Adui...another lifetime decision...

Sorry to Tuan-tuan, puan-puan, uncle-uncle, auntie-auntie, kakak-kakak, adik-adik, leng chai n leng lui sekalian. Ah Jun disappeared from this blog for quite a long time. Finally she appears again after settling all those sakit kepala stuffs. And now it's time for story again.....ahaha...be prepared......this will be a long story without pictures (y no pictures? coz ah jun is poor....she do not have camera....)......so get ready sweets in case u fall asleep......

After SPM, i made my 1st lifetime decision --- whether to enter UTM or form 6? (Before this, usually my parents will arrange the correct path which they think i should go. As a good n obedient daughter, i'll follow their advices before this). Finally, time for me to make my own decision. After thinking for long time, i decided to go UTM which carried me to a far away land called Skudai, Johor for 5 years. (correct decision or wrong decision??? we can not evaluate a decision by a single correct/wrong, as the decision may seem correct in the beginning and turn out to the wrong side in the end or maybe the other way round......hehe, i also do not know what i am talking about, nvm, we skip and go straight to the story....else i become ah mu jun later.....

Okok...back to topic, after the UTM decision, i thought i don't have to make any other decision as that decision has already destined my life as an engineer in future. But...but....but....i'm wrong. Life is filled of changes, uncertainness and unexpectedness. Here is how the story begins......

After Ah Jun graduated in UTM(May 2007), she headed back to Kuching, Sarawak to hunt for a job. She has a 10 years bond with the sponsor of her University scholarship but they did not call her back immediately after she graduated. So, she assumed that she was free from the bond and started to find a job. Luck was on her side that time that she managed to secure a process engineer job in a semicon company in kuching. She started to settle down in kuching n got used to the environment there. She even signed a contract with the company. (In the contract, it mentioned that if an employer resigns within 1 year, she/he needs to pay back 3months salary as company's effort to train he/she). She didn't care about that and started to work as an engineer happily........

Then...suddenly...in sept, her sponsor called her up for job. She thought her sponsor won't call her back anymore but out of her expectation, they called her up and offer her an engineering job in sarawak. At 1st, the sponsor(i called it 'T' company here la) offered her to work in Miri, but she don't want as it's so far from kuching/sibu. (For your info, Sibu is her hometown and Kuching is her 2nd home as her bf and sis are in kuching). She negotiated with the 'T' company and asked for placement in either kuching or sibu. Then, HR of 'T' company promised to place her in Kuching but last minute they broke the promise and said the vacancy in kuching is filled by other senior staff. Then, finally offered her a place in Bintulu. she was angry as 'T' company breaks her promise. But what to do.....so she had to make her lifetime decision. She was in dillema to choose where to work.....either in current company or 'T' company. If continue working in current company then she needs to break bond which costs her around 50k-60k. If go bintulu then she needs to separate with her bf in kuching and pays current company 3months salary.....................walau, it's tough to make decision like this la................after struggling for long time, finally she decided to go to bintulu.....wah, the experience of giving resign letter to ah boss was really tough(so, dun play play, dun cincai resign ya)

With a super sakit hati heart, she paid the current company 3months salary and left her cutie, handsome, pretty colleagues in current company. She headed to the 2nd company of her working life.....


Hehe....bored story, right? but it's really a tough decision for me. A few sleepless night to make the BIG decision (i don't like to make decision). So, i reported to Hr kuching of 'T' company on 1 oct and knew that i needed to go kl for 1month training till 31oct. Wah.....1month in KL, hin/faint ar!!!

What am i going to do in 'T'company ya? Curious, right? I'm "throw" to cable station where my office will be in the middle of jungle and near seaside area. According to my colleague, there will be a company transport in town to fetch us to station in jungle. Will go there in early Nov......hope everythg will be fine ya.....wish me good luck.....i'll update abt my new working environment soon........stay tune
