when all has passed

Forget the times he walked by, Forget the times he made you cry,
Forget the times he spoke your name, Remember now your not the same.
Forget the sweet things if you can, remember now he's not the man.
Sometimes I wish I could hurt for you, so your heart wouldn't sore,
And I would give the whole wide world, to help you love once more.

Just like old times

Many should know by now that last week I got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Went through a face crisis after that but now that my face has resumed to its original size and the blueblacks are gone, I quickly seized the opportunity to pay the capital city a visit :)

with, of course, people who're dearest to me.

The last we saw each other was approx 8 months ago. To my ultimate pleasure nothing much has changed & like old times the trip was filled with nothing but laughter <3

Season Sales!

Had dessert at this place called 'Snowflake'. Ernestine introduced this place to me last year but that was the SubangJaya branch.

This other branch is in Pavillion. The place is famous for its bestselling dessert containing grass jelly, ice and taro balls (made of Yam).

But I had that the last time and so we got the peanut taufu fah instead - equally good =)

In anticipation of Raya.

Got up early the next day as we had a whole day of schedule planned.

Tean brought us to this pan mee place in Kepong.

The shop serves only two types of dishes- dry pan mee or the pan mee with soup.
Shows its specialisation & indeed the dish did not disappoint.

Next destination was Bukit Tinggi.

Saw this place in quite a number of albums on facebook but those who went kept saying the French village does not have much to offer.

For some weird reason the only attraction spot there that caught Tean's interest was the rabbit farm .

that rears donkeys -.-

You'd think this little fella was feeding on grass.

Turned out he had something else in mind for lunch:

the plastic flower on kling's shoe.

Yeap, entrance fee for the farm per adult was RM 3- not even enough to cover her loss haha

Here comes the main character:

For safety reasons you should bear in mind that not all rabbits are tame. The key is to carry them using the right method: that is to pull their ears and support the bum with your hands (according to Tean who once had rabbit for a pet).

Right .

Wrong .

What she said was true though cause initially we tried cuddling them like a dog. Bad idea cause they struggled and ended up scratching us with their nails.

I wonder if that gave her Rabies?

Anyway, we found out from the guard later on that we shouldn't be carrying the rabbits in fear of hurting them. That was after all those pictures were taken of course ;)

Next stop, Colmar Tropicale.

Basically you pay RM 12 and that grants you access to the French as well as Japanese village. Due to time constraints however, we had to forego the Japanese village.

Alternatively, visit the place after 7 pm and it's FOC.

Wedding shoot.

The place would look like some European country if it wasn't for the scorching weather.

Suicide attempt.

Arcade.

Introducing kling as the horse.

Some poser pictures are of course necessary.

I was quite surprised to find swans there too.

Tean is clearly aware of how aggressive they can get.

Obviously the place doesn't have much to offer and we were done exploring after about 2 hours.

Headed back down to KL to meet Chiayi and Kling's bro.

5.30 hours of karaoke @ The Curve.

Despite the time, Chiayi suggested to go I- city after. Everyone was up for it so we hopped onto his car and headed towards the direction of Klang.

.

Took us about 45 minutes but the place was well worth the trip.

See what I mean?

I- City i think is a new tourist spot, it is well known for its LED illumination.

The place is fairly big and there are lots to see and take (picture wise). Almost all of our photos turned out fantastic !

Albeit being a Thursday, the place was flooded with tourists from all around Malaysia. It's a definite must- go, especially if you're out of places to go at night.

Very Malaysian.

Indoor.

This somehow reminds me of Mine's Wonderland.

The outdoor section is 10 times nicer, although we didn't have enough time to explore everything as we took quite some time at the Mines-alike place =(

Hence there shall be a next time.

Mum saw this picture and asked : where did kling get the kid from?
Me: She turned to the mother and said 'pinjam sekejap' :s

All in all,

Beautiful place. Fantastic time. Awesome people.

Shall head to bed now, hope your holiday is as fun =)

All i ever wanted

Been missing in action lately, mostly because BVC is over and done with and I've been living the life of a nomad ever since. Don't get me wrong, it's been the best two months and despite leaving the uk & some of my most cherished friends for good, that didn't thwart me from retiring the country with a gratifying heart.

A brief summary of my post- assessment events :

1. watched the world cup @ Millennium Square

2. Road trip to lake district

those who came along

awesome place containing 8 bedrooms

all credit goes to Alison for organising the trip and searching for the accommodation =)

kitchen & dining area

ze sleepspot

Balcony

that's how breathtaking the place is

semi- hiked up the hill for a better sunset view

second hike the following day

chaotic.

the peeps.but not all.

preparing breakfast together is the sweetest way to start the morning with =)

still can't get over how nice the place turned out to be.

new found game =D

self- invented some feet games too!

boat rowing on the very last day

3. PapaMike's birthday

Unfortunately the surprise failed cause a) we were running late b) Mike was getting annoyed at Lisa wanting to buy flowers in the middle of the night [ was supposed to be a distraction of course] c) ah va and April bumped into his oncoming car on the streets

sigh, tell me how can a surprise go so wrong?

Dinner at Zizzi's the next day:

Birthday boy is obviously underdressed.

4. Farewell celebration

karaoke session @ Hometown

5. Moved out from 46 Hyde Terrace =(

something went terribly wrong with the accommodation we were supposed to live in hence we had to seek refuge at yiling and tom's temporary place.

Tom purposely bought groceries, made our beds and cooked breakfast for us in the morning, how sweet- certainly made life a little less depressing for Aiting and I.

Ah Bi as the entertainer of the house

.... the list of activities goes on but i shall head to bed and continue tomorrow ....

toodles!
