Cosplay.sg will be holding their first Cosplay AllStar, the selection
round on June 30th at Cathy Cineleisure, together with the launch of
Tranformer the Movie.

All Japanese Anime/Manga characters are welcome. If you are
interested and needed help, you can approach us regarding the making
of costume and props.

Whereby the first winner might get to go to Japan!

Manga Drawing course and Outstanding fees

To all members,

After the vote, we have decided that the Japanese Sensei is to teach the class 2, which is from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. For those who have chosen the C1 1 to 3pm, the committee is now thinking of ways to suit your needs.

Those who chosen the Manga Drawing Class 2 which is 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
please pay for the Course fee which is $85 by next Wednesday 2/5/07, at the clubhouse.



And those who has not confirm the membership by having only place a deposit, please complete the membership process.

Benefits: enables members to shop at participating shops like Sumairu with a discount, more details to be released.

If you are interested to get the card, please come to the club house and apply with the PR department. This offer is open as long as you are a SP student.

Thirdly, the annual Manga Class is here again, but this year is with a twist. We have got a Japanese sensei to teach basic manga drawing. However it is not without a cost…

Title: Basic Manga Drawing course

Fee: $85

Session duration: 12 sessions(24 hours)

Day: Wednesday

Time: Class 1: 1pm to 3pm

Class 2: 3:30pm to 5:30pm

Starting Date: 9^th May 2007

Instructor: Suzuki Sensei, Inoue School Of Language And Arts

Note: This is the first time a fee is imposed for the course due to the employing of a foreign instructor. $85 is consider cheap compared with outside course of up to $200. However this is limited to 25 per class.

Fourthly, Singapore LifeArts Society is hosting a Demonstration event for Chinese water colouring.

CCA Drive - Last Day -

With the arrival of the 18th of April comes the last day of the CCA Drive. Those who wants to sign up and still get the APPLE card, and cosplay.sg/Jrock.sg Card please come down to register.

Although our club's member's drive will continue well till the end of April. But its still good if you can register early.
