Been sick since December 15th!

Yeap, that's right. It was just right after the teambuilding and the birthday celebration and i'm sick until now! Have been having a serious cough until my muscles hurts. Went back to KL during Xmas and been to the doctor. Still not recovering. What for Xmas? Haha! my darling gave me a external HDD for xmas gift! well, in return... i got him a bluetooth headset! (muahahah! a pinkish coloured one!)... nothing much bout xmas, managed to walk around The Gardens (first time there) and The Curve. Wasn't in the celebration mode as i was coughing really badly at that time. Super duper sienz! So, went back to Penang on xmas day itself as my dear had to attend a friend's wedding dinner that night. Went to work the next day but got to 'shoo' back by my boss as i was coughing like mad. He told me to take off for two days. And so, i took his advise and went back home to rest. Couldn't endure the coughing anymore as my back muscles hurts like nobody business and furthermore, i've finished the medicine gave by the KL doctor. So, i went to my panel doctor and get to know that i'm actually having bronchitis (what?? again??! i had it when i first came to penang and after that quarter's teambuilding as well!) And so, under medication again lor... sigh! and after 3 days in penang, got to know that my housemate is coming back to KL for new year and so i decided to follow him back. and here i am back in KL again. And this time, i went to Nic's house to pay him a visit ( i knew he gonna be back in KL for xmas... din got to c him then) and gosh, only then that i know that he actually injured his eyes with some alkaline...and nearly got blind by that. Sigh, well, he's working in an oil&gas company and of course hazards is always there. and safety is always their priority. So, you gonna ask him bout goggles? haha... yeah well, they do provide goggles... and things happened.. so, better don't ask any further! :P Really do hope that his eyes could fully recover and be in good shape in no time. He gotta be extra careful man! ish!
Well, was really shock with that news ler, have not been reading blogs.. so, din know bout it eventhough he did blogged about the incident. So, when i was in his house that Friday night... saw him wearing sunglasses and i couldn't stop myself from asking why is he wearing that... and then only he told me bout it. and i was like 'HUH!'. The purpose that i went to visit him is to give him his bday gift ler. And so sad to know that he came back was due to injury! aiyerr... that bugger must take care of himself la!
Since he's back in KL too... so, we planned for a drink with other friends in KL. Was really great to meet up and their updates. Yeah, Jason has been busy like always... back from SG and straight came and meet us for the drink already. and of course the two of them la...hehe, Jason & Sharon. Okay, Jiaxin and Andy is there.. life has been a ball, jia went to Sony and got bonded for 2 years as they sent her to Japan for training. Pui Leng has been really busy with work in Accenture and its really a crazy working life. Her record: worked till 530am and go back to work at 830am the next morning! That's what i call crazy. Anyway, she said the work load is getting alittle bit better.Well, still stayed till 9pm? and the bosses expect you to stay till 12am? *GOSH* Okay, YiKang tertiba indulged in camera, got himself a Nikon SLR for 1800 *only* he said. Haha... well, gonna be a pro the next time i see you? haha! Hmm.. its really great to hang out with friends that you could click so well! Aih...it has been so long since i last hang out with friends till late night too... Or should i say, there's none in Penang? Oh well, i do have good friends in Penang,good friends that really took care of me when i'm there. Even bought me porridge and sent to my house when i'm sick...accompany me when i'm lonely...but just that...it isn't the same la.. haha! don't know how to explain la...
Munira and i got really close when i came to intel too. Both of us went up to BKT KAYU HITAM (drove 2 hrs to get there and 2 hrs to get back to penang)...wow! we were at the border of Thai and Malaysia! Guess we're quite crazy. Went there to get chocs for her wedding lo..door gifts. hehe! She's gonna get married next year! ooh! it's coming 2008!
My dear's birthday coming too! 2nd Jan! haha! i got him an advanced bday gift...canon ixus 860 :P hehe... okay, i'm paying installment for that lar! no money $$ :( hehee...and of course he likes it alot...(hohoho! should i say i'm the one who fancy it more? since i love to take pics? haha) well, he's been wanting to buy a camera for himself for a long long time... but considered that i got one (the kodak c360 he bought for me for my bday 2yrs ago) so... procastinated till now also yet to get one. Haha! and so... i got him that! ahaha.. i made him think that my friend is buying the camera and asked for his help to check out which model better... the panasonic FX33 or the canon ixus 860? haha.. and he likes ixus 860 more.. in which i think it's nicer than FX33 too... haha :P A friend from SG helped me to buy. A very good price for the package. Comes along with the camera kit and all. 2GB + 4GB memory cards, card readers...etc. Hehe. YEAH! i can take lots lots of pictures too! haha...Bibi! Happy Happy Birthday oh! hehehe :P
My cough is getting a little bit better now... hopefully it will recover as soon as possible! i can't stand not eating spicy food!! sobs! Okay ler, till the next update! Bluek! i know ler i've not been updating... hahaha :P will try to update more!

Trip to Muar and Malacca!

YES! It was supposing a training trip for climbing the mount KK. But Gunung Ledang was closed due to some incidents. Will only be open to the public again in Jan 2008. Well, despite being disappointed about the training, we then went to the Water Fall instead. It was really a great decision! The water was so refreshing and so cooling! Words just couldn't describe the whole environment there! Even though we need to climb some fleet of stairs with our things, it was all worth it! Really had a lot of fun! haha! and those precious moment is just so memorable. Haha... dear dear's "8 month 15" sure blossom already ler "cy laughing to herself as she recalled the incident" Oh yeah, i still din mention who i went with right? hehe, of course my dear is there as I've mentioned! haha... i went with dear's colleagues (those who are in the KK trip). This trip didn't reach the climax yet! THE FOOD of course! (yeah yeah, i know... I'm a glutton!) we actually had 7 meals a day! argh! our stomach bloated like a balloon! hehe! Gotta post all those pictures here! the before and after food! haha! wait till i get it from my dear. He'll get from YM (one of our professional photographers for the trip! the other one is Victor). The trip on the 1st day was so marvelous however, there was an incident happened. We were really lucky and i thank god for that. (from here, my brother will said... there she goes.. telling story again -- but well, i really think this is a story need to be told) There was this road from Muar back to Bkt Gambir (our friend's house -where we stayed for the 3D2N trip). It was a bi-directional road, a very straight road... and it was 1130pm and all the cars were like 80-90km/h. We got 2 cars, me and my dear are in the 2nd car. We are happily listening to the songs that I'm playing using my phone. With the street-lamp, it was all really bright but suddenly, there's a part of the road ahead was really dark as the street-lamps were not functioning. Without hesitation, we went ahead, then, our friend's car (the only car ahead of us) braked (and our driver slowed down but still didn't know what happened) and suddenly that car took a fast sway to the opposite side and back to the road (as if avoiding something) Feeling weird, our driver slowed down but still didn't know what lies ahead and out of a sudden, he saw a guy standing there... (it was really difficult to see him as there's no source of light at all - the opposite direction cars were far away ) he did the same thing as the 1st car did (was really lucky there's no car from the opposite site and the distance of our car wasn't close) and its only when we came near to the spot we saw a woman laying on the road (right middle)unconscious and the guy standing there was trying to help her. Seeing that, we stopped our car at the roadside. It's a residential area but no one was there to help. We called the ambulance. Our friends helped to carry the woman to the roadside. She woke up and her bleeding stopped. Apparently, this incident happened because they ran over a dog with their motorbike due to the darkness. So, really got to thank god that no cars ran over her. Thank You Godfather. At that time... all sorts of things came to my mind... If both driver missed by seconds to notice the guy, it would really totally be a different ending. Okay okay... don't talk about this already. Just am really glad that she's still okay and some goodhearted local guy sent them to the hospital. And the villagers did some ritual prayers for the dog (wonder if they got buried it). ~phew~

Okay, with all the cleaning up and all... we headed to Malacca around noon time (we reminisce alot of our childhood like playing with bubble-gun and 'turn egg' -dunno what u call it, put money, turn and get an egg (with toys inside) haha! wanted to get a tamagochi! but nope.. din managed to! got some others... later in the pic!)
We walked around Malacca town! Was so so so so hot!hmm... and i forgot my sunblock.. think i got a lil' darker already! hehe! Got back to KL around midnight... and went back to Penang on Monday night. Really wish the time could just remain at those happy time! ish! can't wait for xmas dee! going back for a long holiday! can't wait! hehe!

Training Days!

GOSH! it feels like as if i'm back to UNI LIFE again! hmm... well, its kind of bored but yet it feels good to be a student again! go to class, sit and listen to the instructor and whoops! its time for break! then soon after... its time to go home! haha! PDC night is next week...wondering if i will get stage-fright on that day or not... I've been positioned at the front line for the para-para dancing. hmm... for now, really wish i could go sing k... but no one to sing with me! so sad. nvm ler...i'm still coughing now. hehe :P

Nothing much to write now... hm, i'll be getting compensation leave for the training (imagine, saturday also got training! ish!) and the para dancing (we practice after working hours)... gonna use the compensation leave for xmas... hehe :P

That's all for now ler... very tired! haha! i'm grouping all my entries and post it one shot! muahahaha! :P

Guys! please beware of MSN fraud! Read on:

It happened around 1125am on 19th October 2007. When i was busy with work, a friend suddenly 'IM'ed me using MSN messenger. She used to be my roomate and am very close with her. So, she asked if i could log in to maybank2u account because she couldn't. As i've tried, i could log in. She asked me for a favour saying that she owed a friend money and been delaying him very long and its kind of urgent to return the money and asked if i could help her to transfer money to her friend first and saying that she'll definitely bank in the money back to me after work that day. The amount she asked was initially RM800, but since i got not that much money in that bank account, she told me to wait as she will ask her friend if its okay paying him RM400 first. So, sensing some kind of emergency here, i without any hesitation (this friend once asked me to lend money to her the same way), i've banked in the amount to the bank account she gave me. The account no. is 1111-1428-6194 and the owner's name is KEW MIN TECK. Well, at the end of the day, after working hour, i still yet to receive any call from my friend regarding the money. So, i smsed her regarding the money. She was shocked about it and asked if she still owe me money. (we stayed together for the past few months, so, sometimes she owes me money for bills...)So, with the thought that she forgot bout it, i mentioned to her that she asked for my help to transfer RM400 to her friend first. With that, she's even more surprised and gave me a call. When i told her about it, she said it must be her email account being hacked already. (FYI - MSN uses email account to login) because she received a SMS from an unknown number saying that he's matthew and he hacked her email and asked her if she wants him to restore for her. This guy's number is 012-2141405 which is a prepaid number. I was so shocked with the news and immediately went to Maybank to see if the transfer could be stopped. It was already 720pm at that time, offices already closed down. I've called the maybank hotline and they asked me to make a police report and bring back to Maybank tommorrow. So, i quickly went to the nearest police station and make a report believing that with the guy's bank account number and name, police force could at least track him down or get evidence on him for the crime he's committing. I told my friend to do the same thing and tell her to sms all her friends regarding her account being hacked. At the police station, there's this policewoman at the counter. She asked me where did i do the transaction and i told her at my office. she told me that i must go to another police station to make the report as that is not under their district. I was like 'huh?' However, i managed to make a police report. That policewoman did not even listen properly to the incident i was telling and she started to type on her own. Since she did not attentively listen to what i was saying, she got things wrong and asked us to write the story down. I was lucky that i got a friend to accompany me to the police station. (i don't even know where's the police station is... i'm a KL ppl in Penang now). Eventhough i've made a police report, the case wasn't open. To no avail, nothing has been done. The policewoman then called another officer (it seems that this officer has the higher rank) and he talked to me. I was asked by him 'why do i need the police report' , the reason of getting a police report? (is that suppose to be a question? i wouldn't have trouble myself to lodge a report if i find it not necessary)By telling him that at least could get details on the guy from the bank, he told me to go to Maybank and get the guy's particulars and hopefully i could talk to that guy and it'll be good if he returns the money else, i'll need to treat it as a wrong investment. (wrong investment!!???) So, particularly, nothing has been done.

The next amusement thing about this is that, i went to Maybank as told by the officer the next day along with the police report and hope that i could get details on that guy. And the only thing that i found out is that they need an officer/personel to come along only authorised to view the details! (omg! how come no one told me bout it at the police station?) The guy in maybank was very helpful. He managed to help me check (i got a peep on it) about that hacker's bank account. To my surprise, there are alot of transcation to this guy account! besides mine at 11.25am, at 11.30am there's another transaction (RM620) transfered to his account. There are several more. And at that moment, his account only left RM146! Doesn't it obvious that this guy is vigorously cheating others by hacking into other people's account? Since, nothing can be done without an officer/personel, with much despair i decided to go home. Just on the way back, i received a call from a friend from KL stating that the hacker the friend's email account to online again and now talking to him. That hacker uses the same tactic to him asking for help to transfer money using maybank2u. I asked my friend to entertain him to see if it is the same guy,same bank account number. So, when i reached home. I tried to talk to that guy again. He's using the same conversation again! (omg! doesn't he remember that he has already conned me?) by making it sounds like i'm talking to my friend, i talked to him again. So, as predicted. He asked the same question again and the whole lot conversation were the same. And without any surprise, the name and the bank account number is the same! So, i called the police station where i make a report yesterday to tell them about it. The policeman who picked up the phone was so rude. Then, i told him bout the incident and my report number and told him that this guy is in action again. And yet, another disappointment. The policeman said that there's nothing he could do as he can't get out of the police station and he then gave me a hp number to call. I called that officer who's responsible for this kind of cases but only got 'i'm busy at the moment. i'm taking some statement here' as the answer. My KL friend who got the whole conversation which of course, the same account number and the same name - went to make a police report and requested to open up a case for this. After waiting for 4 hours at the police station and listening to the policemen saying that there's nothing they can do, there's no evidence and a more ridiculous question thrown to my friend is "Berapa Ribu kau hilang?" (how many thousands you have lost?)

Isn't it the polices' responsibility to track this fella down? And why am i the one suppose to get the particulars from Maybank? Doesn't he knows that we're not authorise to do any checking on people's particulars unless there's an officer/personel together with the police report only could do that? Why am i not told about it when i'm at the police station lodging the report? And isn't it the job of the police to get evidences on this guy who is doing the crime? It doesn't matter on how much we got cheated, it is still our money and furthermore, what if that i'm not the only person being conned here? Imagine, each person he conned RM400, so if he managed to con 10 people, that would make it RM 4000 per day! I am seriuosly being dissappointed with the act of the police force. It's as if they are imaginary since they claimed that they could do nothing about it. And this kind of crimes will continue and it'll be even worse as there's no action being taken and these culprits will happily commit these crimes without being afraid of getting caught.

So, people! what you can do now is be more extra careful when you're dealing with your money. Always verify with the people you're sending money to, no matter how close he/she to you. And don't assume that your friend's/family's email account is not being hacked!

Wondering what's the secret is? nah, it's actually a self-help book my boss shared with me during a 1:1. Its about the other way of looking things (as far as i know... well, i still yet to get the book!) haha. And when i search through the internet about this book, i came across this article in which i find it interesting. haha!I'm just posting part of it cuz it kind of related to my previous post. The Equivalent Trade??

The title sounds cool right? haha! well, i got that phrase from an anime i've watched long long ago... Fullmetal Alchemist? probably you guys have heard of it before. So, what's with the equivalent trade? In this anime, the meaning of this trade is you'll gain something by loosing something in the end ( not exact of the phrase but sort of ler.. you know what i mean?.. hehe) Okay. One need to sacrify something in order to gain something they wanted to. And, you'll be asking... why on earth am i saying whole lot of s*it bout fullmetal alchemist here? sigh, actually... i've been mourning about my super heavy body to one of my close friend...should i identify you here? nah, you know who you are! hehe! so, i was telling him that i'm getting tired of all the dieting and all... hence, i told him bout this equivalent trade thingy...and we kind of agree that this could be a good thing to blog about!
Right...and he told me this "you look good as you are dear....dun have to sacrifice so much..." so, what he's trying to say is " you don't have to be thin to look good"
Okay. Question is, if you dont have to be slim to look good, why are all the guys going for slim girls?(erm, don't get me wrong here.. i'm not saying all the guys... but most of the guys! :)at least my friend told me that fat girls can be sexy!) =) and why is the diet trend is always around? Come to think of the diet plan... gosh, non-oily food, no starch, no sugars, no carbonated drinks, no..no..no and no... okays... what kind of life is that?? yeah, you'll probably will tell me... "oh!no one forced you to be in that kind of life!" well, who wants to be in that kind of situation? ppl like me, can get fat just by drinking plain water...need to control those inputs.
Okay, besides controlling ur inputs... u'll need to shake off those fats by exercising! okay...people are telling me that instead of losing those fats, instead, u're building muscles! so, not weighing but measuring! right, even though u exercise, u still need to control the amount of food u're taking... so... counts ur calories!So, u'll be having ur calculator here and there and counting the amount of calories of the food u're gonna take...so, what kind of life is this?
So, for those people who can always be slim and nice even you eat like a cow? Congrats! u're not in the trade! i'm happy for u! (u know who u are!and i'm sooooo jealous!!)And as for people like me? who wants to be slim and nice and easily put on weight? can't munch on those fav. food?? this is the equivalent trade!suffer from it!there's nothing you can do! u can only complain about it! like what i'm doing now!!!

so, here i am in the office awaits for my lunch (fruits only FYI)... haha, been wondering... how come ppl can be so slim and yet they eat as much as i do?? this is so sad! well, i wanna look good... therefore, need to sacrifice right? haha! yesterday went back home early as i was having headache and had got nothing to do so,headed home and had a good rest. I slept like a pig!the whole afternoon! and i slept at 1130pm yesterday night! i'm energized! this morning was a lil busy as i need to attend some meetings. Yupe, there's another lab that i need to do so that i could understand better. Don't ask me, i'm still not sure of what i'm gonna do. As far as i'm concern, i need to know everything from up to down so that i could support Design Engineers. Well, Design Automation Engineers supports Design Engineers. U got a picture of that? What's the difference between them? we provide methodology :)

yeah. here it comes! time for an update!

Haven't been doing much lately.Besides going to work, been doing some outing with friends either to Queensbay mall or for some games. Did went to the gym twice!Before Munira started fasting! haha! Involved in some badminton games and gonna start back some swimming session from tomorrow onwards. Getting a healthier lifestyle? i hope so! Yeah, went back to KL twice this month for a dinner and another is for my dad's bday n midautumn fest. It's really great to be home!I missed my darling alot. =( OH!i've managed to catch a drink with soo ching, yin and theresa. Eventhough there isn't any much topic to say about. But i'm really glad to see them, missed them much. Hopefully i can spend more time with them during the raya break. I'll be going back KL for 5days. Be back on 11th Oct night. Kam, perhaps we could get a drink as well? can ask jason,chuuliu, cheng and all??? Hm...dunno whether he got read this entry o not. Well, gonna call you up la then.

Talk about celebration, the Q3 bday celebration organized by me was pretty succesful. Thank god!hehe. Had Q3 teambuilding last Friday! photohunt and then dinner. Photohunt was really cool! had lotsa fun! a very good idea in getting ppl to know each another better. Had dinner @ CRC...chinese recreation club. =) I was hoping for g-hotel buffet but they are serving ramadhan buffet now (it was initially g-hotel wan!!) Will post some photos later!

Next weekend gonna go for a k-session! hm... went for twice k-session only so far in Penang... Back in KL, once - with my sister,waikit and my dear. And we had AJISEN RAMEN @ 1U! whoa!! nice nice!! i forgot to take picture!! ishish!!

Oh!! i got my own room now... my roommate doesn't want me anymore! Nah, i'm just joking! she misses me terribly!! haha! she went back to KL dee...working in Western Digital! Argh... now gotta pay 350 for the room! i'm broke!!! sigh... i missed Jocelyn alot too. No one to go shopping with me dee.. Weng Sing?? Of course we do go out together... but, the more the merrier ma... moreover, he's always busy with his badminton! aiseh! and i'm taking turns per week to park inside. Usually, the week that i need to park outside, i'll be home early wan. The week that i park in, i'll be going out everynight for activities! haha! can't wait for tmr! then i could go out with Munira for dinner! Oh! my swimming session! probably can ask her to join me too... I'll be swimming with Sue Yin and Mei Siem jie! haha!

Yet another scratches!! SIGH~ my precious car! sob!

THIS IS SO SAD!!



Sigh!! A one month old car looks like a few years old dee!! sigh! Parking space in Penang really a serious matter! Parking along the roadside really put you in deep thoughts. Scratches will be a common matter in penang as most of us park our car by the roadside. Why? well, that's because there are some crazy ppl out there who just could not endure your new car which is so perfectly okay and there goes... a long scrath at ur car door! Well, in that picture you have just seen.. it isnt the case! well, its because that we have oni one indoor parking space... and there are also limited parking spaces along the roadside near our condo. So, the need to book the space for ppl who came back late is done by ppl who will be parking inside the condo. Well, fair enough if you're saying you'll be back late around 11pm. Acceptable. This is because, when you're back around 8pm...there will still be spaces for you to park! Sigh, i'm still not getting to my point am i? HAIYA! its because i need to 'chop' a parking space for someone who can come back at 8pm since i'm the one parking inside as i'm driving the new car ( got a scratch b4 because of parking outside! and she insisted that she will come back during the night but ended up, she did not go out due to her leg pain... u will ask, huh??again??) Well, i can't blame others for what i've done to my car... i f*king know that... just really hope that she could also understands that the new car i'm driving meant a lot to me... i would rather go and fetch her from the shoplot area if there is really no parking along the roadside near our condo...than to park by the roadside again) ... If only she did not asked me to 'chop' a place for her... i guess, that (in the pic) would not have happened... SIGH! i'll get it fix when i get back to KL. Will cost me another bundle of $$! sigh~


Alright, apart from the sad story! i'm doing fine in Intel. A great place to work huh? Yeah, really! i'm ramping up on some environment tools needed in my jobscope. Erm, still a lil blur here and there as i've just started and my buddies are all very busy to even talk to me. One of my buddies flying over to US tomorrow morning. Yeah, requested souvenir! hopefully he remember! (nah, i'll make sure to remind him! hahahah! tak tau malu nya~) keke.. Yeah, i went back to KL last weekend on the 3rd Aug. It was a short trip as i got back to Penang on Sunday 3pm. (140pm flight)... Although a short trip, i managed to do some shopping that i needed long long time ago at Sg. Wang. Bought 2 pair of Jeans and a pair of 3/4 pants and also a handbag (from baobao) heehhe... ***Thank you dear, for everything :) really miss you a lot!***... hehe, whoops!! getting a lil too sweet huh?? hahha.. dun get jealous la... i love my bao bao very much! hehe :P jangan jealous! kekeke... Hmm... Heard that Nicholas depart from KL dee to work...wah... WELCOME TO THE WORKING LIFE! hahah...really hope to see u during convo pal...take care there! as for chuu liu... heheh, i'll make sure i go visit you when i'm back to KL too... And as for all my other beloved friends! will sure to contact you guys wan! i'll be heading back to KL on 24th Aug. Yup, i'll be driving home! need to start journey early as i do not wan to drive during night time! haha! Ooh.. need to call Jason again to meet up for the graduation photos! hmm!! he's like soo soo soo soo busy to get hold of him! haha!

Hair Style????Hmmmm...

A pleasant day! Its SATURDAY!(i meant yesterday!hahah..well, today is great too!weather is so good! i can sleep whole day!!but need to cook later..so better not) A good day to walk around and spend some money (only if u have the money to spend la!!) Sigh!! Went for a hair cut!! argh! they tried temporary curl on me and see how do i look.. well, i look horrible!!! hahaha..have a look ! ish~! i guess i'll just stick on to my straight hair! haha. bought products from them. needed hair serum..so, its in the list! but then..argh the shampoo!just regretted on getting it!! shouldn't have done so! but WTH! i bought dee! they said i got dandruff and its better to use some dandruff control shampoo..SIGH..somehow felt like i kena con! haha...argh, there goes my 1st half salary~!!! i'm officially broke!!The 1st month is like a disaster la.. wanna pamper urself but also need to settle a lot of debts! and need to buy house-hold stuff lerr.. pity me!!next month need to take grad pictures some more.. arghh..!!

Yes yes, it's 20072007 and i'm not well plus i'm sad over 'claimed to be minor things'... Finally went back to work today after 3 days of MC. I guess i talked too much today with Munira and coughed too much and i think i'm getting back my sorethroat. Well, it doesn't really matter...i'm just getting so sick of myself right now. Just wish to talk to someone... talking to Liang now makes me feels better... i dunno what else to say here... i'm just very sad...
