im glad to say things between Sassy and Mr. Bailey have progressed pretty well. On some mornings, we would find the pair snuggled up together in a cold room to keep warm. uber cute.

they still fight alot though to establish some sort of hierachy but they often show affection for each other too!

Jonah 4:10 But the LORD said, "You have been concerned about this vine, though you did not tend it or make it grow. It sprang up overnight and died overnight. 11 But Nineveh has more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left, and many cattle as well. Should I not be concerned about that great city?"

God is genuinely concerned about our lives. He is interested and active in our daily affairs. His watch over his flock is unceasing.

As i read this verse, i was struck by how much God cares for people. We can never escape his watchful eyes and loving hands.

in light of this, i truely want to bring God into my daily living. i dont want to live a minute without His help and guidance!

At night my mind does not much care,
if what it thinks is here or there.

It tells me stories it invents,
and makes up things that don't make sense.

I don't know why it does these stuff,
the real world seems quite weird enough.

i looked on helplessly as my dad struggled to wake up in the ICU. i fought back my tears, my mum broke down immediately. in my 21 years of life, i've never been so emotionally overwhelmed. the sight of it was just simply unbearable. the strong hands i've come to know since i was a young boy looked frail and weak as they grabbed and pulled randomly. i've never seen him like this before.

Life is a gift. i've done nothing to deserve it. i once heard, that it is impossible to love something until you realised it could be lost.

Everything in life is a gift. And life itself, is the greatest gift. it could be snuffed out in a second, it could be lost, and i cannot take a moment of it for granted.

we can never live the same again.

while jesus was avidly healing the sick, touching the untouchables, noticing the neglected and driving a spritual revival, his disciples were often times found wanting. they lacked faith and courage, were quick to judge, engaged in pointless theological discussions and argued to see who was the best. very often, they were confused!

in light of all their flaws though, jesus eventually told them something they hardly EVER dared to believe, that someday, they could be just like jesus too! one day, god's little rebels would lay down their arms and live unimaginably powerful lives.

this promise is for us too. if we put our faith in god, one day, we're gonna be just like jesus.

we can never live the same again.
