I forgot to post this with the other Kindergarten stuff, so here it goes...

Kindergarten Graduation!!

Ethan has had his FIRST graduation!!!! I can hardly believe it!!! He's all done with kindergarten and his teacher was the best!! She had this whole ceremony thing prepared for them, and had a cap and gown for them to wear! so cute!! Here are some pictures of that day...

Josh's Trip

So I guess it's time to update...
Josh went on a trip to Australia, New Zeland, and Fiji, it was a business trip, and he didn't have much time to spend exploring.... he also found that when he got to Australia and New Zeland, that he was in a spot where there are lots of businesses, but not too many tourists, and not much for tourist attractions... so he went to the beach in both places, and made the best of it (amidst the tiredness of traveling every 2 days). Fortunately when he arrived in Fiji, he was staying in a resort area (poor thing) and was able to take a day trip to an island and he also got to go snorkling.

This Island is so small that it'd take about 15 minutes to walk all the way around it!

No one lives in the island, but they have this little areas for the tourists to come and eat and stuff.

He also got to go snorkling in the ocean! but he didn't get any pictures of that...

This was his breakfast table in Fiji... hmmmm, something tells me that if the breakfast wasn't very good it wouldn't have mattered with that view!!!

Mother's Day!!

I had the best mother's day ever!!! I woke up in the morning, and Josh and the kids had made me some breakfast, and they also had a couple of little surprises for me!

1st, they made me this awesome candy poster note...

We wanted to give you "100 GRAND", but the extra $$ kept slipping thourgh our "BUTTERFINGERS". That's okay because the real "PAYDAY" is just spending time with you! We wondered what else we could get you to show our love, but didn't think a pet "KIT KAT" or even a trip to the "SYMPHONY" would do! So instead, we'll wish you "MOUNDS" of "ALMOND JOY" and hope that you "SKOR" as the world's awesomest mom on this mother's day! You are the best, You are our "SWEET TART" and we love you!!

It was so awesome! And then Ethan also had made me this book at school... it was so sweet I started to cry!! He said: (the parts in capital letters are the things he wrote)

"This is my marvelous mom! Her name is MREA"

"I just love it when my mom TAKS ME TO THE POOL" (he drew a picture of us going to the pool)

"My mom can PLAY the best" (he drew a picture of us playing lego star wars on the Wii)

"Dear Mom, Please hold on to this so all can see, How very much you mean to me! Love, ETHAN"

AND,

then at church, both Ethan and Mia sang during sacrament meeting!!! They sang loud and clear, and I LOVED IT!!! They also brought me a card that they made in Primary!! how sweet!!

I must say that being a mom is the most rewarding thing ever!!! and I absolutely love my little babies!!

Disneyland Trip 2009!!!!!!!!!!

Finally I'm getting to it!!! Needless to say we had a blast! Here are some pictures to show some of the things we did.

Our meeting with Cinderella... we had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to see her, Snow White and Mulan!!!

Peter Pan!!!! Mia was really scared of Snow White's ride and Pinoccio's ride, but she absolutely LOVED Peter Pan!!!

Kenya was always ready to give her autograph book to the characters, but then she'd usually get really shy and wouldn't pose for pictures.... or I'd have to get in there with her...

....except for Minnie and Tinker Bell, she wanted to pose with them...

Tinker Bell!!!

After 4 days of playing hard at the parks... the kids were so exausted on the ride home, Ethan and Mia don't usually take naps, but as soon as we hit the road around 11 am, they were out!!!

We loved our vacation, and for sure we can't wait to go again! We shared this vacation with Josh's sisters Krista and Amy and her family. Thank you for the wonderful memories together!!!!

My Josh

So my sweetheart just left this morning to Germany, and it's always such a hard thing to swallow, you know? It's just that thing of going overseas, that makes the separation so much harder, I'm already begining to feel the effects of it. I know I'm gonna be sappy... but I have to let my feelings out somehow...
I love this man who has been my husband for almost 7 years, and I miss him so much already!!! He's certainly the love of my life and I am so grateful to be sealed to him for all eternity!!! I still remember the first time we met at his parents back yard by the trampoline; and the first time he said "I love you" which he didn't quite say that way... and when he asked me to marry him, and when we said yes at the altar in the temple.
As our family has grown bigger, our love continues to grow bigger and stronger. I am so grateful to him for all the sacrifices he makes for us, and for the unending love and support he gives us.
I love you babe!!! Have a wonderful trip! know that our thougths and prayers are always with you!
PS: Hurry back so we can go to Disneyland!!!

Kenya's girl has been coming out the last few weeks, she loves to dress up like a princess and comes and asks me for "rora" (Aurora--Sleeping Beauty) whenever she sees anything princess. Here she is wearing Mia's skirt as a dress, since it is too big for her... and she's having a blast dancing with Mia!

Writing on furniture...

So the other day, Josh found that Ethan had written some stuff on his toy box in his bedroom, when we asked him what that was, he told us that it was a list of all his toys so that everybody knew what his toys are... we couldn't help but tape him reading the words, as they are all spelled phoneticaly, it's quite cute (although we didn't tell him that since he did write on a piece of furniture...)
