Our kids are so much better now. I wrote about how sick they were. We took them to urgent care and they had a virus that would have to run its course. We had some sleepless nights and a few days of a fussy baby. Thank goodness for good health.

Update on Kids
So I just wrote about Kaden and how he was laughing so hard in his sleep. I knew he and Kyla had a fever but I didn't know how high. All afternoon the kids just laid on the couch. It was kinda sad yesterday because Kade also complained of a headache. He said it was so bad that he wanted to die. I knew he had a headache because he could not get comfortable at all. When I have a bad headache, I too can't get comfy till the medicine starts to work. I gave him so Motrin and after a while he seemed to calm down a little.
Well anyway, I asked Kyle to get a thermometer on his way home from work. The one day that I needed Kyle to have his cell, he didn't have one. Kade was declining fast. He just laid in bed with his eyes open and he was seeing things. I was pacing back in forth between the door and Kade's bed. Kyle finally made it home. (he stayed late) when we checked Kade's fever..... it was over 107! Yes, that is right, over 107. I had given him some Tylenol at 12:46 and Kyle got home around 1:00. We immediately went and looked for a hospital to take him and put cold compress on him and Ky. Her fever was 103.5. Well, Kade's fever had gone down to 105.3 by about 1:45 and after saying a prayer to Heavenly Father, we decided to wait a little while longer. I felt so selfish being so tired, I asked Kyle if I could lay down. He said that he could not sleep and so I went to bed. Kyle finally came to bed around 5 this morning and I got up. Kade still has a fever this morning and as I write this Ky is still asleep.
I just want everyone to know, how grateful I am to Heavenly Father. He has blest Kyle and I so much. I know that prayer works and that we have to exercise Faith. I know that exercising our Faith can be challenging at times, but if we endure, we will be blest. I know that everything we have, is because of our Father in Heaven and I am also grateful for that. Heavenly Father has blest us with wonderful kids and I know the He loves us. I know that Kade and Kyla are doing better because of our Faith and modern medicines! I do have a testimony of prayer and I am grateful for my life today. I love my family and the Gospel. I am grateful for my eternal marriage to my sweetheart. I know that I will have him for all eternity, I don't know how Heavenly Father has everything all worked out but I do KNOW of the covenant that I have made with Him and I have faith that Kyle and I will be together forever.
I am so grateful for my wonderful family that I have married into and the family I have been born into. My siblings might not all get along but I am stronger today because of my relationships to them. My family that I have been privileged to marry into has taught me so MANY wonderful things and they are so positive. I will be forever grateful to them for loving me and excepting me and helping me to see the "glass half full" of life.
I also want to share my testimony of the Book of Mormon. I can testify that when we are reading in the Book of Mormon, our life is so much sweeter. There is LESS contention and the kids fight less. I am a better mommy. I know that when we obey our Heavenly Father, he blesses us. I will write more about the kids.

Gotta Laugh!
My sweet funny husband has a thing for swimming with his phone. Yes, he did it again. I can't remember what happened the 1st time but the second time is when we went to Lake Powell last year and he went snorkeling with it and then today. He put his phone in his swim shorts and he is in the pool for a while and then, yep, he felt it hit his leg. Funny guy!!! All ya can do is laugh.
Then tonight I am doing laundry and this just barely happened but I hear a sound coming from the kids room. I turned the hall light on and run in there and Kade is laughing his guts out! It is making me laugh. I sprint into our room and grab our camera and starting videoing. It is hilarious. He is shaking and then his opens his eyes and they are crossed (scary) but still funny and the little guy is laughing so hard! I wish I knew how to put it on my blog. It is so funny. He opens his eyes several times and makes funny faces. He does have a fever as does Kyla but is was crazy to see him in his sleep doing this. I have always heard stories about Kyle doing funny stuff in his sleep and I am guessing that this is another thing he got from his daddy. Maybe I should get people to recount the stories of Kyle. They really are funny! Oh well, it's great to end the day on a positive and funny note.

Funny Girl!
We went swimming today and Kambri got so comfortable that she just went right to sleep. We of course didn't leave her out there too long, and as soon as Kyle picked her up, she was wide awake.

Oops....
I posted a picture of Kyla and I getting our hair highlighted but I forgot to post a picture of her hair. She makes me laugh sometimes and I think she really likes it.
We went to Old Town today for Kam's birthday. We wanted to go see the Joseph Smith movie but the Mormon Battalion was closed from June 3, 08 to 2009. We had just barely missed it. I was so sad because that is a movie that I love. When we saw it last time I cried so hard. I came out crying. I have a huge testimony of Joseph Smith and I can't wait to meet him one day. I can't wait to see that movie again. I encourage EVERYONE to watch it.
Anyway, here we are in front of one of the old coaches. I am grateful for my beautiful van that carries my family and I in comfort and air conditioning.

This was a fun ride. Dad took Kyla and Kade and then on the other 4 wheeler was Mom, Kambri and Marci. It was a fun ride up the the B. Kambri did so good that she even fell asleep.
