Tiger Quilt

I finally finished my tiger quilt. It was fun figuring out what fabric and how I wanted it layed out. I think it turned out pretty good - I love it! Can you spot the one mistake I made? I could have fixed it, but didn't feel like it - it gives it character and reminds me of life - no one's perfect! And it's still beautiful!
This is one of my favorite pictures below. It's close up so you can see the different fabric patterns.
This is the back. It's always amazing to me that I'll buy fabric and when I put it all together I have just enough! I don't know how I do it cuz I'm just guessing how much I need!
This is the finished quilt, folded over so you can see some of the back.
And here it is on my bed! Of course it's not cold enough yet to keep on my bed, but I thought it looked rather nice!

It's great to finish a project! I'm really good at starting them and sometimes I don't get them finished! So this feels great!

Baby news!

First picture we got on the cell phone!
Levi, 9 lbs. 10 oz., 22.5" long, and beautiful! Looks a little like Elise!

Happy sisters! "Hello, brother!"

I think he's going to be a thumb sucker! Look at those arms! He's already chubby!

He's strong! He's holding up his head and looking around!

Grandpa took his pacifier out! Such a cutie-pie! Got his dad's hairline!

Three generations! Got to get to Great-Grandpa's for a 4 generation shot soon!!!!!
Natalie did real good pushing that big boy out and no epidural! So glad he's here and healthy and strong!
