Enjoying this Holiday Season!

I love this time of year, and especially this year... Karly seems to be noticing everything a lot more this year and it is the best to see things through a childs eyes...
She went with us to get the tree this year! They said they wanted to hire her there because she was talking to everyone that walked in about how pretty the trees were! I showed her the presents under the tree and she is very excited about them, she has not tried to open them yet... she is being a very patient girl! =)
 Hyper one night running around!
Hard to see in this picture, but I love this time of year also because I decorate the house with all of our wedding decorations! Makes me happy! =)
The colder weather has brought the dogs indoors a little more! Amy lovin' on Sugar!
And these two are hilarious together!
 My Sugar Baby
 And my adorable Kinger boy!
Karly is forever jumping all over this big guy!
The stockings are hung from the chimney with care =)
 Karly loves hers!

THANK YOU SO MUCH LORD FOR ALL OF OUR MANY MANY BLESSINGS!!!!!

The title of my post has hit me hard the past few weeks in so many ways... the first reason is one I wish I never had to share, but it happened, and I have continued to thank the Lord so much for this blessing...
Last Thursday our baby girl was on the counter cooking with me when she fell backwards! Ricky and I both went to catch her and sort of ran into eachother, Ricky caught her feet... but it ended up that she hit her head even harder on our hard wood floors. She was silent and in shock at first but then her eyes rolled in the back of her head and she was out, limp in my arms! A vision that continues to run through my head and brings me to tears every time! By the time the ambulance got there she had come to but still hadn't cried and was trying to fall asleep. They took a look at her and said everything looked ok and she finally began to cry when they took her pulse... a sound we were all SOOO HAPPY TO HEAR!! They advised us to still have her checked out at emergency, which we did!!! She was fine after this... I, on the other hand, was not... I began to cry in the emergency room, and the tears just kept coming that night and the next day! I kept thinking, why didn't I catch her? Why didn't I break her fall? Why did I have her up there? I am such a bad mom!... While in the emergency room Karly saw me crying and said to me ..."MAMA, YOU CRYING?!?" then put her arms around me and said... "SHHHHH MAMA, IT ALRIGHT!"

So... Lord... I thank you so much for our little girl who is such a blessing to us and all that she meets. She is our pride and joy and I pray harm never comes to her!And although I know that I can't protect her all the time, I pray you help me to try harder! I thank you for being there to guide us and having a happy ending to this scare!!! Thank you from the bottom of a mothers loving heart!!!
The Saturday after Kar's fall, was Amy's 18th birthday... and guess what my crazy sister did?!?
She went SKY DIVING!!! Yes we all thought she was crazy... but her and her good friend Dane have wanted to for a long time, so we bought her the big leap for her birthday! They were both WAY EXCITED...
The package we got her included two practice jumps in the wind tunnel... Kar and Bamma watching Amy's first flight!
 Amy, Katie and Karly
The sane sisters who are smart enough to stay on the ground =) Nes kidding little brother!
 All geared up! CUTE =/
We all found it very fascinating to watch... Karly has still not stopped talking about it... "Mayme... Jump out of plane!!! Che's Crazy!!!"
Amy practiced with Dane and one other older man... She was the only one who had a huge smile on her face the whole time!!!!
... so I think she had a good time? =)
She even did so well that the instructor decided to fly with her... she was the only one he did this with! Way to show up the guys Amy!!! That's my little brother!
And she was the only one who can come out of the wind tunnel looking this cute!!!
The three jumpers and thier trainer!
Then it was time to do the real deal... mom messing around... speaking of scared moms, she was very happy when her baby girl was safe on the ground! You are going to have to look at Katie's blog here soon and look for all the actual skydiving shots she got... Kar was attached to me during the jump so I didn't get any... but Kate got some REALLY GOOD ONES!
After she jumped we enjoyed a yummy family lunch at Steer and Stein... YUM!!!

That's right... we are having another sweet little girl!!! I AM BEYOND EXCITED... this is secretly what I was rooting for =) Ricky and I both knew that we wanted more than 2 kids... we have always said 3-4... so when we had our Karly girl, I really wanted to have our girls together! Ricky was rooting for a boy, but he is very excited to be the only man in his house full of girls for now! =)
Here she is... 5 months and growing... and quite the mover!!!! I am still feeling wonderful, and my 'S' shape.... as my sweet husband says =/ is starting to take shape! =)

A Halloween in Wonderland!!!

We had a blast this Halloween, but before I share those pictures... we have been just enjoying this fall. Here are some of my extra shots...
Some bath time back side =)

The cooler weather made me want some home made bread BUT my mom and I accidently doubled the recipe =/ Still turned out delicious, but made for yet another laughable moment =)
My cute little one waiting for Dad to get home from golfing so we can go get a pumpkin.
We went to a near by pumpkin patch (which has grown since I was little!!!)...
... this monkey was a crack up! You hand him a dollar, he quickly puts it in his pocket, tips his hat to you and shakes your hand... all while eating a cheeto! I thought Karly would be a little freaked out of him... but NOOOO WAY! She was HAPPY to shake his hand!
Karly climbing the hay castle with Dad.
Obama and Karly =) Just kidding mom... Karly has started saying "anma" with a "b" sound at the front and it sort of sounds like "Obama". So it is my moms new nickname... lets just say she is NOT FOND OF IT AT ALL!!! =)
 Our growing family =)
Karly loved the Kettle Corn... she rode around the whole place in a wheel barrel that they provide for you to pick out your pumpkin in... FUN!!!
 Smiling with her Pumpkin =)
 And with her Daddy...
 and her Family =)
Checking out the small pumpkins with Amy...
 ... pretty girls!
 We had so much fun!
 Pumpkin carving time!!!.....
She was not shy about the process in the least...
 go baby go!
 =)
" Mom this is so much fun! "
A shot I had to add... just laxin with her dad watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!
Another shot I had to add... Oreo cookie teeth... he is getting so good with the pictures =) He also let Karly and I paint his toes... I WAS SOOOO HAPPY AND LAUGHING MY ASS OFF! (he would not let me take a picture of that though!)
Our theme this year for Halloween was Alice in Wonderland... so our pumpkin of course is the Chesire cat =)
Playing with mom around the house!
Matching mom and daughter nails and toes =)
and a night spent on Halloween eve up at grandmas for potatoe cheese soup... YUM!
... and now the big reveal of our cutest queen of hearts (from the NEW Alice and Wonderland movie!) Kar getting her make-up on!
 Soooo hilarious!...

Jenna tied in real well with Karly in her Mad Hatter costume... Karly was calling her ALL NIGHT LONG..." JENNNNAAAA!?!?"
Ashley's little cutie Andee... thinking "what in the world is up with this chicks make-up?"
Just kidding, they were pizza pals... sat and ate their whole meal together!
Auntie Sue with all the kids.

 Macy girl
 Kar and Bella
The whole gang at the Lee house!
... Kar stayed up 'til about 11:00 watching tv with us until she finally knocked out on me... then woke up and played some more with Amy!
