Halloween 2016

We had a hard time as usual decided halloween costumes. I wanted a family theme, which no one else would agree too. I offered bugs, 3 little pigs, monsters inc. No takers. So we left it to the last minute and it all worked out and everyone was happy getting to be what they wanted. I don't know why put up such a fight, maybe I will learn for next year.

   Pumpkin carving we went to quantity this year, everyone had their own mini pumpkin that they each designed, even Wyatt with the single tooth smile just like his own. Mom and Dad share the big one.

We got to trick treat main street, and went around town with friends, each year the kids get to do one more street, so this year we did 4! it was fun and we will have a good sugar stash for the rest of the year.

Roomate Reunion

I love these girls! (and Shaelene not pictured) They are the best women, and i am so grateful i get to call them friends forever. Their examples and support have helped me so much 12 years ago and today!

We had a really fun weeknd in Las Cruces at all of our old college stomping grounds.

Toured the Campus, went to a football game, at from Andele's, pumpking patch and corn maze.

We rented a town house that was so much fun, there was a glitch in our reservation and we ended up getting to homes for the price of one! It was such a sweet deal.

 
Campus tour! Duck pond, Activity Center, it was fun to see some of it is the same, even though a lot has changed.
 

Aggies lost, but it was still fun, and we even got in for free just like old times, their was a nice group giving free tickets when went to buy ours. 

These two came kid free, we missed her! but loved that they got to relax and enjoy the freedom.

This Handsome guy is the best Roommate. So glad we both wanted to go to school for free and that he moved in to the guys apartment that we were really close too.

Albuquerque Zoo

For Memorial Day and Elle's birthday we took the kids to the zoo in Albuquerque! Elle's 3rd time at a zoo. Wyatt's first.  Fi we lived in a bigger town we would definitely buy a  yearly zoo pass. Next time we will have to plan for 3 hours instead of 2. They loved looking and learning about all the animals.

4 years old! going on 14!

Ellese Lambson is now four! We did cake and present with Grandma and Grandpa Christensen on Sunday Oct. 9th She got lots of new clothes, she had out grown everything else we had! Some new games, nail polish and a talking puppy! Pumpkin. She loved it all!

My sweet girl, she is a go getter and adventurous little girl. Nothing scares her and she can do it all!

We did a little swimming it was a little chilly but it was fun to use the long boards and explore the docks.We didn't get one tied up and it floated a few boats down thank goodness Dad has good searching skills. 

It was awesome to have a quiet weekend, especially after the crazy leg breaking experience for my Mom in June.
