This is the 50's dance that Emmee went to. Here's the girls with their "Pink Ladies" matching shirts. Then there's the picture of a group of them all together. Then theres Emmee and her date, talking to Brandon and his date. Emmee's date brought her pink roses when he came to pick her up! I can't remember her dates name, but his sister is writing to Clinton! They all had a lot of fun, learning to swing and dancing and hoola hooping, etc.

Diamond Back Game
We took the kids to the D-Backs game on Saturday night (Uncle Adam came with too). They were supposed to have a firework show after the game but that was cancelled due to high winds. We were really bummed and a little upset when we left the game to find that ASU was shooting off fireworks just down the road. Oh well - what can you do. Anyway, the kids had a great time. We had corn dogs, popcorn, peanuts, and ice cream. There were close to 49,000 people there since it was the 2nd to last home game of the season. Maeley made a new friend with this lady sitting next to Adam. She would play with her earrings and watch and do thumbs up with her. Maeley also was a big fan of the game. Anytime there was cheering or clapping she'd join in clapping and screaming. Too cute! Karsen thought it was a little too loud but hung in there for the fireworks - boy was he disappointed to find out there weren't any. And the best part is the D-backs WON! It was a fun night! Thanks mom for watching Kensington.

J.T. Lawlor Fam
We went to Salt Lake for a business convention two weeks ago, and toured Temple Square. This picture was taken in front of the Conference Center. It was truly a beautiful building.
A few weeks ago the girls went for a little swim in this pool. After they were done I got them bathed and dressed in clean, dry clothes. Not to long after that Emry decided she wasn't done swimming and jumped in clothes and all. We make sure to empty the pool immediately now.
In August J.T. and I went to a personal Development Camp. It was called Wizard Training. We camped in a tiny tent in the woods of VAncouver Canada. The forest is beautiful there, and very very dense. Fom our camp we could see a Mountain with Glaciers, it was amazing. At the begining everyone had to come up with a name for themselves that would be known as there wizard name. My name was "wind" and J.T.'s name was "sunstone", it was fun to see what each person came up with. The best part of the camp was being together learning and having fun.

new trencher
So dad and I went to the San Diego area Thursday to look at a trencher and buy it. We're driving up to this guys house on little, skinny streets! I mean they are only big enough for ONE car! I don't know what they do if someone is trying to go the opposite way! And we're in the Ford with a trailer! Even his driveway is one car wide. We had to back in so we could get out! It's a pretty nice trencher and dad is VERY happy! So on the way home, we're between Casa Grande and the 202 interchange and a car in the left lane blows a tire! They slam on the brakes - a big NO NO! and they swerve and almost hit the car in front of us, who swerves and we're just looking at this going on in front of us, praying that we don't hit anyone! The blow-out car finally corrects itself and gets over on the side of the road and I'm watching to make sure they don't flip, cuz they're still going kind of fast and the car in front of us pulls over to the shoulder and stops. It was crazy! No one hit anyone else! And we're all doing 70-75! We pull into the Loves just before the 202 to get some gas, only to discover that the right (passenger side) rear trailer tire is totally shredded - gone - only a rim left! We have no idea when it happened! So we had to change a tire after getting our gas! You can see what's left of the tire after dad put it back on the trailer where the spare was! Then you can see it better in the light of day! It was a blessed day!

50 years!
Well, it's hard to believe that I'm 50! Here are a couple of pictures we took. I had a great day. I had lunch with my sisters and neices and daughters. I'm sorry I didn't get a picture of that. Stanley gave me a lovely bouquet of flowers and Lona gave me a lovely bouquet of roses! We went out later that night to AhSo a Japanese restaurant. That's my birthday candle made out of a onion! And I ate my whole dinner with chop sticks! Even the rice! I'm so proud of myself! The last picture has nothing to do with the birthday. It's just a cute picture of Maeley! And her cream cheese mustache! Notice her new haircut? Thanks to Karsen who didn't like her hair in her eyes. We evened up the bangs so they'd grow out together. She's still toooooooo cute!
