Time For A Change

It's time for a change, and by that I mean a new blog.  I've set up a blog to record Justin and I's lifes together.  You can find us at BarkersBlogged.  More posts will come on the new blog as I continue to play catch up.

February Remix

The end of January brought with it plenty of dancing to watch. On the 29th we headed up to Coalville to watch the Fauvines compete for Region against North Summit. Kylie is the one in the middle in case you can't tell.

Drill down

They took 2nd in Military, 1st in Dance, 1st in Kick and with that they became Region 14 Drill Team Champs!

Sunday the 30th we celebrated Dad's birthday. Another year older and wiser too....Happy Birthday, to you!!

Justin and Lane came down on February 2nd and we went to the circus. I was a little skeptical when we first walked in. But once it started I was rather impressed. When they did the globe of death they had four guys going in there. It was pretty crazy. The only camera I had was my phone and the darkness and bright lights didn't make for the best pictures.

During the intermission they had some of the animals out to take rides on and get pictures with.

I had a good time and I'm pretty sure that Justin and Lane did as well.

On Saturday the 5th we all headed down to UVU to watch Kylie at the state drill team competition.

Brody was SUPER excited to get to spend his day watching girls dance. Can you tell? That's what I thought.

I thought they did a great job. They took 5th in Dance and 1st in Kick, placing 5th overall.

After Kylie got done dancing Justin and I took Brody and Bridger and headed to Boondocks. We all had a blast. It was a little chilly out but we didn't notice it too much. We played mini golf, laser tag, drove the go karts, watched the XD theater and played arcades.

In keeping with tradtion Mom and I made cookies for Valentine's Day. We decided that we better give some of them away so that we wouldn't eat all of them.
