Let's catchup (2023- 2024)
Hi, it has been 2 long years since i wrote in my blog. Life has been amazing alhamdulillah. Ups and down but for whatever it is we are truly grateful.
March 2023
We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in Vietnam in March. Spend our days in Hanoi, Halong Bay & Sapa. It was a cold spring in Vietnam. Temperature was down low 9 degrees. It was such a memorable 5th year anniversary with my husband which i had plan on my own and my husband just went ahead with my plan. We had such an adventure.
April 2023 The whole of 2022, we were trying our luck to get a second baby. Sadly it was tough. Had a miscarriage on the second time i got covid in October 2022. It was depressing because i had the miscarriage at work during my night shift. As soon as we got back from our "5th year Anniversary Honeymoon" my pregnancy kit showed positive as i was quite compliant in checking my HCG test and basal body temperature. Alhamdulillah. Truly Allah replied our prayers as he is the best of planners. As the weeks past as i got nearer to my second trimester, my morning sickness got worst.
June-July 2023
Days passed, belly got bigger. I got really breathless just to walk or doing work but life goes on. Tried to gym 1 time and i was breathless. My husband suddenly jio go United Kingdom for our 2 weeks Annual Leave in August and so last minute booking was done.August 2023
The exciting time of the year has came. Our family trip to United Kingdom! We visited London, Manchester, Scotland & lastly Liverpool. It was definitely cold. Being 5-6 months pregnant travelling was not easy. There was a lot of walking. The time difference of 8 hours is exhausting for me and my son. We literally wanted to sleep in early always the first few days in London. We get to watch a live liverpool match which was my husband's dream! we scored! Thankful for the experience! He spent SGD1000/ person for this live game. Ya ALLAH, semoga suamiku sering dimurahkan rezekinya kerana telah sayangi keluraganya dan kamu ya ALLAH. AMIN.
Celebrated our dearest first- born birthday and his uncle birthday as they shared the same birthday. We celebrated by having a chalet party for the whole entire which took quite awhile to plan. I planned the games and we totally had fun!
December 2023
The final lap. Work goes on. We got awarded with the COVID Resilience award.
January 2024 I was the planner for our level 10 end year party for the games section but i had an elective admission on 1st January for my Induction of labour (IOL) which falls on my level 10 ward party as well. I was induced on the same day but my baby girl decided to come out on the 3rd January 2024.
Alhamdulillah. She was healthy. Weighing 3.95kg via natural birth. Bismillahi masya'Allah. We have waited for you 5 years. Abang Umar would be excited to see you. Everyone's excited to meet you. Nanny sadly could not visit as she was covid positive on that same day.
January- April 2024
Here we go again. Another baby. Another sleepless tireless day/night after 5 years. sleepy eyes. Sore body. Cracked/ sore nipples. Engorged boobs. Mastitis. Back and forth with appointments after appointments for your jaundice checkup. You were once admitted because it was not going down.
SAYANGs Saliza Dajie got married! We are so happy to be celebrating her finding love! Truly happy for her. Get to meet up with poly classmates too. A reunion!
It was enjoyable seeing you grow. We got to enjoy holiday in Vietnam yet again. This time round was Ho Chi Minh, Mui Ne with my siblings except Nana could not come because of work. It was an enjoyable trip. Celebrated my birthday with a surprise from my bestie! A BBQ stayover party just the 2 of us. Someone made me do arang job which i had difficulty starting the fire on my birthday. Catchup session throughout the day and cycled our way to Lagoon.
Hari Raya happened. We went jalan raya. Baba and mama invited all her friends and family to our open house. Baba and Mama cooked a feast. We totally enjoyed the accompany!
Mid-April 2024
Dragged myself to work. 1 week prior work i had to prepare myself for my LSCN and ACLS theory and practical as it has expired after 2 years. I totally did not sleep for the theory test because i remembered the last time i failed the test 2 times and passed on the third paper. Traumatizing. Luckily, i passed. Proud moment, see ya in the next 2 years! June 2024
We had our Annual leave in Batam with our mothers. I could use a massage or massages and i guess both my mother and mother-in-law could use some too. Thankful for my husband to look after the kids while we go for our spa treatment. We also visited the Batam safari.
July- August 2024
It's nurses' day and national day month. Celebrated nurses' day at work! Spent National day with the family watching the parade and fireworks live in Marina Bay. 
September 2024
Auntie Irin visited as she was aound the area. Auntie Irin spent time with Abang Umar and Noya. She misses them. Reminiscing how Auntie Irin took care of Umar when he was little. October 2024
Noya had her appointment with the ENT to check for her right ear as she failed her newborn hearing test. Sadly, she failed her test. We had to do a retest again in December. If it fails yet again, she had to undergo an operation or a nerve test. Please pray for this little one. Abang celebrated Children's day. The theme was, "SAFARI". Abang wanted to dress up as a zebra. So we had to go and find costumes! Mama face painted abang Umar's face.
The tickets for 2NE1 are out and i had difficulty getting a hold on it! Totally did not help with me working on the day of them releasing the tickets. I was passing report that i had to try to keep with the fast selling tickets. Even after 2 hours still no tickets, I gave up. I was devasted that i did not get the tickets. 1 day only concert in SINGAPORE? WHAT THE HECK right? Then, BOOM, they released another day for concert and i had to get it! Spent my sleeping day my best to stay awake. After 2 hours with so many accounts open, I finally got 2 VIP tickets! Alhamdulillah. Thank you my dear husband! Happy birthday to my dearest husband. A year older and wiser. May Allah bless you with abundance of wealth, health and all the love you shall receive from us, your family. We are always thankful for what you have done for us. For working hard for us. Making sure we are all fed, a shelter on our heads and sending mama to work and fetching her from work. Love you<3

Abang Umar final year in kindergarten and is graduating! Here is him with his classmates and teacher. Look how much you have grown. Abang Umar will be performing on 1st November 2024. We look forward to it.
Finally, I graduated officially (after a year).
8 months of trying to squeeze my not so smart brain and a year later. It was definitely difficulty for not a smart student like me but hey, I passed. Everyone graduates with the same certs, I am happy. Alhamdulillah. Thankful for such great classmates for the so much help. Definitely not forgetting my dear husband for encouraging and supporting your wife<3
