3D Printing

Before Christmas my husband was wanting ideas for gifts and I said I wouldn't mind one of those 3D pens so it was a big surprise when I opened a large box with 3D printer in it, it was not a pen but a printer!
But it is very hard for my little brain to learn how to design things to print. All the items here are not my designs, they are available on the web.

I put the fairy house in my miniature garden

Items are printed in a plain colour such as this brown. This is the fairy house before I painted it.

This dinosaur has three poorly's, my toddler Grandson thought it would be fun to throw him down, but it is quite delicate in places.

This is the printer if you were wondering what it looked like.

Mini Garden and Grimoire Book

The little house in my miniature garden is dropping to pieces so I'll have to think of making a new one.

This is a handmade book I got from friend Helen a few years back which I have recently finished.
She completed the first few pages to get me going....

I'll show you what I've done next time.

Miniature Garden

I started a miniature garden a few weeks ago but I don't know if you can tell what's what from the photo. I made a house from twigs using a glue gun, then covered the top with soggy moss. The doors were made from a couple of corner stretchers that come with a blank canvas. There is a little chair also made of twigs. The steps made from broken plant pots. Trees are rosemary, hebe and fir and plants include ameria martima, a tiny thyme and some kind of succulent. We shall have to wait and see if it thrives.
