Building Our Snowman
Playing with the Baby Center
Aunt Tweety gave Kate a great Baby center. It has a bedroom with a bed, a bathroom with a tub, and a kitchen with a fridge and a place to feed her babies. Kate loves it! Thanks Tweety! Getting ready to bathe her baby while Abby sleeps in her bed.
A nice warm bath with a shower to boot!
Rinsing the baby off.

Christmas Day
Nothing better than Christmas Day! I got home around 3 after a busy day at work. The unit is hopping and bulging at the seams with babies that are also not home on Christmas Day! Susan, Bill and Shalena came over to spend the afternoon with us.
Kate opening her "Reading System" from Aunt Susan and Uncle Bill. Kate loves this. She has the Tag Junior but had to have this opened immediately!! She said "I waited all day for this!" "It is what I really need."
Looking at the books to her "Reading System".
Uncle Bill in his new U of U hat.

Kate with her new Cheerleading outfit that Shalena bought her. I bet no one can guess where Shalena attends school!!
Aunt Kathy gave her Tickle Me Elmo hands that giggle!
And Aunt Kathy gave her a new coat that is very warmy!
Ali decorated newspaper for wrapping paper. I hated to open them. They were so beautiful!! This is one of mine!
Ali loving Sadie Bug!
Kate passing out gifts. She was such a big helper!
Kate in her new apron from Aunt Diana! She loves to cook and do art. We will use it for both!
Catherine, Mike and Dakota gave this Build-a-Bear kit to Kate. She wanted to make one right away. We were able to wrestle it from her till later.
Kate in her craft apron that GranBarb made her. She wore it for a long time! She loves that it has her name on it.
A new sweater from GranBarb. And purple, no less! LOVE IT!!
What a great, fun Christmas it was! Thanks you everyone for being so good to all of us!
Christmas Morning
Santa came to see Kate but unfortunately, I had to go to work on Christmas Morning. Now, I did not want to work but if I have to, The NICU is the place to be. Those families don't want their babies int he hospital either and at least I can make it better for them. So... I left my sweet daughter int he loving arms and care of Nay and Aunt Ali.
Santa had been there when I left for work. This is what he left for a very good little girl.
Kate seeing what Santa had left for her.
Checking it out.
