This Is No Time For Fear
This Is A Time For Faith And Determination
Don't Lose The Vision Here
Carried Away By The Motion
Hold On To All That You Hide In Your Heart
There Is One Thing That Has Always Been True
It Holds The World Together
(Chorus)
GOD Is In Control
We Believe That His Children Will Not Be Forsaken
GOD Is In Control
We Will Choose To Remember And Never Be Shaken
There Is No Power Above Or Beside Him
We Know, Oh, GOD Is In Control
Oh, GOD Is In Control
History Marches On
There Is A Bottom Line Draw Across The Ages
Culture Can Make Its Plan
Oh But The ime Never Changes
No Matter How The Deception May Fly
There Is One Thing That Has Always Been True
It Will Be True Forever
(Repeat Chorus)
He Has Never Let You Down
Why Start To Worry Now
Why Start To Worry Now
He Is Still The Lord Of All We See
And He Is Still The Loving Father
Watching Over You And Me

The Devotion of Hearing
Just because I have listened carefully and intently to one thing from God does not mean that I will listen to everything He says. I show God my lack of love and respect for Him by the insenstivity of my hear and mind toward what He says. If I love my friend, I will instinctively understand what he wants. And Jesus said, "You are My friends..." (John 15:14). Have I disobeyed some command of my Lord's this week? If i have realized that it was a command of Jesus, I would not have deliberately disobeyed it. But most of us show incredible disrespect to God because we don't ever hear Him. He might as well never have spoken to us.
The goal of my spiritual life is such close identification with Jesus Christ that i will always hear God and know that God always hear me (see John 11:41). If I am united with Jesus Christ, I hear God all the time through the devotion of hearing. Aflower, a tree, or a servant of God may convey God's message to me. What hinder me from hearing is my attention to other things. It is not that I don't want to hear God, but i am not devoted in the right areas of my life. I am devoted to things and even to service and my own convictions. God may says whatever He wants, but I just dont hear Him. The attitued of a child of God should always be, "Speak, for Your servant hears." If I have not developed and nurtured this devotion of hearing, I can only hear God's voice at certain times. At other times iI become deat to Him because my attention i to other things - things which I think I must do. This is not living the life of a child of God, Have you hear God's voice today.

God answer prayer
God always answers our prayer but sometimes he doesn't. He answers our prayers in 3 ways: He says YES and gives what you WANT, He says NO and gives you BETTER, He says WAIT and gives you the BEST. We have to be patience to wait for GOD's answers.

My Time Spent at GLO
If you asked me to come to GLO a few years back. I would have said that i would never go to GLO. When my mother asked me to consider going to GLO, I didnt want to at first, but ended up going for Level 1. After a month in GLO, I decided to go for 2 weeks of Level 2 as well, but finally became a full-time student here. I discovered a close relationship with God and realised that there were many things for me to learn.
The fellowship here is great. Sometimes on Thursday evening we have "Fellowship Dinner" with Taiping Gospel members. Besides studying together, my friends and I also prayed, sang song, shared and enjoyed moments of laughing with each other. We also gathered to prepare for chapel classes.
My first precious memory is with my friends who were here before leaving for their studies. We did a lot of serious and fun things. The second memory is of the trip Ian, two other friends and I made to Batu Gajah during a weekend to meet up with JIC youths. The thrid one is great time i had with Andrew Cowell and his family, especially with the three kids.
My time in GLO has helped me to changed, walk closer to God and do my personal devotion everyday.
