yesterdae's trainin was kinda zzz. and the grandstand jump realli hurts my thighs. and i found out something really astonishing. *stunned* -.-
anyways. went to jp to meet lizanne n liyuan in the late morning. twin n i celebrated our combined bdae LOL. supposed to be somewhere in july but she'll be busy all till after Alvls so ohkay lol. ate brunch then cake. then got forced to take back the rest of the cake. haha. oh that's how the cake looked like (:

went to do pathology project yesterdae at One Fullerton with siwei & shufeng. lol my highlight of the day was of course, esplanade, 5mins walk away. borrowed Letters of Chopin, some hymn cd and Spirited Away movie in original japanese yay yay.

back from church camp. liked the talks, although missed half of them -.- oh didnt take pictures shall grab from huixian muahaha XD. didnt noe that plh had so MUCH politics. as in ALOT. -.-oh and ran yesterdae outside the resort abt 6km. z. then got chased by dogs. =.= quite an effective training, though.and yes. slept for like 2 hours last night. of cos huh last day of camp so no one slept. -.- and omg david sleeps with his eyes half open like WTH?! ohkay boss doesnt let me go trainin todae. last week still say 'ohkay come back from camp u can go trainin'. alwayz like tt. give me false hope + make all the decisions for me = i become a freaking sheltered noob. wow what an equation i made. -__-3 projects + a report to do in 2 weeks. kor's bdae was fun, totally. food was good, place was cool. people were awesome. lol cos huixian and the other plh-ers came. and when u have david kor + michael + yuzheng around, you get combo of non-stop laughter.
kor got loads of presents, now all messily strewned around in his room. i shall vonlunteer to share some load. LOL. -.- so all that fun pushed the race details right to the back of my mind. [the mengs won 1st n 3rd for high jump. woo.] yeayea say all the nice stuff, that hitting a pb is good enough. but getting last in a race is sth i never done before, ohkay. like what. all those sec sch ppl from sports sch, younger than you, and then u lose to all of them. like a total loser. LOSER. LOSER. went to the quarry after runnin to let the tears run before facing coach. needa shed 5 more seconds off for a 2:45 for ivp.then shaking hands with alvin & mok ying ren after their 5k was 'inspiring'.
