Our Summer Was FULL
all of these events deserve their own posts, but I'm not willing to spend the time.
We started out the Summer with our first trip to Heber
And a stop to see Judy, for 3 glorious hours
We spent a week at the Water Wheel, one of my three favorite places.
Both kids water skied.
We went with Bridget and Ben to the LVMS so they could do their ride along. I'm always up for a trip to the race track.
We spent the 4th of July at the Watson's, the weather was fabulous.
On the 6th of July, Edward became a US citizen.
We had lunch with the judge in his chambers afterwards.
And then had a party that evening.
The kids and I then went back to Heber for some fun. Bridget and I took our kids to the Alpine Slides, Andrew loved it.
Edward's mom and sister came over for a visit for three weeks. We went to PV for a few days and enjoyed grandma's pool, the beach, and the beautiful weather.
Janet and Hope had never been to Disneyland. I'm always willing to go to the happiest place on Earth, even in the month of August!
We spent a week in Parker, swimming and laying in the sun.
I turned 30, there are no pictures of me on my birthday, but we did celebrate. On the Monday before my friend and I went out to lunch and ran errands while her husband watched all the kids. On Wednesday Ed and I went to see Viva Elvis, and on Friday (the actual day) I went to the chiropractor, I had a mani/pedi, then Ed and I went out to dinner. My parents came the next day and we finished the kitchen booth, and they took us all out for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
