Window Treatment

I need window treatment ideas!! I have this huge window in my kitchen that I really feel needs some sort of curtain but I can't think of anything that will work. Any suggestions?? Pictures would be great, or Pinterest, or blogs:) Here's a picture of the window (don't mind the un-stained window casing - it's all in process).

Halloween

We had a fun Halloween. We braved the cold, windy weather all for the joy of trick-or-treating. The kids are so cute in their costumes!

We carved pumpkins on Sunday night and the quote of the day was by Julia, as she was cleaning out her pumpkin she says, "I can't even look at my hands, it grosses my eyes out." At least she was willing to touch the inside of the pumpkin this year:)

Our Girl - Lindi Lynn

This past weekend my 11-year old niece informed me that I desperately need to update my blog. So, this post is for Abbey.

Our newest addition to our family, Lindi Lynn, was born on March 11. She has been a treasure from day one! Now she is 7.5 months old!! She just got her first two bottom front teeth, and always has a smile.

About to be 5

Our little family of four is about to become a family of five! Any day now our little baby girl will join us. Layne and I have been so blessed to have two healthy, happy, and good kids. We're excited to add this third child to our family. Julia is SOOOO excited to have a sister. Austin might be in for a little surprise, but he seems excited too (at least about the excitement and new baby items that have been pulled out). We are so grateful to Heavenly Father.
