There's a saying
"People who are strong inside, usually display weak outside;
people who are weak inside, usually display strong outside."
I, somehow, agree on it.
Seeing friend who seem to be weak outside, and yet they are strong inside. You'll feel like want to take care and protect the person, but then slowly you will find out that they are stronger than you thought.
On the other hand, I seem to be very strong outside, and yet, I know, I need to be take care of and being protected.
