So these next few photos are not for the faint of heart. Ryan's dad is down visiting and said, "We gotta take a picture of you!" As many of you may know I do get relatively large during pregnancy. Ryan's brother wanted to do a circumfrance measurement as well. I think it is funny how these poor men's minds work. They say it is painful to just look at me, and I tell them, "It is painful!!" So the elective induction is scheduled for April 14th. I hope I don't make it that far, but you never know. The current stats taken last Wednesday were- dialated to a 2, 70% effaced, and at a minus 3. I will keep everyone update and hopefully we'll get a camera so there will be more photos. So please laugh at the pictures, or have a little sympathy. I really don't care! Hope everyone has had a wonderful March. I am glad it is almost over. :)

Happenings!
Since we don't have a digital camera the photos are few and far between. This dilema has moved up as priority #1 as the new baby should be coming soon. First are some pictures of Mike (we call him our basement dweller) who has been living with us for the past year. Here his is with his sweetheart Emily. You can tell by the smile on his face that he really enjoys her!!

ARTIST!
So here is a picture that Maya colored last Saturday. We sat her down with a new box of Crayola crayons and voila! I walked by and was stunned and Ryan and I both agreed it was fridge worthy. I thought many of you might enjoy it as well. Pretty good for a 2 year old!!! Way to go Maya! We still are wondering if she will be right of left handed. She tends to color a little with one hand and then with the other. We may have a "south paw" on our hands. Leave us a comment and let Maya know what you think of her artwork!

Update
Okay- so I haven't updated in awhile because we no longer have a functioning camera in our house, and what is a blog entry without pictures. So here is the update with our family. Connor is enjoying kindergarten. He is such a good reader he gets to go to 1st grade each day for some "reading time'. (But he informs me they don't really read, but they learn about words.) Oh yeah- he finally has his first loose tooth! We'll see how long it takes him to wiggle it out, or how impatient I get. (Kids at work always have teeth that are flappin' in the wind and I always want to pull them out!) Okay- next kid.....We are registaring Evan for Kindergarten next year. CRAZY! He loves preschool and we have to keep up with his busy social calendar. He has had 4 birthday parties last month! (not expecting that in the family budget). Also, some of the moms were talking outside of preschool and saying that he's a "ladies man" - it must be his killer blue eyes. He has such a fun personality! Maya is busy as ever. She wakes up every morning and sings her day away. She makes up songs about what she is wearing and what she is doing. It is pretty cute. Too bad we don't have a camera!!!! She just talks and talks and talks.....sometimes, too much.
Update on baby Isaac! We have 6 weeks or less left! (I say less because any mom is hopeful that these miserable days may end a bit sooner than later). I have an appt in two weeks and my doc said we can schedule and induction on that day. If he comes sooner great! If not then we have a date planned. Anyone have a particular date mid-April that they would like our baby born on? I have began the "nesting phase", but I am having a difficult time because my ligaments are sooooo sore!!! It hurts to walk, roll over in bed, and go upstair (darn multi-level house). Other than that things are going well. The kids are so excited and include "baby Isaac" in all of their conversations and imaginary excersions.
We can't forget about Ryan. He is loving his new job. It adds a lot more variety to his day and he enjoys working with people. He also has a few things buzzing with his real estate career.
That's about it with us. Sorry no pictures! We have to solve that problem before the baby gets here.
