Nuff Said.

I asked Steven how he had liked Kindergarten during our walk home yesterday.  He said it was 40-hundred-thousand-million awesome.

1st Day of Kindergarten!

Steven is in Kindergarten!!!  I have been excited, agonized, happy, and worried about this day for years.  Steven had just been so excited.  I laid down by him this morning and woke him up, then said it was time to go to Kingergarten.  He said I know, then got dressed and ready, ate, and we went.  He was so calm about as if every day is the first day of school, haha.  I love this boy.  

How did I do?  No tears!  I almost lost it, but then we got to go with them into the classroom for a few minutes and it felt really great.  I am so proud of my sweet Steven boy and the wonderful example he is for all the rest of our family.  I'm looking forward to picking him up in a couple hours and finding out his day has been!

 Grandma slept at our house the last night and got to walk with us to school!!!  I was especially happy and grateful since she took some turns pushing.  Hopefully I can do it by when I am by myself this afternoon.  :/

On the toughest parts, we even pushed together.

Poor guy--he woke up 2 days before school
with a swollen jaw.  The doctor said he could
be around people, but never confirmed what it
was.  At least it healed.  Sad pictures, though.
Still, as always, he is a happy, sweet boy!
