And there was light~!

Finally, the long awaited Internet in the comforts of my house has finally arrived! Bingrong came up to my flat and presented me with the Modem! Never has a piece of plastic with wiring in it seem so desirable in my life.

Well, it took me at least a couple of hours to get the darn thing to work, and connect the whole flat's computers to the router. Nevertheless, I am back in business guys, and I promise to update this blog more often.

Oh by the way, I am going for yet another ski trip end of this year. French Alps, here I come.

Okie... I know I have disappeared for quite some time. I am fine.. just that the weather here is starting to get a little chilly... Have to wear more than 2 layers to school now...

Work is starting to get a little packed. Just had a disastrous Lab Oral after a lagi disastrous lab session just now. I think should be able to survive the onslaught. Tutorials are starting to flood me, esp. since I have been neglecting them preparing for Singapore Society stuff.

Eh... in short, still surviving...

Received confirmation that the BT Phone line will finally arrive at my house this coming Wednesday. How long after for the internet service to be activated, I do not know yet. But I do have this feeling that it is going to be another long wait. Sigh.

Anyway updates on my life. School started proper today. Had a real sucky lab session this morning. I didnt really understand much of what is going on, but never mind. I believe I have more time to settle that.

Last weekend went by in a breeze. Had the freshers picnic at Hyde Park on Saturday. The turnout was fantastic, and the weather was even better. By far, I think that is the best I have seen in the last one year I was here.

Nothing much for the moment. Till my net is up again. Sigh...

Hi guys... am in the school computer lab now.. still waiting for the stupid internet connection at home to be ready... meanwhile, I am going to be really out of touch till then. Anyway the weather here is not that bad, even though it seems to be slightly colder than the last year. Maybe that is because we came back a week later than usual.

Now more or less settled into my home lodging. Lights are in, tables and beds are in, the only missing thing is my connection with the world =(.

Yah anyway my new address is Flat 43, 88 Queen's Gate, London SW7 5AB.

The freshers orientation is more or less over now, and I can finally get a breather of fresh air heh... Membership seems to be more promising than last year, even though I got really pissed off by some of the seniors who said that they do not want to join Singapore Society because they benefited enuff from it the previous year.

Official lessons is going to start tomorrow. Going for sports in the currently sunny London. Till I have the leisure to come online to blog again. Taz... =)

Reporting from London

Aloha People.... I am in London once again... =PpP

Anyway flew on Wednesday night, landed on Thursday morning at 6am London time. Not many hitches to hinder my journe back to my new house. But before that, had to help Naiyan find her way to her hotel, which was quite near Sainsbury. Anyway when I got back to my new den, found that it was small no doubt, but well at least it is cosy...

Started moving my storage after collecting the car. Luckily for Kenneth and Esther is was an automatic transmission car.. if not.. hmm... wonder how they are going to survive on the London roads haha... Storage.. no problem. Nothing much happened for the next 2 days... the interesting stuff shall happen.. tomorrow!
