Times' up, game over!
Everyone around me seems so excited about the 5 weeks to come. 5 weeks, and it will be the end of term, and everyone would be headed for a well-deserved break. For me, 5 weeks marks the end of an undergraduate academic term for me. No more EEE lectures for the rest of my life from then on.
No more floorball at Hyde Park.
5 weeks till the end of term, 4 weeks of Easter break spent crazily mugging for 7 papers, then 3 weeks of examinations. While you think that a breather follows after these 3 hectic weeks, no. 6 weeks of individual project follows up. And at the end of all these, I earn myself an airticket home, and to the beginning of a new life - work.
No more fooling around in MDH during lunch time, trading gossips with juniors.
Back to Char Kuey Teow and Ba Chor Mee. Where's Sainsbury and Waitrose?
CPT Peter emailed me, asking me for the details of when I would return so that unit S1 could start planning my posting. Fyi, Peter is the my Flight commander, a.k.a. my ex-boss and my would-be-boss. He a nice person to work with, and to work for, but that doesn't change that fact that I am no longer a student.. and I really dread those days to come.
I'll miss 408, where Singaporean guys sleep in a single file during lectures.
And things made even worse because hm would probably be headed back to UK for her masters.
Ok, I'm getting a little ahead of myself here..

PIE and Spoilt: Please, come and see the plays! Both plays are written by a Singaporean author, humourous, and entertaining. Marvin is a major cast in Spoilt, playing all 3 male roles in the script. I am the production manager for both plays, and Changyong is in the crew~ All we need is your support, please come! The play is staged at KCL Greenwood Theatre, near London Bridge tube station, on the 2nd and 3rd March.
The whole of last Saturday was spent at LSE conducting a combined rehearsal for everybody to get a feel of how things would flow. Things were a bit choppy, but I must say it was a good run. At least I am sure that everyone knows how things fit together now. Even though I wasn't enthusiastic about SPL to being with, it nonetheless brought back fond memories of the 4 years I spent helping 黄城夜韵, and bit by bit, I am able to convince myself to get into the heat of things.
