Thinking of you

Happy Tuesday, Kim here from the Lawnscaping FIT team with a fun holiday themed project featuring the Ready, Set, Snow and Shaker add-on. I started by stamping the Winter in the Park snow, bench and light post I then masked them off and used a mix of distress inks to blend my background. Once I cut the cover frame, I felt the scene needed a little something, something so what better then a set of the Lawn Fawn birds from Chit Chat paired with the Santa's hat from the Holiday Party Animal stamp set.

I created the snow in the background with my Sakura white Gellyroller added a red sparkle embossed bow to the light post and my snow pen for the bench. I filled my shaker with White Flower soft and some flat sequins.  Put everything together with fun foam and finished it off with the red Lawn Trimmings!

Thinking of you is the current Lawnscaping Challenge theme, you have until tomorrow to enter for a chance to with $25.00 at the Ellen Hutson Store!

Thanks so much for taking the time! Have a great week!

Miss You - Stretching Your Stamps

Hi everyone! Marina here! For today's card, I wanted to use the theme for the current Lawnscaping Challenge and taking this opportunity to share with you an idea how another way of using the gumball machine from the Sweet Smiles set.

So, I started off by masking away the balls in the machine and used the Distress Ink in Antique Linen to stamp as I want the border to be as light as possible.

I like using my copic markers when I want my images to turn our sharp and vibrant. In the final image, you will notice that I've covered the brown area with some gold stickles. I thought this would as some nice shimmering touch to the card.

I've coloured a white paper with pink copic markers before using the string of hearts die from the Stitched Journal Card die set.

As for the sentiment, I took it from the Chit Chat set and masked away the bubble around the words before stamping.

I hope it will inspire you to find more looks for your stamps! Cheers!

Hi Lawnscapers :) :)

It's the first Saturday of the month ... so ...
It's Lenny, from the Facebook Inspiration Team here with you today!

For today's post, I made some fun paper brooches. (they're for a mini party)
They're really easy peasy and it's so awesome to use those fab Lawn Fawn
papers, stamps and dies!!  :)
I used Spellbinders dies and my Cuttlebug for the flowers but you can also use
some ordinary scissors. Totally up to you!!
There's a mini clothespin on the back ... so no needle marks in the clothes
we'll be wearing.

There's a supply list on my BLOG!

Have a great weekend!!
And ... stay tuned for another super fun Lawnscaping challenge on Monday!!
Hope you'll join us in the fun and play along!!!
