Red Velvet Cupcakes.
Ingredients:
A: 250gm Butter280gm Brown Sugar
B: 2 Large Eggs Grade A
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
C: *Shifted all together
250gm Cake Flour
15gm Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Nescafe Coffee
D: *Mix all together & set for 10 mins
200gm Plain Yougurt or Buttermilk
2 Tablespoon red food colouring (Redman)
E: 1 Teaspoon Distilled White Vinegar (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
Instructions:
1. Beat A till fluffy. Add in Egg one by one followed by Vanilla Essence.2. Add in mixture of C alternately with D till its all mix together.
3. Mix E in the mixture of 1 & 2. Beat till everything is mix well together.
4. After mixture is ready, put it in the cupcake holder; Every Cupcake weighs 50g in order to get an even rise cupcakes.
5. Bake them at 180 Degree Celsius.
Cream Cheese Topping:
Ingredients:
250gm Philadelphia Cheese Cream500gm Whipping Cream Non-Diary
Instructions:
1. Beat Whipping Cream while it is cold.2. Beat it till it rises & becomes foamy/fluffy.
3. Beat Cheese Cream till 1 tone lighter and fluffy.
4. Mix both together. Fold in the cream cheese to the whipping cream as it is heavier than the whipping cream.
5. Once ready,put it in a pipping bag & decorate the cake as accordingly.
