~ Its the most Wonderful time of the Year ~
I just love this time of year. Family Christmas traditions, Christmas lights and trees, amazing food, family & friends, Christmas music, Temple Square, & lots of family game nights & of course the birth of our Savior. Its going to be a great Christmas for us. Lance graudated this fall with his Bach. degree, and I will graduate December 16th with my RN degree. So we are going to really enjoy this Christmas. We are celebrating Grandpa Bakers 90th Birthday on the 13th which will be great to see everybody.

A Day of Blessings

December the 4th was an exciting day for us. Grandma Facer (Lance's G-ma) was being sealed to Grandpa, her children, and her parents. We were heading down when a mile on the freeway we hit a black ice patch (speed no more than 60 mph) Lance tried to gain control of the truck for about a 1/4 mile when we finally started sliding sideways down the free way. We flipped back around to the median side then slid in and rolled three times. We both walked away without even a scratch thanks to seat belts and a little watching over us. We were helped by many amazing people who I don't even know. After getting everything taken care of we still made it down for the sealing which was a huge blessing to us and our family. I know that we were truly watched over yesterday. We are so very thankful for friend and family and the gosple in our lives.
