I'm glad i'm leaving.

today reaffirms my decision for me.
this place is getting more and more unbearable.
even the $$ won't justify all the shit.
and the job exp means nothing.

maybe the future environment/job may be worse.
but at least i won't have ridiculous restrictions/ red tapes that make everyone's lives miserable.
or obnoxious people making 马后炮 comments because they have "crabs" on their shoulders.
or irritating people who all talk and no action and just waiting for others to take charge. (ok this is probably universal. haha.)
i'll definitely have more freedom.

glad to be finally moving on, scared of the unknown, can't wait to get out of there!
but the thought of having to go through the whole recruitment process and fitting into a new organization makes it daunting and uncertain.

just today after an unprecedented long meeting at the HQ, my big boss hopes to make me reconsider by dangling a possibility of a talent management position in front of me...
