Happy 6th Birthday Josiah David

Josiah finally got the Chuck E Cheese Birthday Party he has always wnated and Brian and I are so glad we did because it was a FUN experience. This smile never left his face! And what made it even better was that apparently no one goes to Chuck E Cheese on a Monday at 4pm, we had the place to ourselves for the first hour :)  His sixth birthday will be a memorable one with lots of fun and friends. Happy Birthday Josiah!!

Growing Up

Number one has lost his first tooth. I definitely still remember when that little tooth first made it's appearance, and just like that it's gone. I remembr alot of firsts, but it's the lasts that are harder to remember. When did he stop saying "Skebadee" for "Spaghetti" and broccoli is no longer referred to as "trees".  The phases and seasons truly go by quickly. One day I will look back with fond memories of this toothless little boy and try to remember what these days were like.

That is a Pumpkin Princess sitting in a pumpkin patch with children fawning all over her (Grace especially was enthralled with her). We visited Green Bluff while Grandpa and Nana were here. It is especially fun to go during the fall season.

And with that many apples come apple pies and applesauce, apple butter and apples for breakfast lunch and dinner

The boys put up a rope swing.

And that has obviously been a huge hit among the neighborhood children that can be found here often.

The kids decorated pumpkins with  sticker decals, and let me just say that is the way to go for an easy easy way to decorate pumpkins. Although, Josiah is still begging to carve a pumpking, so I guess we'll eventually have to get messy.

Hannah Turned 2

My baby isn't a baby, she has become a big two year old with lots of personality!

 It was definitely a party because we got to celebrate her with Grandpa and Nana

She loved her books and cute outfit

And the tea set was a hit with all three kids

She even got her very own Pillow Pet and had to try it out with big brother

We ended the party with the Lego Movie

Fall Season 2014

I now consider our mornings and evenings cold. The afternoons are trying hard to warm up as much as they can before the evening cool takes over again. It is fall season. And we do LOVE fall in Spokane.  This Fall has brought along a few changes for our little family. We have a Kindergartener and a Preschooler and a baby girl that turns 2 soon and is quickly leaving her baby years behind.  Josiah is loving playing on his soccor team, The Blue Ninjas. His team is actually quite good and it is sure fun to watch him grow and love playing.  Wish you could all join us on the sidelines one saturday morning. ;-)

This one will also cheer on her brother (when she's not lying on the blanket sucking her thumb that is...)

Grace turned 4!

Happy Fourth Birthday Gracie Girl!

Any parent out there would agree that raising children has its challenges to say the least, but watching this one grow and change has been more encouraging and rewarding than I could have ever imagined. 

We got to celebrate Grace with our sweet neighbors.
