blocks are finally over! (:

BLOCKS ARE FINALLY OVER!!

i have seriously not studied so intensively for any past exams before. haha.. it's really madness. just like a study marathon. and i cant stand the life of a mugger seriously. the past one week was insane. cannot tahan..im so glad it's over. but..haha the major one not here yet. As!! hahaha! i dono how im gona study for it man.. studying for blocks already gave me like dark circles and eye bags! it's simply.. ugly ugly ugly! haha..even my mum realises my eyes bag are getting bigger! sobs.

ok enough of blocks. im not gona do very well. but hopefully better than promos. not for math though. haha nvm..it's over and im happy. so now.. a break from sch. 5 days! whoo.. and guess wat?! 3 days gone cos of preparation for tj's concert. we'll be performing as guest performers..two dances: sol-fa and streetstoppas. i just love sol-fa! hahaha zaki is really a genius. so is ms wee of cos. haha today had clean-ups for both items..turned out to be quite alright. we were worried cos michelle got the info tat ms wee's feeling very frustrated while on the way to mj. so like when she comes..her mood may not be so good la. but turned out!! total opposite. no scoldings at all! den even after debrief we were more like having a talk with her. about the concert and how the school tot of it. hahaha she's so funny la! awww.. i miss elysium!

i was just telling calvin tat i miss those times me and edna talked and just chill out. and then like 5-10mins later, she called! hahaha..our telepathy nv fails. (: anyway, it feels great to talk to her again..not just catching up and all, but more of confiding in one another. she nv fails to make me feel better..nv fails to cheer me up. (:

ELYSIUM

a production by MJC dance society

An unforgetable night.

months and months of practices

since nov hols..

we laughed

we cried

we stressed

we bruised
some bled

but we practiced somemore

days were spent in sch,

reached sch before sunrise

and home after sunset

the days when we went home with the sky stil bright were rare.

we got praises

but there were more scoldings

nevertheless..

we practiced somemore.

other than dancing,

there was publicity

which made my eye bags big and heavy.

my eyes tiny.

slping at 2plus 3 was nothing

cos the deadline was nearing.

when we thought everything was settled,

something goes wrong.

and AHH!!

there was slp no more.

lessons were spent yawning

cos an hour was all i spent slping

and finally..

DONE!

no more publicity!

it was months

den weeks

den days

den hours

den seconds

to the 28th..

The night came..

that we had rehearsed for days.

ELYSIUM started.

Latin,

Mongolian,

Locking,

Sol-fa (Zaki's).

Hiphop,

ballet,

contemp,

TRADEMARK,

mcs

and the rubbernecking finale!

Everything went well!!

Other than the dances..

to receive support from ur friends and families,

hear praises about the concert,

and knowing that everybody enjoyed themselves on stage

was just GREAT!

there were flashes,

flowers,

softtoys,

chocolates,

and hugs everywhere.

soon before we realised it..

the concert was over.

the day has past.

it was like a dream.

a beautiful dream.

an unforgetable dream.

i love you elysium.

i love you dancers.

a big big big THANK YOU to those who came down to support ELYISUM!!

esp dearest girl, even though u know u're going alone, u stil came. Thank you so much!

your presence and support motivated me to gave my best on stage! love ya and the daisies! (:
