Ladies Tea 2010

Here are the pictures of the Ladies Tea at our Church. We had such a good time and the food was delicious.

This is a picture of the lovely ladies that sat at my table....there I am too!


Every year the theme is based on a Bible verse... This year the theme was "Patterns for living" Bible verse Romans 12. The decorations were all sewing related and everything displayed was something someone sewed. How great it would be if we all patterned ourselves after God each and every moment. Here are some pics of the decorations.


Here is my table....as you can see it is different than what I previously posted. I know myself to well and knew it would change. I wanted something different this year. I wanted it to be fun & bright.

Here is my centerpiece. I have a wonderfully talented friend that put this together for me. I showed her a picture of what my thought was with the oranges and she made the arrangement. I am so happy how it turned out.......Thank You so much Gretchen!!!!



Not only do I have a talented friend I have a wonderful mother. Each of the ladies at my table got a necklace that my mom made. Everyone loved them.....Thank You Mom....I love YOU!

New Pets....for a minute!

Were sitting at the table eating supper this evening and all the sudden hear a splash in the pool. We all jumped up to look outside and look what we found. A couple of ducks decided to take a swim. You should have seen our dogs trying to get them. The photo's are awful cause it was getting dark and I was trying to hurry. Before I was able to get a good one they were gone.
