Okaye, so it was first attempt at making crumb muffins. Glad they came out alright. But I still have no clue to how to store them well, & that's the most impt part it seems ):
COFFEE SMBC (swiss meringue buttercream). God, can't believe I succeeded on my first try. Awesome man, even when I didn't have the proper kitchenAid. Hahs.. Too buttery for me. A little on the sweet side but I guess it's okay. Now another experimentation, FREEZING it well. Will definitely make this again! When I'm free.....
First time at sweet palmiers. Failed duh. HAHA. Not too sweet, even though the sugar coat is pretty obvious. Well, something different from the usual sweet treats.
