Andrew and his catapillars

So I loaded the pictures backwards, so butterflies do not turn into caterpillars!  A while ago we were walking in the park and Andrew collected a bunch of caterpillars. For the first few days he brought them everywhere with him. He finally let them be and Kenzie noticed yesterday there was a butterfly in the jar! So we went outside to let them go, there were actually 3. Two flew away today and  Andrew was really bummed! They convinced the babysitter last night to take them to the park and get more caterpillars!!
Jake was upset because I showed him the bucket of caterpillars and he grabbed one and this was his face when I took it away because he was squishing it!

More Monitoring

This is how I spend my Monday and Thursdsay Mornings in the OBs office thanks to gestational diabeties. Some days go fast and some don't. I wish I could say it is a nice quiet break, but it is stressful watching the monitor making sure that the baby's heartbeat is doing what it's supposed to be. 3 weeks to go!

Pamper Mom Day

It was pamper mom day at Preschool. Andrew was so funny. He wanted to paint my toes but that was about it. All the girls around him where doing there moms make-up and hair, but that's okay. It was still so fun to share the time with him. (Even though I was exhausted and still not feeling great from being so sick and dehydrated). He is getting so big and so full of great thoughts and questions. Even though I have a baby and soon to be new baby somehow Andrew is still my Andrew Baby and it is hard to see him grow up.

This was my Tuesday, how was yours?

Nope, no baby yet. Our whole family got sick Monday, after 4 hours of everyone throwing up there was no clean towels anywhere. Lucky for me I spent all night throwing up. I couldnt even keep down water! Then I started having contractions from being sick and dehydrated. So then I spent 4 hours in the hospital getting rehydrated and nausea medicated. Would rather go to the hospital for exciting things like having babies, but grateful for the nurse and my Dr. who looked out for me and our baby!
