BLOG-AVERSARY and a GIVEAWAY!

Friday, Oct 7, 2011 - I began Kwilty Pleasures

I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and 
my son, Eric, helped me setup my blogtemplate.  
I was off and typing!

Today, I celebrate my two year blog-aversary
right here, where it began...here at the beach!

Kwilty Pleasures had a very slow start!!!
All that has gone out with the tide.

Here are some 2 year milestone accomplishments:

Published 150 posts, 5 tutorials here
Participated in 18 blog hops, 5 swaps,
4 challenges, 1 QAL  and 2 Quilt Shows.

I have been happy to provide lots of giveaways 
(with no sponsor help)
 sending prizes as far away as Australia!

My most exciting accomplishment is reaching

Without you, my followers, I'd still be wondering what the

GOLF and GHASTLIES

When Phil and I travel...he takes his golf clubs.

I bring my sewing machine.

Here he is ready for a round of golf!

We route our travel via kwilt shop stops.

When I make a fabric purchase

our conversation goes something like this.

Kathy:  I just played a round of golf

Phil:  With or without cart?

Kathy: 18 holes with cart...

get me to the 19th hole,

I've worked up a thirst!

OCEAN BOUND!!!

It's fall and I am headed south 

for some relaxing vacation time by the ocean,

And visiting my son!

6 hours into my road trip and 

I have to share my first quilt shop
