Part 2! After Chiang Mai we flew south to the islands! First stop, Koh Samui.

We went kayaking to see more sights. it was fun. we also discovered what terrible rowers we were. haha

The BEST nightlife there is on Railay Beach is the Last Bar. I fell in love with DJ Ting. He sings, plays the guitar, fire dances and DJ's. And his abs. Just look at them.

After Railay Beach we head to Ko Phi Phi.

We stayed another in another cute little Bungalow. I think it was meant for a romantic couple, but it was great for us too!

More fire dancers, fire limbo and fire jumprope. People on all kinds or drugs, drinking, and fire. Makes sense.

I should have taken more pictures of our complimentary breakfasts. They were amazing! so much food.

Next stop was Phuket!

So we realized when we got to the airport that our flight was in fact booked for the night before, which we obviously missed. We were headed back to Bangkok to stay the night and half a day then back to the airport to go home. We had a moment of freak outs because it was already pretty late--10pm--but we were able to book another flight that night. Getting us into Bangkok around 2am. We were so tired. Luckily there was a Dunkin donuts to keep our spirits up.

So by this time, the trip was narrowed down to just Ale and me. #couplesretreat. So we had a pretty big room and got to stay in our own little bedrooms within our room. It was nice to sprawl out in my own bed! But, we only slept a few hours because I was set on shopping before we had to fly out. These are pictures from the room.

Ale and I have made it a tradition to take bon voyage / good bye / end of travels pics...took a few tries to get it right.

So we shopped around Bangkok, found a cute little market and head back home! We had an 11 hour layover in Seoul--Incheon Airport. We flew to Vietnam first and had a few hours layover there. Ale and I actually had no idea what country we were in. haha...from there we flew to Incheon, landing at 5am. I was seriously sooooo TIRED. We went straight to the designated sleeping area and slept for a few hours. We took a transit tour later that morning which took us about 30 minutes outside of the airport.
