New Tires

So, I have had a slow leak in one of my tires for about a month. Yesterday, Brenik told me it was low again and that he was going to get me new tires on Friday. When I went to pick the boys up from school I noticed it was very low (my car has a nice electronic message that lets me know the psi) anyways I decided to fill my tire so it wouldn't be so low until Friday. As I was driving home the tire alert came on again. It's never done that so soon after filling. So long story short, went to Costco and told them the one was very low and wanted them to let me know what the found when changing them. This is what they found! The guy couldn't believe that I was able to drive it in. I don't even what happened. Crazy and Scary!!

I watched my friend Terri's little boy Robbie the other day. He and Adia were so cute together. At one point I caught them both in this chair-Adia was reading to him. Another time I caught them giving each other kisses!

Last night Brenik & I were working on the computer. Balin came in and told us to look at Bat Baby. This is what we found. She didn't cry or anything when he was putting it on. She actually didn't even try to take it off for quite a while. So funny!

First Day of School

I can't believe school is already here! And that Gavin is in 3rd grade and Balin is in Kindergarten. I took these pictures with my lame camera and it really got me motivated to get a new one. I bought one last night. Hopefully I won't have any more memories ruined because of the lameness of my camera (maybe a little bit that I'm not a great photographer!)

Balin's birthday

Indiana Jones cake. The hat is made from rice crispies treats & covered in fondant, whip is fondant, money is chocolate candies. This cake turned out better, but took way more time!

Gavin's Birthday

He wanted a green magnifying glass with an eye looking through it. Not my best cake, but he was happy with it. It tasted great though-it had chocolate mousse filling!

I can't believe he is 8. I am so proud of him. The baptism was great. Brenik spoke and Gavin sang with his friend Abby (cute!) My brother Aaron and his family came. We love to have them visit, the kids had a great time.

The best brother

My brother Jason is the greatest. I was talking on the phone with him and asked how hard it would be to put some recessed lights in my front room because there was nothing in there. He told me it was easy. He then said he would do it for me. I was joking and said "good, next time you are here you can do it." He told me he thought this weekend would work for him and he came. He lives in Pheonix!! He brought his wife and two cute kiddies. I can't believe it. I love the lights.

He also put in a new ceiling fan that gave off more light in my family room.


And then he even cleaned up all the mess. Seriously, do you know anyone nicer? Love you Jason!!!
