im so sorry my dears, i've not been updating for a week. lol. its not that im terribly busy, but terribly lazy. haha!
i've been idling for these 2 weeks of holiday break. just like mel darling, my phone have been terribly quiet too. just like her case, many appointments n phone calls when i have classes n work. but when im having holiday, no outings at all. i stayed at home for the whole of last week. pathetic isnt it.
oh went to jayce's birthday party on saturday at ecp.. had lotsa fun, crapped with the usuals..
took several pictures. but i lazy to upload myself. lol!
this week was better. went to hk cafe for a last minute outing. just that everyone was so bored at home, n in the shoutbox, we were saying, supper? chill n la kopi? hk cafe lah now. onz? ok lets go. lol! n it was 12am by the time i got out. dear was like, why the hell r u going out so late? bah, i cant sleep anyway, n i dun sleep so early.
so hanged with them till about 3+ when dear came to fetch me home. of coz they r nice enough to wait until dear arrived then they started leaving lah. haha. so we all leave at around the same time.
its probably due to the tea, since tea always make me sleepless. i lie down on the bed for 2hours+ before i finally fall asleep at 6am.. needless to say, of coz i cant report for work the next day.. at the same time, my "aunty" came to visit too. bah! cramps!
i didnt sleep very well that day.. but still, i went to meet mel darling at hougang plaza for some chilling n ktv. of coz she did explain the reasons for wanting to switch to part time. n of coz i understand lah. i will support her every decision, oh i mean, every correct n rational decision. haha!
probably i was feeling very lethargic n tired that day, so we didnt behave as crazy as we used to, ktv also half-heartedly.
darling asked if i wanted to join her in switching to part time.. i did consider, concluding that i would probably save more $$..
i discussed with dear, n ling jian, since that day the 3 of us went prawning.. they both said the same thing - i've only left with 2 semesters, if i wanted to switch, i should have switched long ago n not now when im already in the last year with only 2 semesters remaining. even if i go to work now, earned n saved more $$, but isnt it the same when u got a higher pay after u graduate? n now u r already used to this lifestyle, its not advisable to readapt to another different style especially when u r in the last year.
what they say r very true of coz, i did think of all these, i also know working full time will take most of my time n energy.. by the time to have classes, i would be half dead already.. no much time to prepare for exams n assignments n such..
so the conclusion is that, dear strongly disagree to the switch. mom on the other hand, agrees that i should switch n earn more $$.
bah.
oh, watched s.h.e concert yesterday. the concert aint bad, but was feeling quite bad coz it was my mom's birthday as well, n i din celebrate with my family. actually i wanted to ask them to bring forward the celebration, but it slipped off my mind.. sis said mom was like abit disappointed even though i've already told her beforehand that i wont be celebrating with her.. :(
anyway, its been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long that dear n i din spend much time alone together. most of the time its only to the mj, or soccer watching at alicia's place.. the only time we were alone is probably in the car on the way to her house or something. or when he's staying over at my place during off days. but usually he was using the comp n watching tv while i sleep n vice versa in the day.
so yesterday we finally went out alone. to the concert n after that to georges for some supper n soccer watching..
just the other time i complained to him that we didnt go out together to the movies or even shopping when he got the weekends off. its always to alicia's place.. not that i dun like to go to her place, but u know, sometimes we just need to spend time alone together..
bah, this is probably something that guys will never understand.

yes, we got back our results.. i was EXTREMELY disappointed n PUZZLED why i fail my econs. ok i admit im not very studious, but i did try my very best to study the basics. all that i studied came out, all the 3 questions i have graphs supporting, i used up all the 10 pages of the answer booklet.. of coz the more u write doesnt mean u can pass, but i dare to say what i wrote r all BASIC FACTS of econs.
i mean, if i didnt study, i deserved to fail. but the problem is, I STUDIED!
mel was saying that peggy probably is too strict in her marking. out of us, only mon passed n the rest of us failed miserably.
im really confused.. even if i fail, it cant be such low marks! its not as if i wrote rubbish for all 10 pages, or drew comics for the questions. i just dun freaking understand how come i failed so badly.
even mika n mingyang were shocked to know that i failed! n they say there must be some error.
i sent an email to lucas saying i want to have a review.. i'll just paste the content here.

i mean, i really cant believe i failed badly when most of my answers came from the assignments that she gave n marked, which she graded me with high marks. so naturally, those assignments r a benchmark for us.. if it is like what ju said, she anyhow mark the assignments, i will definitely lodge a complain. this is misleading us!
i was planning to talk to peggy with my answers (since i wrote them previously to study), n asked her if i really deserve the marks.. if the marks that she gave does not differ too greatly, then i will just accept it.. but if i deserve much higher marks, they better give me an explanation.
im really BUEY GAM WAN u know!!!!!!!!!!!
i understand that even if u put in 90% (i wont say 100% la) of effort, it doesnt mean u will be rewarded equally. but this is too much!
ok.. enough of ranting.. im sorry mika n mingyang, i disappoint u all.. despite teaching me n providing notes, yet i still failed badly..
ah well.. im still very frustrated.

seems as if alot of ppl fell recently.. haze also had a fall as i read from her blog. actually i also had a fall last week. BUT, haze n me were lucky, we din have any injury like mel...
i fell due to the stupid rain.. dear n me were walking back from the carpark.. n theres a puddle of water on the ground. i slipped n fell.
i scolded dear for not holding on to me.. poor thing, he was innocent! haha! i was pretty sulky till i reached home. until dear realised he left his bag in the car, so he went down to retrieve it.. when he came back, he told me the reason of my fall.
now, u dun normally fell even if theres a puddle of water.. no, my slipper werent slippery. dear said theres mud hidden within the puddle of water.. that is why i fell. dear also tried to step n he realised it IS really slippery.
see, its not my fault. blame it on the constant rain that camouflaged the mud!
n the next day, it is still wet n muddy.. we nearly fell again.. LOL.
oh, scv56 is showing devil beside u again! it is still very nice though i've watched it before. he jun xiang is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO handsome!

its so funny how i keep going out when im tired - like i have classes n work the next day.. now that im having my break, no one asks me out.. :(
so i stayed at home from mon-thurs (today).. of coz tml n weekend will be out lah.. but, what is the difference when im not having holidays? i can go out till late without any worry that i will overslept the next morning...

yes, i am sick!
anyway, i've already seen a doctor la.. n now, am much better already.. at least my throat doesnt hurt now.
went ktv on thursday.. quite fun la.. gary was wearing a red jacket n hood. took several pictures of him posing with the hood on. very funny, but dun think i should post here, later he kill me. haha!
anyway i was also wearing a jacket with hood.. n i was playing with them that i am the new white riding hood (since gary is red riding hood). n also, im the yellow kenny. LOL. n duno who commented that we look like star wars jedis with the hood on. so gary n me took the stirrer n start pretending that its a lightsabre n we "fought" with it. hahaha! crazy yeah.
levyne also did some funny stunts with her shawl. got pictures as well.. but im pretty lazy to upload actually. haha!
my throat was a little sore already on that day.. i bought lorzenges with me of coz.. but still, it got worsen. i think its probably due to excessive singing, especially shan hu hai. the girl's part is already very high n thanks to gary, who was screaming his lungs out trying to hit the guy's pitch n made it till i have to sing much higher, as if its not high enough. -.-"
towards the end of the session, my voice is already very hoarse.. n were having headaches on n off during the ktv, probably due to the rain as i was half drenched.
so i guess all these r too much for my body to handle, so i became sick the following day. n yes, i din go to school. sick mah.. -.-
finally watched curse of the golden flower on saturday. the show was quite spectacular. i was amazed by the grandness of the palace, n of coz the golden troops, n the costumes. plot was abit disappointing, full of highly impossible scandalous affairs.
funny thing is, we din laugh much about jay.. we laugh the most of the crown prince. i think he's retarded n useless. he's such a wimp! n his expressions r so much exaggerated. *shakes head*
i shudder to think how much $$ r pumped in for this movie.. every scene is grand, even when its computerised, it sure is very expensive as well. n the calefares, so many of them n all wearing the golden armour, n the chrysanthemums, the costumes.. oh my.. sure is one substantial amount.
just went hk cafe with dear for supper.. quite expensive la.. lol. but at least i dun think they served maggie mee like xingwang. -.-

oh, i almost forgot. mel is absolutely, ridiculously smitten with our asm/usm lecturer. yes, she has a fetish for older men. she certainly agree on this. she even dropped her can drink when mr sam (our lecturer) appear infront of her n smile.
i was like, OEI MEL, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH U?
LOL!! but i think she's just trying to irritate me. haha!
i slept many hours for these few days, probably due to the medication.. i slept for around 10 hours on friday, this is still acceptable.. but i slept for around 12hrs+ on saturday! i woke up at 530pm today! oh my... first time i sleep till so late lor.. but of coz its due to the medication la.. otherwise i would always wake up at 1+..
n now, i cant sleep already.. lol.
*prays that i dun have thousands of things to clear n clean shit when i go for work tml*
n my darling mel, i duno what happen to u for the past few days but, i am glad that u finally pick urself up again. so pls, dun let ur loved ones worry about u again. im sure u understand my intention for the message that i tagged.

well, just attended juay kiang's n serena's wedding on saturday at relc. handsome groom n beautiful bride.
of coz had a fun time at the dinner, met up with old classmates whom we have not seen each other ever since graduation. as usual, my chair havent warm only the others start asking, so kailin, when's ur turn?
my reply is always the same, still long lah. no $$ how to get married sia. u guys sponsor then i get married lor. lol.
cny is coming, i just hope no one will ask this question again. hahaha!
anyway, back to the wedding. have yet to see my classmates so handsome before (eeling n me r the only girls that juay kiang invited from our class). haha. but they r still as rowdy as before la.. frankly, i din expect them to change.
the same as other weddings, the mc is another classmate of mine, nicholas, played pranks at the newly wed. so the rowdy guys started to get rowdy again. the usual game is probably ask the groom to stand on a chair while the bridge have to travel 2 eggs from 1 leg n up to the "ahem" area n down to the other leg. it is also a test of trust? haha!
so after explaining the method to play, nic said, chan, u trust ur wife anot?

i think juay kiang dun drink, or maybe dun really drink much.. so tongleng they all were helping him to dang jiu.. yeewei they all best lor, asked for a jug with half filled with beer, then he mix red wine, orange, coke, xo. wah lao eh.. the smell i tell u, is worse than graveyard. everyone smelled n gave those eeks face.
but they themselves also got drink la. most of the guys drank from that jug coz they say must finish it. lol.
in the end i told them, i dun think i will invite u guys for my wedding dinner. n they gave me those innocent look n say, aiyo why.. dun like that la..

i think friends around me r tying the knot one by one, n they r only older than me by a year or 2, or even same age or younger..
i think most girls wished to get married asap while most guys want to avoid marriage as long as they can. its quite difficult to find a guy who will initiate a marriage. maybe i should stop talking about it n see few years down the road will he initiate it. LOL.
anyway, stayed at grand copthorne hotel for a night. yes it is the one next to zouk. its quite cheap, the standard room is only $172nett, but no bathtub la!!!!!! anyway, jiayan's family came n slack n watch soccer. lol. of coz, xavier (their baby) came la. hahaha. so cutieeeeeeee
sunday went alicia's house again lor. as usual, punch card there. haha.
i wonder gilda they all miss me anot.. i've been going out with them almost every week but this week never.. LOL
of coz had a fun time at the dinner, met up with old classmates whom we have not seen each other ever since graduation. as usual, my chair havent warm only the others start asking, so kailin, when's ur turn?
my reply is always the same, still long lah. no $$ how to get married sia. u guys sponsor then i get married lor. lol.
cny is coming, i just hope no one will ask this question again. hahaha!
anyway, back to the wedding. have yet to see my classmates so handsome before (eeling n me r the only girls that juay kiang invited from our class). haha. but they r still as rowdy as before la.. frankly, i din expect them to change.
the same as other weddings, the mc is another classmate of mine, nicholas, played pranks at the newly wed. so the rowdy guys started to get rowdy again. the usual game is probably ask the groom to stand on a chair while the bridge have to travel 2 eggs from 1 leg n up to the "ahem" area n down to the other leg. it is also a test of trust? haha!
so after explaining the method to play, nic said, chan, u trust ur wife anot?

hmm.. im trying to recall my schedule for this week..
ah, scan, gil n jiayi were at my place for mahjong! poor dear didnt sleep for the first day of work, n after work he have to come to my place coz they were here for mj. but anyway he did sleep for a short while at my place la. haha!
on tuesday, went to ebuzz bbq organised by yang. though halfway it rained for a short while, but we had fun la! levyne n me were hiding under the brolly here n there. lol. so romantic hor! we even stand under the brolly trying to decide if we should run to the shelter or return to the pit coz 1 minute it rained, it stopped the other minute.
in the end levyne n me were so wet coz when it stopped, we went to put our bag in gary's car. but halfway through it rained heavily. lol! poor gary also wet coz the 3 of us were sharing an umbrella.
anyway we really enjoyed ourselves la. each buy $10-$20 worth of foodstuff, n 1.5l drink, not forgetting yang n those bbq-ers cooked n bbq for us. yang is really a good cook though. haha.
went ktv with lingjian n alicia yesterday. had lotsa fun though dear the joker cum entertainer aint there. aiya, when lingjian starts drinking, he go crazy la, plus alicia is already crazy. lol! im always the normal wan.
that lingjian go sing that zhang shan wei's zhen xia de ying hua. we all duno how to sing except the chorus.. so starting we all anyhow anyhow, when the chorus starts, we jitao

ah~ happy new year!! 2006 was hmm.. an average year?
ok, lets look at my last year's resolutions n see if i achieved anything.
ok, firstly, i've GAINED weight instead of losing some.. i think i've succeeded in treating people the way they deserved to be treated.. i've worked well i think, but studies wise.. -.- i've spent more $$ than i've earned.. im still trusting though, this is something quite hard to change. my dressing style, more or less same? LOL!
ok now, new resolutions for 2007!
1) lose weight
2) get a second upper
3) find a good full time job after graduation
4) stop being gullible
5) better dressing sense
thats about all i guess
dear also asked me last night whether i have any resolutions for this new year. so i told him i wanna lose weight coz he always say im fat. LOL. n he gave me those -.-" haha!
2006 have been a quiet year, no excitments, no major happenings like 2005 - but of coz i dun need any of those that happened in 2005. in 2006, im happy to have know many new friends, world cup, finally have my lv n gucci.. lol!
i would hate to admit that im older by a year, AGAIN, since my birthday just passed a month ago.. higher expectations, greater responsibilities will be placed on me..
actually, i wasnt very excited about the new year.. probably its the age la, everyone is like asking me, where to? going count down? i was like, how old already still count down.. n have no plans on where to go..

i also duno. haha.
anyway, went dynasty ktv (the clean wan lar). great place, n cheap lor. very new songs n alot of english songs, more than kbox n partyworld. they have 3 tv screens there. 1 is for watching tv (with espn n starsports too!), can surf net also. 2nd screen is for choosing songs, n with those girls photos. n finally 3rd screen for singing purposes. good hor! i think gary, mingyang n me, the 3 of us were quite distracted lor, coz we switch to espn. haha! after the ktv, watched death note 2 at cathay on saturday. its good! but a pity L died. :( but i absolutely love the way they pit their wits against each other.
oh ya, saw mel n kimmy at cathay too! was quite surprised that they were in the same group of friends. anyway, mel joined us for supper after the movie. hehe
for new year's eve, meet up with scan gil n mingyang again. had dinner at airport swensen, then drove down to catch fireworks. but in the end, we watched only like a part of the fireworks inside the car. haha. majority of the fireworks got covered by ritz carlton. lol. i told dear we should book a room at ritz carlton next year, confirm can see fireworks. haha.
went down to irish pub to find roy n guys.. stayed for afew hours then to katong for supper.
n now today, no plans again. tml, also no plans.
