Gwen Stefani makeup look and trend
Urban Decay had a collaboration with Gwen Stefani and now we have Gwen's makeup line.
I used spiderweb lipstick from her line.
Makeup used:Face:
Laura Mercier primer radiance. It is a perfect primer to add a glow. It adds shimmer under the foundation.
Makeup Forever Ultra HD foundation. This foundation is used for photo shoots. It gives a perfect coverage and is beautiful on camera.
Nars translucent setting powder.
Too faced chocolate soleil bronzer for contouring.
Too faced candlelightglow highlighter.
Eyes:
Milani brow fix brow kit in light. Your brow color should be the same color of your hair roots. I used the darkest shade in the kit with a wet angled brush.
Milani brow shaping clear gel makes your brow stay in place.
I used tape for the perfect winged line.
Katvond ink liner in trooper.
Urban decay naked 2 palette. I used Foxy all over the lid and the shade suspect on the lid bone.
Guerlain so volume mascara.
Lips:
Rimmel 1000 kisses lip liner in red dynamite.
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Spiderweb lipstick.

Fairy Forest Makeup look
Fairy forest makeup look @isabellethornton
Mac cosmetics started the trend few months ago, Ulta predict it to be a very big trend this Spring and I would agree. The Fairy look is in. The secret is a glowing skin. Lots of highlighting or strobing, soft colors and a little whimsy. I was inspired by my eyeshadow palette to create this look.
The Makeup:
Face: Maybelline baby face primer. Loreal Lumi cushion foundation in w2. Too Faced chocolate soleil bronzer for contouring. Too Faced candlelighglow highlighter above eyebrows, bridge of nose, temples, chin, top lip and eyelid.
Eyes: Milani stay put brow color in 02 natural taupe. A soft brow is key for this look but very define. Laura geller The delectable eye shadow palette. I used tape for a sharp definition leaving room for the highliter under the eye with vanilla all over the eye, mushroom as a transition color, sunrise in crease and above and also on bottom lid with khaki in corner of eye. NYX slide on, glide on and definitely a turn on waterproof extreme shine eyeliner in Tropical green SL09. I used it to draw a line as an under eye cat eye, with no liner on top. It is an Emerald color.
Lips: Loreal colour riche in au natural lip liner. Mac lipstick in Giddy. This lipstick is a Lustre so it doesn't stay very long on the lips but it's beautiful.

Jennifer Lopez makeup inspiration
Jennifer Lopez makeup look @isabellethornton
Face: Loreal Paris true match LUMI cushion foundation w2. Favorite drugstore foundation at the moment.
Becca cosmetics after glow highlights kit palette. I used all the shades Moodstone, rose gold, Topaz and wild Honey. All except the peach blush named flower child . Great quality and natural glow. Available at Ulta.
Lips: Loreal collection exclusive Jlo lipstick . She picked it for a good reason. It's just like her.
Rimmel lipgloss Stay glossy in blushing belgraves. Just a tiny bit.
The look: I used becca highlights for the entire face. Shading, highlights and eyelids.
The sweater is from the Jennifer collection at Khol's.

Fitness progress in January
My healthy breakfast: Chobani coconut yogurt and Cascadian organic granola
I told myself that January would be different this year and that I would have a great month. Why is January always so boring? I have been tired on the top of that. The Holiday eating madness got to me. This last week I have done great in going back to a good eating habit and some exercising. The cold is really hard on me too. I just want to go outside and walk but I can't do it for very long.
A toddler can be challenging. They start to get in everything. I have to get in the bath with her in the morning if I want to get clean and move my makeup to the kitchen if I want to get ready. The hair is another story. I just can't stay on the couch all day because I am afraid she will get into dangerous things. I have to adapt. I have done it before.
What I have done different this week:
1200 to 1500 Calories a day.
Piyo or 21 day fix DVDs.
8 glasses of water.
What have been your challenges this January?

Lately on Instagram
Got this Aqua green green house at Hobby Lobby. I'll start dwarf daisies in it for my front yard.
Little moments are the sweetest. My little girl eating her oatmeal and sharing my Shakeology shake. My Amaryllis from Christmas bloomed late.
I selfie. Because sometimes when you are a Mom of a little kid, putting makeup on and doing my hair should be celebrated.
I have a stalker cat. Can I get one minute in peace in the bathroom?
Elsa again in my bathroom window.
First time at gymnastics. Pretty happy...
