So, as most of you already know, my baby girl started school this past week...
... she is actually pretty young to be starting, but she has seen her cousins start school and her Aunt teach it and she had been begging us for quite some time to go to school...
And after much debate and trying to talk her out of it =/ We decided to go ahead and let her try it out.
The morning of school came and she was SOOOOO EXCITED!!!
As you can see from my tired eyes... I was not so excited =( I knew I would cry, just wasnt prepared for how much I did. (Don't worry, I never let her see me cry!)
It really wasn't that I was afraid of her going.... it was just shock of how fast it all just goes by. And the happiness that came over me to see how well my baby girl handled everything!
Karly loves to go wake up her baby sister with a kiss in the mornings and this is how we found her that morning of her first day of school. Not a shocker to most that Ricky and I love tattoo art... this shot is one of my favorites... our Abby June with her flower on his elbow and Jesus on the cross right below... LOVE!
Karly testing out her camera skills some more... she is getting pretty good! And the following are some of my "classic" photo shoots with my babies before we took Karly to school...
They love eachother and man do we love them!!!
The girls and their Daddy.
Can't believe how big she is now...
She didn't skip a beat... I thought that all her big talk about not being scared would go away when she ACTUALLY realized that I wouldn't be staying with her at school. But she saw her teacher... ran up... gave her a hug... grabbed the little girls hand standing next to her and asked the teacher, "Can I play with her?" And when she got the go ahead she gave Ab and I a quick kiss and she was off. LOVE HER!!!
And our little June Bug will be there before we know it...
... so proud of my social butterfly!!! Like I have said before... I can't even put into words my love for her and her sister.
PEACE... here is to her starting her schooling =) My prayer is for her to always keep her eyes on the good in life and not let the bad sway her kind heart. I love you my babe!!!
