Seaworld-
On Saturday we hit Seaworld. It was a little busy for the holiday, but still lots of fun. We went to see all of the shows, and Charlotte got to meet all of the animals (well, you know what I mean).
I love this picture. This is Charlotte standing in front of the glass at the dolphin pool.
Charlotte, my mom and I at the dolphin pool. We didn't get to touch any, we didn't have fish. A few swam past us though, and Charlotte really liked looking at them.

Me, Mom and Charlotte waiting for the dolphin show. Funny story about the dolphin show: At the conclusion of the show, one of the trainers said "How many of you kids would like to come up and meet a dolphin?" and Charlotte raised both of her hands above her head. It was stinkin funny.

Making Lieutenant-Dave got promoted on Monday. He is now a Lieutenant. Woo Hoo! I've been waiting for this since I met him so I can walk around saying "Lieutenant! Lieutenant!" just like Charlie in Top Gun. :)
Unfortunately the ship is still in dry dock so we had to wear these dorky hard hats and safety glasses through the construction area. We looked awesome.

Charlotte's adorable hat. She has a hat that matches Dave's. It has the ship patch on the front and "Baby Nav" (a nickname a few of Dave's friends on the ship gave her) on the back. Dave's says "Nav" on the back.
Dave had the honor of pinning the Lt. JG bars on his friend Trevor.

Beach Bonfires-
The same day as Dave's promotion ceremony, we went to the beach to have a little cookout. It was yummy-licious!
