Monday night we(the locals) enjoyed pictures, stories, testimonies, samples, treats and each other.
We missed Nana and Grandpa while on their great adventure but know now that they had a fantastic time!
Watching the slideshow- I kept visualizing nametags on them.
I had a sneaking feeling that sometime sooner than later I would be looking at pictures of them standing there together with big smiles and glowing faces serving in another capacity.
I love them. I thought the lightest syrup was the best (cami loved the sucker!), I prefered the sage cheese over the sharp cheddar and smoked, was surprised at how tasty the buffalo was. I could drink root beer ice all day brings out in a lovely way the homey taste of gingerbread and sugar cookies (pioneer recipes).
I need to get a hold of their pictures and spend more time hearing about them. I think you should too.
Funny, but their trip blessed me.
