im sooooo tired

im really tired...

bought my n70 already.. quite a nice hp.. hope i wont encounter any problems. lol. din take any fotos la haha. the camera is quite clear though. i oni paid $334 for it - the $34 was the sim card la.. i got $200 starhub voucher, plus trade in my bro's 7250 for $100.. so i oni pay 300+. lol. quite ok lor.. these kinda fone shld b wont change that fast la. haha. as u all noe my hp lifespan beri short wan. but this time will be longer, i promise. lol

im abit irritated by my rebonded hair. why? bcoz i cant tie, i cant put my hair behind my ears when im eating. so its damn irritating! hair fly here n ther while im eating lor. duh. but luckily i din perm, coz my class alot of ppl just perm their hair. lol. dun realli haf many singaporeans in my class, sad case. no ydk either. lol.

oh ya.. i din post that i got the 3rd prize in my office lucky draw on 23rd? lol. we had buffet lunch too. i think the 1st prize was home theatre system, 2nd was mp3player, 3rd was swatch watch - n tats wat i got. lol. i tot it was just ard $50+ or so.. but dear n mel said that a swatch watch is actually more exp den it look. dear said my black swatch probably cost ard 70+ or so. -.- so dear said my xmas dinner is free lor haha.

i was planning to go home when they were going to start the lucky draw. my colleagues asked me to stay for the lucky draw as it oni takes awhile.. but i told them say, i nt lucky wan leh. but they say nm la just stay lor. so i ok lor...

they gave out alot of small prizes 1st, like consolation prize lytat lor. one of my colleague said to another, eh i go sit dw 1st, if hear my name call me. once she finishes tat sentence, her name was called. LOL. another colleague said the same thing after 10min, n her name was called too. lol.

i din pin any hope la.. coz all along i aint lucky.. i was shocked when they called "3rd prize, Jerlyn Tan." i was stunned, n my colleagues scream at me n say eh u leh! go leh! LOL. n they said luckily i stayed, coz if i nt ard, they will just draw another name for the 3rd prize. 1 of my colleague said, still say u buey heng. buey heng still get 3rd prize. lol. i told her its my 1st time winning a prize, n its true lor. lol.

poor yi was complaining me to the other day. i can understand la.. sometimes its just guys' problems u noe. its infused in their mentality that they cannot trust gers' judgements. i realli wonder why. if they just take our opinions as something silly or unthinkable, y shld they ask for our opinions in the 1st place? lol.

ppl oways say that gers r unfathomable, but i think guys r the one. i just simply duno hw they think. LOL

oh ya, speaking of xmas.. i bought a belt set for dear.. cheap wan la of coz. so i wasnt surprised at all when he said, buy belt for wat sia. -.- though i was hoping that he will appreciate, or rather, at least show that he appreciate it.. anyway.. i realli was prepared to hear him criticizing the belt set tat i bought. -.- n as usual, he went on rattling abt the belt too long, buckle beri ugly, gt diamond like crystals beri beng blah blah blah until as if the belt dun worth anything at all.

i was quite pissed. so i shoot, cant u be more appreciative? at least i bought something for u, u leh? pay for my xmas dinner as a pressie to me oni bcoz i bought u something.

of coz i din wait. dear didnt want to wait either. if we wait, wat r we going to do for the nx 2hrs?! anyway, i decided to go dw tml after my work. haha. afternoon wkday lesser ppl.

dear said the n series price drop beri fast. i agree.. but this kinda hp will make u not to change hp again in short period of time.. so i dun mind lo. its the oni hp tat is worth buying. to me, now is the 3g time, so i dun wan to waste $$ to buy normal hp.

in the end we went to alicia's hse for some soccer. lol. had quite a time cheering and swearing. haha. i think tml going ther again for mj lor. lol.

happy boxing day!!

though i duno wats boxing day for, but, happy boxing day!! haha

xmas eve tio pian go until mt faber.. dear said ther can watch fireworks... alot of cars n ppl lor.. in the end we park at the bottom, den we WALK up to the peak. -.- sat dw at the cafe ther for a drink coz we r damn thirsty.. $30 ok! 1 orange juice, 2 ice tea n 1 milkshake. lol. shaked hands with fake santa too. lol.

we walked dw again to jewelry box for the fireworks coz we realised on the peak thers no way to see the fireworks coz of the trees.

we waited n waited.. in the end, thers oni SPARKS! duh! dear was mistaken. the fireworks is supposed to be on 31st. -.- so without saying, we wasted our energy climbing up n down, walk here n ther, n wait for nothing. -.-

thers still this the tallest "xmas tree" ther though. its fake la. i gt take foto, but i lazy to post. haha. we had prata at prata cafe after that. had a couple of pratas free coz we keep ordering more. roy dun like the men attitude, so he decided not to tell them tat they miscalculated. lol. my egg with cheese prata is fantastic though. lol. $2.50. -.-

xmas dinner 05

had our advance xmas dinner at ritz carlton this yr. food is good, esp the chocolates. haha.

its so call international cuisine? they had sushi too, and sharks fin soup n clam chouder.the prawns r damn fresh, as well as the salmon and lobsters!! i din eat the oysters though, i scared later diarrohea again. haha.

took some pictures as well. alot of pics r dear actually, but no worries, i will oni post afew pics of his. haha.

1) dun like to owe ppl any favors or owe/borrow ppl $$

3) absolutely love soft toys (even if im 21 now) and shop for bags

xmas coming.. well.. i aint a christian.. so i dun haf the practice to buy pressies. haha. but, i bought pressies for those who gave me of coz... i dun expect a pressie fr dear though, i bought something for him. haha. its a surprise la. he dun usually read my blog, so i can type here. haha. ju said we ought to give each other surprises once in awhile to spice up the r/s, though dear n me r/s oreadi spiced enuff due to the stupid arguements n bickering we have everytime. lol

anyway i bought a guess handbag for myself.. initially plan to buy the $30+ wan, but dear say the $60+ wan nicer.. its true la. haha. so i bought the $60 wan lor. i think for a guess handbag to cost $30+ is dead cheap.. tats y i decided to buy even though in the end i bought the $60 bag, but i will still feel the pinch even if i buy the cheaper wan..

starhub sux. they sent me a $200 voucher but its expiry date is only till 23rd dec. wtf? xmas is just 2 days away and im sure there will be lots of promos n roadshows. yet they say cannot extend coz of duno wat stupid system n marketing sai. i told them its not fair as they send these vouchers n set the expiry dates according to batches. dear got $100 voucher till end of dec or something.

im extremely disappointed and angry...

is this how friends should treat each other? after the help that i render (even if its not much), after the times whereby i try my very best to make everything alright, i try my best to be there for Z... is this what i should get?

if after everything that i've done, and i get this kind of treatment in the end, i rather not have friends, i rather not trust anyone, i rather be a lone ranger.

though i've not done much to help, or watever... but it seems to me that at those point of time, i remember Z thanking me profusely for lending a listening ear, but now? just because of 1 harmless remark, our friendship will drift apart.

i meant no harm, neither do i understand how come Z take it so personally, and was offended just because of 2 words. it has nothing to do with stupidity or cleverness - everyone should know what the 2 words actually mean, it just mean 觉悟 or 领悟. its not a bad or insulting comment rite? its a gd thing that the person finally realises and wake up.

i dun think its fair to me if i were to be condemn over this silly thing, i dun think i have any fault, i just think that its not a thing that anyone ought to be so angry abt.

its not as though i ka jiaowei or watever. i just simply think changing for the better is a good thing. of all the friends i know, Z is one of the smartest i came across.

i wasnt trying to insult, though i can be pretty insulting if i choose to.. its just supposed to be a harmless comment. i really have no idea why anyone should take it so personally, there's really nothing i can do or say if thats the case. anything just say infront of mi, dun tok behind my back. y dun u practice wat u preach?

wat disappoints me most is that despite our good friendship (or maybe its oni a good friendship to me and not to Z), Z didnt choose to be frank with me, but still act as if nothing has happen before.

we've spent many happy times together, am i such a person? though we dun really know each other for a long time, but to me, i think i am one of the easiest person to understand, dun Z understand me? or i am such a person to Z?

i really dun understand how come Z take it so personally. what exactly is there to be so angry about? i really duno. neither do i expect that Z will get angry, and still act as if nothing has happen.

in any case, i've learnt my lesson.. never to help so readily.. being kind doesnt pay well at all. if Z really read all these ( i duno if Z does read my blog) and get offended again, theres really nothing i can say.

ok, i just reached home. i realised that i reached home after 3am four times a week. lol. luckily dad's been lax on me, so he din kp. lol

went for rebonding this afternoon. reached the salon at ard 4+pm, but came out of the salon at 9+pm. lol. normally rebonding only takes abt 3-4 hours. but duno why for me, its always 5hrs. last time when i rebond also like that, i have to sit there for more than 4hrs. my hair is quite "hard", those who go for rebonding before will know that they will soften ur hair first before they do anything, and that normally takes abt 15mins or so, depending on ur hair texture of coz. but for me, it takes abt 30+min. lol. then came the tedious applying of cream and straightening ur hair. luckily i brought my book to read, i had enough of magazines, i dun realli like them.

the stylists, including the boss were quite happy and proud of the result of my hair. they said its beri well done, its very shiny n soft. lol. not that they are trying to say they did a fantastic job, but its really well done. they were very kind la, they served me 2 or 3 cups of tea, den the boss help to trim my hair for free. its trim actually, den i request for a cut of fringe n to xiu bao. so he only charge me $140 for rebonding only, cut he no count $$. lol. i think only regulars like us will be entitled to all these? lol.

dear dyed his hair red, and some streaks, but the streaks din really came out well.. so he got a complimentary highlight, and the boss said if he's not happy with the colour, they will do again for him. lol. den i asked if they will increase the price as cny is coming, before the boss can reply, dear said, for us no increase price wan, others den increase. lol. boss said it will cost ard 80-90 if i wan to dye, den i say wah, ur pa quote me 60 leh. lol. i think the boss oso paiseh sia, coz 140 for my rebonding is real cheap, plus now dye oso cheap. lol. but i think they using loreal dyes now, so abit more exp.

but i think we r regulars, or rather, dear is the regular wan as he let him cut his hair for years, so we got some special priviledges n discounts? lol. anyway the ppl there r quite friendly, so i dun mind paying abit more, summore the price that they charge us is really cheap, dear and me were only joking with them abt more discounts, its already cheap. haha.

dear sped to wisma after that. lucky wisma closes at 1am.. managed to window shop abit. but time was pressing, so we were just hurrying thru "selected shops". saw a adidas shoe quite nice, dear like it too, but it was the last pair and it was already taken when dear made up his mind to buy. zz.

went to taka after that, only walk abit coz they open till 11 like that only.

it was packed like sardines of coz. dear and me jitao sian lor. we got the shopping mood, but with all the sardines made us lost all the mood. duno y orchard is always packed with ppl.

watched king kong at marina sq after that. lame sia. i was damn disappointed. the whole show was SO draggy that even I, nearly fall asleep. imagine me, who never once fall asleep while watching a show in cinema, can nearly fall asleep, it just shows how draggy the show is.

somehow i feel that i wasnt watching king kong, but jurassic park with aliens. the aliens refer to the so call red indians (but they r black) cum creatures (they look human, but i dun think they r human) and those slimy, giantic bugs in the huge forest. it gives me goosepimples just thinking abt those faggots. i HATE bugs.

i told dear that even gorillas can be romantic, they can skate while holding the ger on their hands and play teacup with them. (teacup as in those something like merry go round thingy). thers even dinosaur jams (instead of car/human jams) and them skidding around, with hideous looking bats.

those actors n actress wont have any problem memorizing the script, thers no much dialogue anyway, except the first hour. but i seriously think that the show will be more enjoyable if king kong noes how to talk.

so pls, if u got a choice, or unless u simply got nth to do during WEEKDAYS, den watch king kong. if nt, dun even think abt it.

ah, just received a call fr kelly services saying my manager wanted me to extend my work duration to another 2mths. wah not bad leh. dear say siao, 2 mths so long. but i told him that dec timetable quite slack, jan so many holis, feb i every wk got a day no need to go sch, summore feb is a short mth. every mth got 500 take liao leh lytat. $7/hr, flexible time (as in my manager quite slack on my hrs coz im studying degree now, den she said as long as i put in any 4hrs will do.), near my hse, sat no need work summore. go wher find? lol

another thing is that, since when i said i LOOK LIKE jolin? a couple of frens used to say that, but now that i grew fatter, i dun think i look like her. in fact, the thought that i look like jolin din cross my mind at all! not even once! i often wonder y ppl say i look like jolin.

so, did i really portray myself as a jolin-wannabe? i admire her for her TALENTS, her beauty, but did i imitate her dressing, or even looks or watever?

anyway, i made up my mind to rebond. y? bcoz im juz plain lazy. wake up in the morning bathe, still haf to tie hair if i perm.. so troublesome, i wher got time? sch is at queenstown leh, not tamp. LOL. anyway rebond is much simpler n convenient. maybe nx time older den perm or something. i like curls though. trust me, i beri much wan to perm oso. but its just too time consuming.

decided to go for a short holi... bangkok? or genting? dear say go bintan.. but bintan exp, besides, he doesnt noe hw to swim. lol.

grace just told me that airasia having a promo, free air tix to bangkok nx yr, only applicable to wkdays though. so only need to pay the return tix, and the taxes n stuff.. its ard $190. plus hotel, will be ard 300-400 lor. lytat oso not cheap liao leh. i can just go travel agencies n book for free n ez, i can still choose the hotel. den it will be ard 200+ to 300+.

i've been craving for genting.. not bcoz of casino la.. but bcoz of the cool weather~~~ lol. but genting abit boring la.. at least bangkok i can shop till i drop. haha.

who wanna go? lol.

i think dear realli dunwan me to perm. lol.

many of u must be wondering, my hair actually quite straight le, y still wan rebond? the fact is that i got natural wavy hair.. so if i dun rebond, it will look VERY messy. n its starting to get wavy oreadi..

after that we walk ard for awhile.. den me n dear went cine to watch harry potter.

was quite disappointed with harry potter. if u never read the book, u can never catch up with the movie. they cut way too much. dear nearly fall asleep. lol. he said thers no link to the previous parts.. well.. if u read the book, ther r links.. but if ur oni watching the movie, den u will be lost.

i was expecting the quidditch world cup scenes, the veelas, winky n dobby the house elves, ludo bagman... but they din appear. viktor krum is not supposed to be so handsome, n hermione is supposed to wear BLUE instead of velvet during the yule ball. -.- ther shld be many monsters inside the maze, n it shld show how harry managed to solve a riddle - oways is hermione who is gd at solving things, she is the brainy wan, while harry is the brave wan. but in the book, harry solved this riddle, proving that he is not oni brave, but clever as well.

the mdm maxime is supposed to be bigger size, not so skinny. n rita skeeter shld publish the fact that hagrid is a half-giant. neither does it show abt how hermione realise how rita skeeter gets all her gossipy stories in hogwarts. dumbledore is supposed to be a kind, sincere n gentle, soft-spoken person in the book, but in this show, dumbledore is an agitated, bad-tempered n impatient old man.

i din enjoy this show as much as i enjoyed the previous parts. i was damn disappointed.

anyway.. ktv with mel n haze just now. quite enjoyable. 3 person go ktv oso nt bad, can sing watever songs we like, no need scared paiseh. haha. as usual, mel entertained us with her so-call "dancing like faye" - those who go ktv with her will noe wat i mean. lol.

anyway we sang quite alot of "unusual songs", or rather, mel is the one. LOL. sing theresa teng la, she even ask me to sing mavis hee's jian kang ge, n ahya tat hong dou song. -.-

we ought to have more ktv sessions. LOL

i asked dear if he thinks that i shld perm or rebond.. he say rebond, but den he said, its best not to do both lor.. i think he prefers girls with straight hair. lol. i was thinking, if i perm, i haf to tie most of the time, n i dun realli like to tie hair. besides, im oways late. if i still haf to bother abt my hair, i think i will be even later. lol. but perming makes me look more mature, n many of them say i look better with curls... hmm..

so.. curl or rebond? lol
