Frankenstein Mini Card and Milk Carton and The Last Thank You Thursday

Happy Halloween Friends!!!

 

I am so excited for it to be Halloween!! We don't have a lot to Trick or Treaters but I don't care. Most of them have been coming to my house for years and almost all have come inside the house to check out my Halloween Decorations. I will be doing the same tonight and one of the things the Kids and Parents like the most is my Haunted Hallway!!! OMG its so cool this year I have more spooky pictures and a Black light. I have some pictures to show YOU!

 

But first just want to show you a mini card I made 3x3 and matching milk carton. Ahhh Frankie has never been so cute! We made these for my Card Club a few weeks ago. They are perfect for a classroom or just to give to friends. I also made an envelope with some Halloween paper that I had from a big pack I got last year. I thought that the spider web paper would make a perfect envelope and it did! I just had to add a bow to both the projects... when it comes to bows I can't control myself. lol 

I used the "Best of Halloween" stamp set for the sentiment and added a couple of black rhinestones. You have to use Sticky Strip to put the Milk Carton together.

OK Now to my Haunted Hallway!!!

 

This is what you see right when you come into my house. Its not dark in these photos but you can see the spider web is glowing in the black light... Its super cool at night

Here is the same photo but I used a flash, so you can see a little more detail.

 

This is the Grim Reaper that his eyes blink red and he talks saying "Beware you are not safe Here!" If you see the owl he is in a witch kettle and that has smoke coming out of it I don't have it turned on during the photo.

This is the same photo with a flash. I also have a strobe light in the Hallway, works great in the dark and makes even more scary!

Halloween Hello Card and Last Day for 25% off 25 Stamp Sets

 

Hi Blogging Friends!!!


"Halloween Hello" is a really fun set to use. I used the cute little bat on this card, but I also used the Stampin' Up! Washi Tape. I used two of the 25% off stamp sets to make this card, one is "Gorgeous Grunge" the other stamp set is called "Yippee-Skippee".

 

 

I have been using the "Gorgeous Grunge" a lot and really love it!

As soon as I seen the words "You Can Never Have Too Much Happy" in this stamp set I knew I was going to add "Halloween" to it! The word Halloween is also from "Halloween Hello" stamp set.

 

Here is a little different version. I added a bunch of black rhinestones onto this one. I bought a ton of them a while back when they were on the Clearance Rack.

Gently Falling Card, Thank You Thursday and 25 Stamp sets on Sale

Hi Blogging Friends!!

 



 I thought that I would feature one of the 25% off stamp sets today. I made this card for my club members, they just loved the Tags 4 You Stamp Set, especially when you can get the cool matching punch in a bundle. Now I get to tell them that "Gently Falling" is on Sale, they are going to be so Happy!!  Fall is my favorite time of the year and I really like using this stamp set and going to have to get it out again!

This card was so much fun to make. I do love cutting things out and putting bows on everything. lol I used vanilla craft ink with a sponge dauber to give the wood grain paper that cool effect.

I used the word window punch for the little pennant. I only used half of it. It made it so much easier, I didn't have to cut them with my paper cutter.

I used two colors behind the label bracket punch, cut them corner to corner and the attached them to the back. I just had to add a big Hemp thread bow!

Animal Talk Cards and Some Amazing Weekly Deals!

Just a quick post today. I wanted to show you a few cards that I made with the stamp set "Animal Talk". I used the same base on all of them and just used a different image on each.

Garage Sale Find to a Fun Spooky Halloween Frame!

I am a Pals Guest Stamper on Mary Fish's blog today! OMG so excited! Thank you Mary! its great being a Pals Gal!!!

 

If you are coming over from Mary's blog I want to Thank You for jumping over to check out my Halloween project. This was a fun decoration to make, as soon as I seen this frame in a $1 box at a garage sale I knew that it was going to be something Halloween.

 

I love spray painting things! I painted the twigs and the frame gloss black. I painted the mat inside the frame orange then I used crystal effects to glue the orange glitter down.

When I made the rosette I stretched it out into an oval, it was not hard to do. I used the oval Framelits to cut out the skull out of the "Witches Brew" DSP.

I used black Stampin glitter around the oval rosette. I wish it showed better in the photo. The 31st is heat embossed in black. The witch hat stamp is from the stamp set "Best of Halloween". I stamped it twice and used dimensionals to give it a 3D effect. I used a silver pen on the buckle of the hat, and rhinestones in the eyes! Spooooky! lol

 

I heat embossed all the skeleton heads in black and cut them out and used hemp thread to tie them on with a little bow.

 

After I took all my pictures I added the Oct, not sure how I like it best. The Oct is from the Rotary stamp "Remember" on page 130 of the Stampin Up Catalog.

 

Here are more frames that I found at a junk store for $2.00. I plan on altering these too. If you look at the mat area they have the same kind of red velvet that mine had. I had to scrap and scrub that off to be able to spray paint it orange. What's cool about this set is that they still have the glass.

Close up of left side of the Hutch. I made those Pumpkins and that ghost.

Close up of the right side. I love to use feather Boa's in my decorating for Holidays, I used a black one around the Hutch and below I used a red one and wrapped around some tall candle sticks.

This is a small area in my Living room. Yes! on the floor those are Halloween nutcrackers!!! A vampire, witch and I have a Frankenstein too.
