover lineeee baik punya by saying, "i'm sorry, i just recovered from flu".

Got up right away. Shower. Got dressed. Make up. Oh shit! Resume tak print lagi! Went straight to daddy's place n printed a few copies of my resume.

While i was very busy dgn kelam kabut macam taik, the company who woke me up today called back with cheerful tone saying,

"Hey, since u're going for an interview at 11, why don't u come by to our office after lunch... say....around 2.30pm and we can do interview here too!,".

Gila. Aku dah cakap aku ade interview ko lagi nak panggil aku gi interview lagi satu!
i replied, "Yeah sure! It will be great!," kepala hotak aku.

I rushed to the 1st interview dgn bijaknye telupe nak bawak office address diorang. Main redahhhh je! Sampai2... i had to go to every fucking block n search for the company's name! Gila exausted! Last2 tak jumpe gak. Dgn bijaknye lagi skali, i didnt save their no. Buduhhhh! Haih. Nasib baik the no is still in my phone. Dah la banyakkk plak tu unknown number! Learn the lesson lydia... learn the lesson.

Found the office. I gave stupid reason... I got lost coz I'm not familiar with the building's layout. Heh. It actually sells. Haha. The clerk sent me straight to the MD's office. Woooaaahhhh. Babi nye serious muka! Senyum cikit!!! He gave me bloody structured interview questions!! I was not prepareddddd for a structured one! Very heavy questions like, what motivates you to work, if you're in this situation.. what should u do, why do you think i should hire you, why do u think u're capable? what, why, how, what the fuck la weh. was quite intimidated by his questions and his serious bengis face. I managed to hentam every fucking questions with my own answers plus some giggling thinking i could make him laugh. a bit. at least. pls? duh.

DOne with the interview, went kacau mummy at her office. everyone i met i said, "haaaaaaiiii!!!! i had a bad dayyyyy~!!!". they didnt even care about my day. they were more concern of my skinny figure. hey, my body is a wonderland k.

Lunch with pilly. Standard ah.. tade hai2... terus cerita! haha. kesian ko pilly, slalu jumpe aku salah time. ahhhh thats what friends for. u listen to my crap n i do the same for u! hihihi.

Went for 2nd interview with Hot Potatoe Publishing at Damansara. A publishing company. Aduh, sesat. The MD came all the wayyy to pick me up at Shell with his fucking lovely baby blue mini cooper, plate no. BBU 99. I fucking thot he's a caucasion! Dr. Phillip his name is. At first i thot, he must be a bloody old man. He is sooo not! He's a young chinese dude yo! So he brought me to their office.

This one was very fun. Very chill. Very informal. We talked like friends chatting. First 20 minutes he asked me bout my 1st interview. Hah silap besaaarr la kalau dah tanye kan. Memang non stop aku bercerita! I said, "They asked me heavy questions like...... chop... when i tell you this, dont you dare copy the questions and ask me back!". haha. The interview was interesting coz i feel like i'm the one who interviewed him. Huahuahua. I think i talked too much. But hey, i got a good feedback yo. He even said, dont accept any other offers yet okay? Does it mean he's going to hire me? 2 days babe... 2days... i have to wait.

Oh did i tell u that the company does magazines like Hot (gossip girls lovers would know) and another one is Helloooooo!! Haha. Celebrities and gossips. I'll be the next britney. I'll put myself as the cover of the mag. Ppl will wonder, who's this new britney? Berangan la lydia... berangan. He showed me next month's cover too! Zac Efronnnnnnnnn!! Topless!!! Ahhhh.... i can't concentrate with his nipples and abs calling my name. hahahahahahahhahaha!

i donttttt knowwwww whyyyyyyyyy..... every movie that i watched recently were disasters! come on la weh... dah la jarang tengok movie, bila dapat tengok semua sucks! wtf? refund2!

i watched tropic thunder last wednesday. mcm sial. it wasnt even funny! i had to force myself to laugh! syg la the movie has very talented, big n high reputation stars acting in it. but it suck. tom cruise was also innit! n robert downey jr! hellloooooo?

dear mr. ben stiller, i think u're hillarious. i think u're talented. u were born to be a comedian. i know its ur movie. u're the director. ur screenplay. n u even played the main character. but i think its a waste creating a very high budget comedy movie with explosives every 2 minutes in ur movie. u know y? bcoz its not funny. it is such a waste of money! n i think ur friends, tom cruise n robert downey jr were just doing u a favour acting in it becoz of u! coz i dont think they will even act in movies like this right after reading the script!

the next day i watched james bond movie. hah. lagi satu. better than tropic thunder but it sucks too. the actions were too fast ur eyes couldnt catch the acts. the storyline sucks. mr bond cant stop himself from killing everyone he met. no cool gadgets. the bad guy is obviously gay. its boring u keep wondering when its going to end. u cant stop urself from looking at daniel craig's pout n thought, whats with the pout? but at the end u think he's hot.

im waiting for madagascarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!! i like to move it move it. kalau sucks jugak aku bakar semua cinema.

last friday i went to loft with zyra. it wasn't planned at all. we were bored n decided to just go to any club..... the two of us! haha. saiko. ok la so the night went on as usual. met zyra's no. 2 scandal with his dj friends. lepak2.... lari gi cynna kejap then patah balik loft.

then anaz called. he's at space. since i was too bored, i decided to leave zyra n join him. anaz came with few friends, i knew none of them. but then i decided to make friends! so instead of kenal2 just like dat..... i became too over friendly i actually made myself the host of the night (*note: i was the only female). i came to them and "Haaaaaiiii!!!! eh ape duduk je ni? minum2!" dengan muke selambe nye, i yang offer THEIR drinks to them n cheers with them all night long. haha. i pour my own drinks n i did that for them too!

suddenly there's a malaun (one of anaz friends) came to me challenging me on the drinks. evil gila mamat tu! he did the chicken sound bcoz i was drinking in a chill way. heh. memang tak ar aku nak biar ko ejek2 aku kan... so kitrg lawan shots!

there were 2 bottles there. a smirnoff n a black label. anaz's friends were like... 6-7 guys. all of them drank the smirnoff. tatau apesal. padahal jantan. me n that malaun name faris, finished up half of the black label bottle!

fine. i text zyra n asked her what happened. i assumed it was either her or anaz who send me back that night. GUESS WHO?! OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD... zyra told me that i asked for JIBOT! wtf!!!! she said, i asked her to call jibot, who was sleeping like a baby at home, to come pick me up becoz i was too drunk n couldn't even stand on my own feet. so enchek jibot cameeeee allllllll theeeeee wayyyyyyyy to heritage, picked me up from space n send me home safely! tq jibot.

it was confusing. it was a nightmare. i want to stop drinking n clubbing. heh. poyo. said this like thousands of times already. yesterday dah teruk kena bahan dengan zyra n anaz. duh.

Demam Season

hahaha... asyik2 cite pasal demam. takpe.. again, MY BLOG. haha.
smalam nilad cabut keje half day n datang my house around lunch time. so tgh2 lepak tu.. standard ah.. batuk sana batuk sini.... ngn hidung selsema nya... kitrg gi lunch kt diva then balik rumah balik sambung cakap mengarut mcm 8 tahun tak jumpe.

i was browsing my fb then tanye la nilad, tanak buat fb ke? gamba ko dah cukup bersepah dalam fb. pastu tibe2 die suh i buatkan fb utk die... sebab die tak reti. we came to an agreement that i do the account, add up her friends n basic stuff, lepas die dah terrer gila pakai baru dia take over. haha.

then petang around 6pm ktrg nak kelua lepak ngn ayu kat court.... jeng jeng jeng...... nilad dah mula batuk2... muahahaha. im spreading my virus to all! jumpe ayu, die pun dgn suara sengau like mine cakap dia pun nak demam. huhu. then gi ali jumpe zul, die pun same!

that very night daddy brought me to the doc...... sangat magician! gua salute! doc tu bagi 1 botol ubat batuk yg sedap n veeerrryyyyy smaaalll yellow pills for flu. telan malam tadi, tido, pagi dah tak selsema langsung!! everything is dried up! wooaahhhhhh! amazing amazing.

then dapat msg from nilad, tom cruise mati jatuh gunung! tak guna btol... penat je cari sampai cnn news, bbc news, yahoo news, google news, socialitelife... semua! tadeeee ponnnn! tipu.

Demam

What I like about demam? I get to ask favors frm everyone in the house. everything will be done as i wish. hehehe. but u know how miserable it is when ur sick rite? thank god there's someone to take care of me when i feel like dying.

so last night mummy was sponging my body to cool down the heat... as my body ached like shit, i asked her to give me a massage.

n so she took the oil n started massaging me. i was green n very very hot. ok la... badan pun sejuk sangat, bila dapat minyak panas rase lega la.

few minutes after that... i felt kinda weird. it didnt help with the aches tho. i reached the bottle to find out....

i was browsing all the fashion blogs n found so many blogs selling vintage stuff, top to toe.
now the thing is, i just can't accept that vintage style they all are selling.
its like... sape nak pakai doh baju2 mcm tu?
i mean... fashion budak2 emo yg pelik gile mcm the guys pakai skirt, the girls and their socks, accessories, the hair, the make up... that is acceptable for me.
even cosplay is not that weird!
vintage dresses like my granny's is soooo not!

i know its the trend now... go vintage. but its sometimes wayyy too ridiculous.

i hate when i fall sick.
i couldnt get up, can't smoke, no appetite, and my body aches.

Last Holiday

I'm startin working soon.... sad. So me n my friend planned a very last vacation trip for me at the end of this month.

Genting je! but then who cares rite? as long as i have the right friends, right place, right things to do... i bet i'm gonna hav so much fun then.

however there r few things bothering my mind now...... its my last holiday, will it rains? r all the hotels there be fully booked by then? what if i book earlier and suddenly there's going to be a big thing i dont wanna miss here? haih...

Woooohoooooo!!!! So we have discussed few games for the party. Pool fight (girls only), whisper game, pass the smoke, pass the candy, treasure hunt in the pool(wahaha!), water balloon fight!!!, drunk game, sober game and many more!

You Suck, I Rock

2day I get to berak delightfully, wonderfully, delightfully, marvellously after sooo long. Yes, berak. My blog, remember? Not urs. So WHAT if I want to write about berak instead of _________ [fill in the blank as u wish].

Thanx to the tigers I had last night. That’s the main reason y it came out beautifully. Hehe. Oh, chop.. I had sushi before that. So who did that? Sushi or tiger? Hm?

So last night we went to Eckywoobee and watched football there. From chelsea’s victory of 5-0 fucking pap pap pap each minute… to my beloved Liverpool.. a bit of arsenal’s.. and Mancipap United’s.

That was yesterday.

Continue to what I do today. Hm.. today is a very very depressing day. I was crying n crying n crying over a matter that I’m too lazy to write it down. I don’t know where to start. Next time ya.

So since I was toooo depressed I started callin people randomly to calm my emotion that was obviously too problematical to be solved thru da phone. My dear friend Benjamin who apparently just recovered from fever with his good true friend spirit set a date with me that evening.

Met him at Oldtown and chatted for 3 long hours. He’s been a very good friend to me. Even though I didn’t pay no heed to him for quite sometime (n I do realize)… he doesn’t mind and he still cares. He managed to cast away all the problems that I stressed myself with. He didn’t solve it. He just cheered me. Heeeeeeeee~ thanx yo.

2morrow nak lepak ngn safwan plak. I’ve been cancelling my plans with him so many times already since he got back. Its gonna take days for me to catch up with his life! He has been in n out of the country for most of the time since he started working with the oil n gas company. Nak pow duit raya 22 tahun nye… n ajak die gi Bangkok esok gak. Haha. So no more alasan not to go out with safwan.

Went to watch late night movie with Enchek jibot at KLCC. We watched Eagle Eye, acted by Transformer star, Shia LaBeouf. Okay la… bole tahan je la. Not soo good, not that bad. Just ok. I like the puzzles that the director tried to play with the audience. Made us wonder, who’s the bitch? who’s the bitch?.. But the movie is sloOwWWw! Tak habis2 lagi ke? The director dragged it too long. I salute the actions. I like the concept. But I think just like the rest of the viewers, the end is expected from the mid of the movie. People knew it already.

Thursday

I woke up at 8! The earliest this month, besides first raya. Hehe. As usual, do the same boring thing… the daily routine. Woke up, breakfast, tv, internet, internet, internet, shower, lunch, internet again, internet again n again……..

So while I was busying myself browsing facebook, Mim called, saying she’s coming to my house around 5. Then ayol called, he’s back in kl…ajak lepak, since I still hav few more hours b4 Mim comes. Ok la… I thot diorang nak bawak gi minum kat ali je. Tau2 masuk kereta je, ayol n yuki played kidnapping game. Tah maneeeee2 diorang nak bawak…rupenye gi Great Eastern je. There, we met Din the Madonna guy. Hehe. Alangkah seronoknyeee ade blog sendiri! Then satu petang kena bahan dengan diorang. Tekanan tekanan. Takpe takpe……korang tungguuuuu! ;p

I came back home. Mim came. She asked me to do some design work for zhaf’s album cover. While doing the it, zhaf called n mentioned about Rokkit at Cloth n Clef. So all of the sudden, let’s jom! Got dressed while waiting for zhaf from bangi. Went straight away to changkat.

The event was superb. The music played was fantastic! I met my lecturer who was one of the spinning DJ that night. Met few friends there. Me, Mim and Zhaf were not sober actually. We BOBO b4 we got there.

I loveeeee the people there. Their dresses. Their style. They r fun. Happening people. The whole club could actually enjoy with each other. The girls dresses like very very very casual, new improved vintage but yet elegant. Im not talking about the same old sexy clubbing dress here, I’m talking about the shit u guys see in magazines and movies. New vintage. The guys…. Ala lapsap but better n mature looking. Most of the people, girls n guys were wearing chackered shirts. Thank god I didn’t wear that.

Oh n there were photographers everywhere. Me and mim were like, sane2… pose! Eh, sini2…pose! Hahahaha. Gila lah. Name pun bObO. It was fun. Really fun. The best event in a club I’ve been in these couple of months. Nak lagiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!
