Bowling

A few weeks ago we went bowling with Josh's brother Troy, we took him out for his birthday present, and we had a blast! Now Ethan knows that we have a bowling alley very close to our house, and wonders why we haven't gone there more often... Oops!

Troy won the game, YEP beat us all up! he scored 129 and Josh and I scored 89 and 85, respectively. The kids loved it, even Kenya wanted to get a shot at the ball! We loved it and we thank Troy for coming and sharing this fun time with us!

The Day after Thanksgiving...

This day started at 3:30am for us!! yeah, we're crazy... we went black Friday shopping... but we were done shopping by 10am! Needless to say it was kind of crazy, but not too bad, the stores we went to weren't very crouded (except for Walmart, I ended up leaving without buying anything!), but when we got home we had plenty of time to put up all our xmas decorations, cook a second thanksgiving dinner ( I wanted to have left overs!), and go play games with Josh's family. Of course we were exausted at the end of the day, but it was a fun day!

The kids were most excited about putting the Christmas train up, and so here they are enjoying it. Kenya absolutely loves it, and she goes crazy with excitement whenever we turn it on!

Thanksgiving!!

We had such a great time with our family on Thanksgiving day!
Thanks everyone for the wonderful memories and the endless fun!!!
Here are the kids chasing and running away from uncle Danny, they love to play with him he's so fun!

Cutting the pies... they were yummy!!!

Grandma & Grandpa always give the kids (and us) an early xmas present to kick off the season! This year all the kids got christmas jammies! and they love it!

Mom gave us girls xmas aprons! they are so cute, she made them herself, and they are reversible!!!
Ethan and Mia shared a little poem that EJ learned at school, it's really cute!

We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with loved ones, and stuffing ourselves with the delicious food...

I hope that all of you had a wonderful thanksgiving too!

Happy Halloween!!!

We had an awesome Halloween! First we went to my parent's house (in Salt Lake) and visited them for a few hours. They loved to see the kids dressed up, and the kids loved getting their first candys for the day!

Look at this Beautiful "Christmas Belle"!
She loved putting on make-up!!!
My "Storm Trooper"
My "Huasita" (Chilean country girl)

Needless to say Kenya LOVED getting some candy! and she understood very quickly what she needed to do!

This is Mia with her cousin Savannah, it was Savannah's birthday too, so we got to eat some cake on Halloween too!
I had to post this video so that you see Kenya's camera smile, as soon as she spots the camera she does this thing with her nose which I think is adorable!!!

Krista's Birthday/Rasmussen Halloween Party

Wednesday we had Josh's sister's birthday/halloween party... It was way fun, and we had a great time singing "Happy Birthday" not on pitch, it was very freaky!!!
Happy Birthday Krista!
Here is Grandma & Grandpa Ras. "The chef and her table"
Ethan is behind that mask... he is a "Storm Trooper" and watch out, you can't say he's anything else! (like a clone trooper or something...) Mia is my beautiful "Christmas Belle" She loves this dress! and she looks so beautiful... of course I have to think that she's my daughter!!! she also LOVED putting on some makeup!
The cousins...
Troy was "The Hunchback of Notre Damme"
Kenya has this pose thing that she does, that instead of smiling she wrinkles her nose... that's her posing for pictures! It's really cute! (at least I think so :))
She was dressed as a "Huasa" it's a Chilean country girl, it is the national costume that people dress up as during Chile's independence day.
