cultivating a heart of patience and forgiveness.
i guess i take criticisms very seriously and i am not able to let go of people's judgement of me.
so in a way, yes, i am uptight to a certain degree.
and especially if the person you are criticising is my friend, i will get annoyed.
but i know that this attitude is not right, so i think i will need to examine my motives and attitude in dealing with situations like these.
however, in a way, there is some truth in the matter about the criticism, although i do not fully agree with every statement. so, action needs to be taken i guess. and i should learn to let go of these small matters in my life.

Just remember not to judge others, because you yourself have these faults too.
Read this passage in Matt:
Do not try to remove the speck in your brother's eye, when you have a plank in yours.

So, i guess hypocracy lies in all of us. just something to think about.
