Cockroach Infestation

Ever since my mom started cleaning the kitchen cabinets, cockroaches are everywhere...and I am not exaggerating. I see them in the kitchen, in the living room and even in the toilet! I am fine with baby ones, but flying ones? No thank you!

So what will you do when you are halfway bathing and you notice a cockroach on the mop in the bathroom?
1. Scream
2. Freeze
3. Continue bathing

Neither! I stopped bathing immediately and aimed the shower head at the cockroach, hoping that it's not a flying cockroach and put on my clothes hurriedly. Then as I got into my safety zone i.e out of the bathroom, I rushed to get my Baygon (to realise that it's a mosquito killer >.<). So I pray hard that the cockroach will at least get a little knocked out by it even if it doesnt die immediately.. Remind me to get a real cockroach killer next time

Cockroaches arent that cute in real life... eeks even this cartoon give me creeps. Look at their hairy legs! Screams....         

Tempted to shave my head again! Especially now that I am not socializing as much, it's e best time for me to do it! I think it will feel good to have a load off your head...literally. Maybe next week or e week after then...

   This isnt abalone though it looks like it. I think it's snail typed food.

                      Salted egg prawn. This I didnt eat too.

 Oreo cheese cake made by cheese. Recently she has developed a huge liking towards cooking. Heard that all her colleagues have picked up that hobby too.

Sushi made by sis. Not very appetizing but tastes alright.. haha

 Corn muffins from Kenny Rogers. I only go there for their muffins, not their ribs though the latter is their signature dish.

 Mini one croissants, by far it is one of the best I have tasted! Pricey though!

Please respect our country

With the recent spate of events sparked off by racist remarks made by Singaporeans who wish to threaten Singapore's multiethnicity and incur wrath within our community, it seems that some foreigners decide to join in the fun. Please. If you cannot appreciate our country, kindly leave and stop posting derogatory comments about our people, food and even government. Yes, we may need you to contribute to our talent pool, our ever decreasing birth rate, but please do so voluntarily. It irates me a lot because I am a patriotic citizen. I love Singapore so much! Its culture, singlish and kiasuism. Give me a second life and I'll wish to be reborn as a Singaporean again. However, I have nothing against foreigners, it's just these few black sheep who contribute to much resentment against them. I sincerely wish that these people will get their desserts. Scholar, so what? The increased trend in which foolish people are making insensitive remarks is indeed worrisome and I wonder why....even the more educated ones are doing so. Social media seems to have become more of a bane than a boon.
