Shane loves his music and was very excited to learn Riley had his own ipod and when he wasn't looking he could swipe it!!
Look out!
Cousins enjoying their morning drinks.
All the boys waiting for me to open up the candy canes! Of course I was not fast enough for them!
We tried really hard to get a fabulous photo of the boys near the tree. Of course it was difficult but fun and we got a few not too shabby shots. This one cracks me up because Logan is holding Shane.
This is the train at the Christmas house. It was the hit for the boys! I must say it was pretty darn amazing. I could have done without the rest. LOL
The boys checking out all the fantastic lights. What a (crazy) display!
It is interesting to watch the pecking order. I think Riley definitely look sup to his older Cousin, Logan.
Just chilling with the boys with all the loot Dad sent.
The boys watching TV together. This is funny because it went form them all sitting and watching to Logan talking and talking to Shane whacking Logan with his blanket.
This shot if before Shane whips out his blanket to go in for the whack. Here Logan is telling Shane something....possibly bossing him around...then Shane goes in for the blanket whipping.
This was the start of it all. Logan talking away about something and holding up the number two. Maybe he is trying to call them all to peace or mayb ehe is telling Riley he still 2 so watch out.
Ahhh bath time. If you took your eyes off them poor Shane got soaked!
Rub a dub dub 3 monkeys in the tub!
MiMi reads a Christmas story to Shane
Bedtime stories near the Christmas tree
The kids got to pick and decorate our mini tree this year! They had lots of fun.
Logan hung all his favorite ornaments himself and really close together.
Shane enjoyed checking out all the new sparkling things
After he broke one he seemed to get the idea. Of course I also moved all the breakables up higher after Logan decorated.
We will remember our funky mini tree with all the new ornaments Logan picked along the bottom (until Shane broke one).
Logan picked out a new set of ornaments in his favorite colors -- blue and purple! He couldn't wait to put them on the tree!
MiMi out the lights on...
Tried to get them all in the shot but it was a challenge.
You know Logan is really excited about something when he wants to take a photo to show Dad.
We had to wait a while for the photographer to come back which was hard on the boys. So annoying! We were the only ones there luckily. Santa entertained them with a candy cane and of course they loved that.
Hanging with Santa.
Shanta wasn't scared of Santa
Priceless look from Logan! He was a little more hesitant but warmed up to the idea and even told him what he wanted for Christmas.
Shane had a musical Christmas and he loved every bit of it. He got this neat Christmas music box from Grandma. When you walk by it, it automatically opens, plays music and comes alive. It is so much fun. It is neat to watch it freak Moxie out too when she walks by it. Kind of sad to put it away for next year.
Shane also got a CD player from Grandma and Grandpa Keck. Why do all kids put the microphone in their mouth?
The Santa bags are so much fun!
peaking inside...
Logan rocking out on his paper jamz guitar. Yep, they never use it.
Shane built a tall block tower with their new BIG blocks.
Building towers with MiMi
Sorry Moxie you are a girl
Logan can't wait for Dad to come home and get him a new fish for his fish tank from Grandma and Grandpa Keck.
oooo what's in this???
Both Shane and Logan like Stinky the garbage truck.
Did I mention we love the fun Santa bags??
Shane got a big wheel from Mom and Dad! BEEP BEEP move over!!
Opening gifts
We got Logan just what he asked for, Ramone's car wash!
Before the gets dig in
Of course you have to wear your Santa (or Elf) hat.
Logan could NOT wait to make these. He wanted to from Thanksgiving on. When it came time he did not want to help :( bummer. The antlers were hard because the pretzels would break all wrong. The eye balls were also not very enjoyable but it was still fun and tasty!. Yum
This was Logan's first school Christmas program and I was excited!! Logan was not. Above is how it began.
Logan watched all the other kids get their photos taken in front of the classroom tree. He sucked it up when it was his turn and took the photo.
Here Logan and his class enter the Church (crowd).
They must have been instructed to hold onto the person in front of them.
There is Luke!!!
Lukas performed well and looked so cute. He was one of the little devils.
loved the kids in Lukes class headgear. Halos and horns.
It's Logan's class' turn. Logan's teacher passes out the bells for their "jingle bell" song.
I LOVE the above shot. It is hard to see in this size photo but this is where Logan sees me in the crowd!!! He spots me in my nosebleed seat!!! WOW people go EARLY to get a seat. The program started at 6pm, drop off for the kids was 5:30 and I heard someone say they went at 4:30 to get a seat close to the front. This was a Preschool program!!
Logan's class singing jingle bells.
Logan jingling his bell.
A chat with his neighbor. Tim that is Brynn with the pink bow. Her Mom tells me she was VERY excited to see Logan. She is in Logan's classroom on T/Th. Her Mom said she came home from school the other day and say, "Mom, I saw Logan at school today!" When I said Hi to Brynn and asked her if she remembered Logan she looked nervous and said "no". ha ha ha ha
Logan putting his hands in his pockets like Dad taught him.
Clapping. Yep, clapping away.
There is Evan Robinson looking precious.
Evan looked so cute all dressed up.
This little girl in red (at the microphone) sang by herself!!!! She was the cutest little thing in the cutest Christmas dress and she got up and sang in front of everyone. Wow
A close up from my nosebleed seat.
Logan is so done! Phew
