running clears your mind. realli. ohkay at least it clears mine. the run just now was good. alone, no one disturbs, no one bothers, no one makes fun. but yar, after awhile it gets a'lil boring. can't have the best of both worlds. so i'd rather NOT run alone.and yes, INPH test tmr. my mind is cleared now. for the jamming of info into my puny brain. =.=

hmm. we made a compound magnesium trisilicate oral powder todae durin prac! yea with 4 drops of peppermint oil added in it. smells nice. like toothpaste. (:

im sorrieeeee. yes, the bad stomach cramps juz got hold of me, and i coulndnt run properly. but. i'll not use that to justify the poor performance. no excuses, no excuses. i juz have to train harder. yes i cried, but i have to get back on my feeet. congratz to zhaomu for individual 5th..and yes to both np girls n guys for getting 4th. crazy photos will be comin in soon. i guess i'll take a break fm 'hard-core' trainin le. been trainin non-stop since april. =x now try to train abit for standchart ba. train juz twice a week maybee. -.- HEEEE.and not forgetting, common tests are just ROUND THE CORNER.

yay after school i'll most probably be meetin qi'en and jasmine for lunch. COOL. longg time since we met. jas' in SAJC so she's having hols noww; she'll be comin over to np to find qi'en and i. =D
and after tt, will be muggin time (i hope) before the bus comes to fetch us to nyp. but i think i'll fall asleep halfway while muggin. LOL.

whoots. sorethroat n runny nose are back. thot they were recovering. -.-
spent afew hrs at class outing yesterdae at sentosa. had alot of fun although i left early. (: on the surface everyone looked fine, but oh wells. i guess everyone was hiding everything fm everyone else. =/ anyways, will upload the pics asap when i get hold of them. =D
woke up realli early this morning to go for 8am service in church. then had the PLH food fiesta. me helped out at i-zack's stall, selling loads of snacks n finger food. so wellz im realli tired now. AHAHA. zz. but will still be going to the gym later! liesl cannot be lazy. =P
and whooootz. NO SCH FOR ME THIS WHOLE WEEK!! cos it's e-learning week!! ohkay except wednesday cos it's IS day. but yayeee. HAHAHA. lol.

about the situation in my class now, im really at a loss, and still irritated. =x just wish that EVERYONE will not think soo much, and juz get on with life. hope the class outing at sentosa will be of some help. life's too short, so dont make enemies, ppl. but yea thanks anthony for ur advice. ^^

ZZ.went to fion's home yesterdae, she seemed ohkay (: hope she 'kills that monster'' asap! :DHAIZ. im sad that my class has reached this stage of 'segregation'. i've been quite silent abt this whole thingy cos i don't want to take sides. but yea somehow cos i hang out with one clique, it would seem that i share their opinions. some of u, my classmates, have said that im too innocent to believe that backstabbing occurs, even in school. to a certain extent, yes i admit i am. BUT. i do believe that the four of them are not as 'evil' as u guys think they are. gossiping is definitely incorrect, i agree with u all. but u guys should know by now that they juz like to comment abt almost anything and everything. PLEASE, do not read too much into wad they say or do. we, our class, has to stay tgt these 3 years, and if we're gonna continue on like tt ir's gonna be annoying. honestly, i AM irritated by this whole thing. not by anyone in particular, just this WHOLEE thingy. it's too difficult to put into words, so i guess yea i'll stop here.*sighs*

(:went for the OSIM Corporate Triathlon help-out yesterdae mornin at eact coast. rained before the race, so yea. wet, wet, realli wet. =.= nptrackers were all bike marshalls, so we were all along the bike route. me, beatrice, ashley, kaixiang, (eu)junjie, sinhung n nic were stationed at the OBS sch, turnin point for the mini-tri race. had to write down the bib nos. of those who passed the turnin point. quite difficult, esp when some came in swarms. LOL. but yea we slacked ard most of the time. -.- took some pics, so yea can tell how boliao we were. HAHA. some triathletes!
